This study was to investigate the dry bond strengths of the plywoods manufactured with 3 hours ozonized soybean oil (SBO)/polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (pMDI) adhesive at mid and high curing temperature. In results of the dry bonding strengths of the 3 hrs-ozonized SBO mixed with pMDI at high curing temperature were respectively the strengths of weighr ratio of 3hrs-ozonized SBO: pMDI, 1: 05, 4.74 kgf/cm1, 1: 0.75, 7.14 kgf/cm2 1: 1, 9.29 kgf/cm2, 1: 2, 16.53 kgf/cm2, 1: 3, 17.42 kgf/cm2, and 1: 4, 16.75 kgf/cm2. Therefore it was found that the equivalent ratio was formed approximately between 3 hrs-ozonized SBO: pMDI 1: 2 and 1: 3. The dry bonding strengrhs of the 3hrs-ozonized SBO mixed with pMDI at medium curing temperature were respectively the strengths of weight ratio of 3 hrs-ozonized SBO: pMDL 1: 0.5, 3.16 kgf/cm2, 1: 0.75, 6.13 kgf/cm1 1: I, 8.18 kgf/cm1, 1: 2, 11.82 kgf;cm2. In this experiment the higher bonding strength at high curing temperature was shown approximately between 3 hrs-ozonized SBO: pMDll: 2 and 1: 3. If this wood adhesive is used at high curing temperature, it is possibile to bond the plywoods.
식물유 및 오전산화 식물유를 첨가한 낙엽송 목재펠릿의 생산성 및 품질특성에 관한 연구

The study was carried out to investigate the quality characteristics of pellets manufactured with adding soybean oil, waste soybean oil, ozonized soybean oil and ozonized waste soybean oil to Larix kaemferi Carr sawdust. The characteristics of pellet included moisture contents, heating value, ash contents, apparent densities, durahilities, absorption ratio and elementary analysis. Moisture contents were shown 7.66~9.48% which satisfied the first grade (less than 10%) of quality standard of wood pellets announced by Korea Forest Research Institute. The heating value of the manufactured wood pellets in this study exceeded the first grade of quality standard (more than 4,300 kcal/kg) and it appeared that the pellets manufactured with adding oils and ozonized oils had more heating value than the control pellets Ash contents 0.34~0.42% also passed the first grade (less than 0.7%) of quality standard and apparent densities were adequate for the first grade (640 kg/m³) on the quality standard. Durabilities of the pellets manufactured with adding soybean oil and ozonized waste soybean oil were shown over the first grade (97.5 kg/m³) of quality standard. In the general results of durabilities, the pellets manufactured with additives had better values than the control pellets After 24 hours absorption ratio experiment, absorption ratio of pellets manufactured with additives also appeared much lower moisture absorption than the control pellets and they still had the same results after 5days absorption ratio experiment. Elementary analysis of the sulfur content was satisfied the first grade (less than 0.05%) of quality standard of wood pellets and the nitrogen content was also adequate for the first grade (less than 0.3%) of quality standard of wood pellets.

本論文は, 日本の演劇を論ずるにあたって拔きにしては通れない演劇論·演劇術を, 演劇史の流れに卽て韓國の演劇界に紹介したものであり, ひいては, これからいわば「日本演劇學」という新しい學問の骨組みを構築する際の對象となるべきものを, 整理してみたものでもある. まず, 古典では, 『敎訓書』を例に, 日本演劇の起源が樂舞を中心とする東洋的演劇論の範疇に屬していることを確かめた. それから世阿彌の舞臺藝術論を取り上げ, その理想とした「幽玄」の實體を分析し, 日木的藝道論の理想鄕を明らかにした. 引き續き, 「あやめぐさ」にあらわれた歌舞伎の女形の藝道精神を紹介し, その延長線とで「虛實皮膜論」を分析した後, 『戱財錄』にあらわれた劇作術を西洋のそれと比較した. 最後に, 日本的舞臺の特徵を成す「花道」の意味を分析した. 次に, 近代以降については, 前近代が近代のはざまを克服する過程としての「演劇改良論爭」を紹介した後, 坪內逍遙の戱曲論および小山內??の演出論の實體と, それを發端とするいくつかの演劇論爭を取り上げげ, 西洋の演劇が, 日本化される過程を明らかにした. それから戰後の動きとして, 唐十郞の「特權的肉體論」にあらわれた俳優術を通して, いわゆる小劇場運動の理論的背景を分析した. 最後に, 現在の日本の演劇界の狀況を, 演劇學校の發達と現狀, 演劇學會の紹介などを通して垣間見た.
소나무와 리기다소나무를 사용하여 제조한 목재펠릿의 품질 특성 비교

