        The post-infant baptismal catechesis is known as mystagogy that is the rite for the continuing growth of faith of infant and his/her parents. This article suggests that the mystagogy is a part of baptismal education and proposes the curriculum of mystagogy which consists of contents for seven weeks of Easter season after Easter Sunday in the church year. The goal of infant mystagogy’s curriculum is to become the disciple of Jesus Christ as infant, and to support of the growth of infant and parent’s faith. The growth of faith of infant and parent is to be used by triune God for the grace of God. To become the disciple of Jesus Christ as infant, it needs to have a duration of seven weeks, which is not necessary. The important thing more than duration of seven weeks is the contents as the critical reflection to the life of past, present, and future of infant and his/her parents. Contents could be consist of the reflection of the life’s experience before the infant baptism, the understanding to the meaning and symbols of infant baptism, and the identity, vision, and mission of infant and parents. The educational method for the mystagogy after infant baptism is by the faith community of infant and parent. As infant baptism is bestowed by the parent’s faith, as the curriculum of mystagogy emphasizes the faithful role and participation of parent. The director for mystagogy of infant baptism needs to facilitate the parent’s faithful interest and participation to the end of education with infant.

      • 지각된 의료서비스 품질과 관계품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 -중,소규모 병,의원을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 빠르게 성장하고 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 의료서비스 시장에서 서비스품질 개선과 고객만족을 통한 중소 의료기관의 경쟁력 확보 방안을 제시하고자 한다.본 연구에서는 중소 의료기관의 지각된 서비스품질이 의료진의 몰입, 고객만족, 의료기관 신뢰로 대변되는 관계품질에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였으며 또한 서비스 품질 및 관계품질을 매개하여 재이용 의도와 구전의도로 대변되는 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다.그동안 많은 연구자들에 의해 서비스품질, 고객만족, 관계품질, 고객행동으로 잇는 영향 요인에 대한 연구가 다양하게 이루어진 것이 사실이다.하지만 본 연구에서는 서비스품질에 대한 다양한 측정변수를 하나로 통합하여 서비스 품질을 측정할 수 있는 15개의 측정항목을 만들어 측정 하였고, 환자 몰입, 환자 만족, 의료기관 신뢰를 관계품질로 정의하여 측정하였고, 고객충성도는 재이용 의도와 구전 의도로 정의하여 서비스품질이 관계품질을 매개하여 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다.연구 결과 서비스품질은 관계품질 측정변수 중 의료진의 몰입과 환자만족을 통해 고객충성도에 영향을 미쳤지만 의료기관의 신뢰를 통해서는 고객충성도에 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 서비스품질, 환자의 몰입, 환자만족이 의료기관의 신뢰를 의미하는 것이기 때문에 유의하지 않은 것으로 연구되었다.본 연구를 통해서 서비스품질이 관계 품질을 매개로 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하여 연구적 시사점을 도출하였고, 중소 의료기관 스스로 고객들의 병원 선택 기준과 내방 목적을 명확하게 이해해 의료 서비스 시장에서 필요한 경쟁력을 향상 시켜야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 도출하여 의미 있는 연구였음을 자평하고 향후 후속 연구를 통해서 본 연구를 발전시키고자 한다. This study suggests ways of gathering competitive of medium and small hospitals, through improving service quality and customer satisfaction in the medical service markets which are going to be fast growing and increasingly competitive.The purpose of this study is to catch the effect that a recognized service quality influences to customer relationship representing a commitment of medical staffs, customer satisfactions, and trust of the medical organizations, and the effect of customer loyalty which is representing intention of re-visit, and intention of word-of-mouth with service quality and customer relationship. It is true that there are many studies about the effects of service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality, and customer behavior by many other researchers in the meanwhile. However, this study purpose that measured by making 15 measurement lists of measurable service quality as making to combine various measurement variables toward only one about service quality, and the relationship quality is defined as the commitment of staffs, customer satisfaction, trust of medical organizations, the intention of re-visit, and intention of word-of-mouth are defined as customer loyalty.As a result of this research, service quality affects customer loyalty through the commitment of medical staffs and customer satisfaction out of measurable variables of relationship quality, however, the trust of medical institutions does not affect customer loyalty. Because the trust of medical institution means the service quality, the commitment of medical staffs, and customer satisfaction, the trust of medical institution is not given attention. This research concluded that the effect of relationships between customer loyalty and service quality as the relationship quality. The research also concluded the medium and small medical institutions should clearly understand customers’ purpose of visiting the hospital and selection criteria of hospital, and improve the competitiveness necessary in the medical service markets. Based on the result, this study can be stand as a meaningful research, and developed this research through a follow-up research.