The quality characteristics of the woodpellet manufactured from two domestic pines (Pinus densiflora S. et Z. and Pinus rigida Mill.) were investigated for the efficient energy use of woody biomass resources. Properties of woodpellets such as moisture content, heating value, ash content, apparent density and durability were determined by using the standard test method of woodpellets of Korea Forest Research Institute (KFRI) and elemental analysis. The results of elemental analysis for C, H, O and N showed 61.42% carbon, 5.56% hydrogen, 32.87% oxygen, and 0.15% nitrogen for Pinus densiflora S. et Z. and 61.03% carbon, 5.96% hydrogen, 32.83% oxygen, and 0.18% nitrogen for Pinus rigida Mill. No significant difference between Pinus densiflora S. et Z. and Pinus rigida Mill was observed on elemental analysis. Heating values of each woodpellet were ranged from 19.00 to 19.42 MJ/kg which satisfied the first grade quality standard (≥ 18.0 MJ/kg) by KFRI. The ash contents of woodpellet were slightly different between Pinus densiflora S. et Z. and Pinus rigida Mill., and satisfied the first grade quality standard (≤ 0.7%) by KFRI. Apparent density of woodpellet (Pinus densiflora S. et Z.) was passed the first grade standard level (≥ 640 kg/m3), and woodpellets from Pinus rigida Mill. satisfied the second grade quality of the standard. The moisture contents of each woodpellet were satisfied by the first grade quality standard (≤ 10%). The durability of woodpellet (Pinus densiflora S. et Z.) was passed the third grade level (≥ 95%), but Pinus rigida Mill. woodpellet was insufficient to satisfy the quality standard.

The research attempted to develop a wood adhesive based on waste cooking oil, using ozonification technology for the chemical structure modification. The waste cooking oil (WCO) was reacted with O3 for different times; 1 h, 2 h, and 3 h. The chemical structure modifications of the ozonized WCOs were examined by Fourier transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrum. The FT-IR spectrum of WCO had an absorbance peak at 3,010 cm-1 that was the characteristic peak of the unsaturated double bonds. As ozone treatment time increased, the peak of the double bond was disappeared and carboxyl peak appeared at 1,700 cm-1. Especially, the double bond of 3 hrs-ozonized WCO was vanished almost. In results of the dry bonding strengths of the 3 hrs-ozonized WCO mixed with polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (pMDI) were the strengths of weight ratio of 3hrs-ozonized WCO:pMDI, 1:0.5, 8.08kgf/cm2, 1:0.75, 9.53kgf/cm2 1:1, 44.16kgf/cm2, 1:2, 58.08kgf/cm2, 1:3, 61.41kgf/cm2, and 1:4, 46.95kgf/cm2. Therefore, it was found that the optimum equivalent ratio was formed at the ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. Under wetting the bonding strength of 1:3 ratio was appeared higher than that of 1:2 ratio, while the results obtained from hot-water and cyclic boiling shear test were similar.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and develop an eco-frendly wood adhesive based on vegetable oil (especially soybean oil), the renewable and sustainable natural resources, using ozonification technology for the chemical structure modification. The waste soybean oil (WSBO) was reacted with O3 at the rate of 450 mℓ (acetone): 50 mℓ (WSBO) for different times, 1, 2, 3 hrs. The investigation of the modified chemical strecture of the ozonied WSBOs were conducted using FT-IR. As ozonification time increased, the peak of the unsaturated double bonds was disappeared especially ozonized-3hrs and aldehyde or carboxyl peak appeared because ozonification broke the oil into small molecules. The plywood were made at 150˚C with 4 minutes hot·press time using the different ozonized 3 hrs WSBO/pMDI adhesives and were tested for the dry, wet, cyclic boil test according to the Korea Industrial Standard F3101 Ordinary plywood. The bond strengths gradually incrased until 1:0.5~1:3, but it decreased 1:4, as the contents of pMDI increased. The results of the dry, wet and cyclic bond strengths the equivalent ratio was formed approximately between 1:2~1:3, And the 1:1~1:4 strengths met constantly the standard requirement of 7.0 kgf/cm2 (KS F3101). From the comprehensive view on the results of above experiment, it could be confirmed that ozonized WSBO/pMDI has characteristics of effective reactivity and wet stability showed as an excellent candidate of wood adhesive applications.