        Prolene Hernia System을 이용한 성인 서혜부 탈장의 임상적 분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to detail clinical experiences with a type of tension-free herniorrhaphy using the prolene hernia system (PHS) and analyze the system’s usefulness. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 122 patients who underwent an inguinal hernia repair using PHS between March 2004 and August 2008. Results: There were 116 male and 6 female patients ages 14 to 99; 79 indirect, 33 direct, 10 pantaloon hernias. The right inguinal hernias were more frequent (64.7%). The mean operative time for inguinal hernia repair using PHS was 45.2±1.5 minutes and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 3.5±1.5 days (101±82.9 hours). The most frequent combined disease was hypertension. The most frequent complication of PHS repair was hematoma. The mean number of used analgesics was 3.1±3.3. There were no postoperative recurrences. Conclusion: Tension-free herniorrhaphy using PHS is thought to be a useful method of inguinal hernia repair in adults because it offers lower postoperative pain, shorter operation time and shorter postoperative hospital stay.

        기술융합화에 따른 농업분야 블루오션 전략

        본 논문에서는 기술융합화에 따른 경기도 농업분야의 블루오션 전략으로 경기도 식물공장(vertical farm) 추진의 전략방향을 고찰하고, 이를 위한 과학기술 유관기관간 협력방안을 모색하여 본다. 기술 융복합 성격이 매우 강한 사업의 추진은 사업추진 초기부터 협력을 위한 전략 프레임을 설정하고 이에 따라 협력체계를 구축하는 것이 성공의 열쇠가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 경기도 식물공장의 추진의 미래상을 시나리오플래닝을 통하여 고찰하여 보고, 이의 달성을 위한 향후 식물공장 추진 방향을 고찰 한다. 농업기술 융복합 혁신의 산물인 식물공장 추진의 전략방향을 시나리오플래닝을 통하여 다차원적으로 고찰한 본 논문은 융복합 기술관련 연구 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This research focused on the strategy consulting of the ‘Vertical Farm’ for the blue ocean of Gyeonggi agricultural industry. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. Particularly, ‘scenario planning’ as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the Vertical Farm. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the Vertical Farm can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of research capability and the Relational Capability of the research institutions. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the Vertical Farm is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

        중소기업의 가치혁신역량진단과 혁신전략 설정에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 가치혁신역량 진단툴(VIQ)를 활용하여 중소기업의 가치혁신역량을 진단하고 조직혁신전략의 방향을 설정한 사례를 고찰하여 시사점을 도출한다. 조직내 가치혁신을 이루기 위하여 조직내 가치혁신역량이 어느 정도 되는지 측정하는 툴이 바로 가치혁신역량 진단툴인 VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient)이다. 조직내에서는 이러한 가치혁신툴을 통하 여 조직혁신역량을 진단하는 것을 넘어서 조직혁신 방향을 설정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 진단툴을 활용하여 실제로 대덕특구 내에서 성장하고 있는 IT기업을 선정하여 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 혁신전략을 수립한다. VIQ결과를 반영하여 혁 신전략은 3가지로 도출되었다. 첫째, 급변하는 외부환경에 대응하기 위하여 비즈니스 인텔리스전스 활동 및 시나리오 플래닝 등 유연한 전략계획 체계를 구축한다. 둘째, 의사결정 차원에서 신속한 의사결정 체계를 구축한다. 셋째, 이러한 전략실행의 기반이 될 수 있도록 유연한 조직체계를 구축한다. 즉, 임파워먼트 및 유연한 의사소통체계를 구축한다. 본 기업분석 사례와 같이 변화와 혁신의 중요성은 많은 기업이 인지하면서도 이러한 변화와 혁신의 잠재력을 측정하기는 쉽지 않으나 VIQ를 활용하여 기업의 현재 혁신역량을 진단하고 향후 대응방안을 모색할 수 있다. This study diagnosed the innovation capability of SMEs by utilizing the VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient) and deduced the innovation strategy. VIQ is the diagnosis tool for measuring the innovation capability of the SMEs focusing on the value innovation. SMEs can utilize this tool for diagnosis and deduce the innovation strategy. This study selected the high-growth venture company- K company and analyse it and deduced the innovation strategy. Innovation strategy can be as follows; Firstly, agile strategy formulation tool such as business intelligence and scenario planning should be adopted for the flexible business planning. Secondly, speedy decision making process should be made. Thirdly, open communication and empowerment process should be made. This paper can present the method of evaluating and diagnosis of value innovation capability of SMEs and innovation strategy formulation process.

      • 리더십이론에 대한 기독교교육행정적 접근

        This article is to about an approach to Christian education adminstration in leadership theory. In Christian education there are many studies about leadership theory, but there are few studies about an approach to Christian education adminstration. This article mentions leadership theory in Christian education adminstration. Adminstration includes many factors in scopes of the field. In factors of adminstration, there is a leadership of adminstration. This article discusses three approaches to leadership theory in Christian education: a traditional approach, a conflict approach, and an integrative approach. R. K. Bower's traditional approach can be seen in his view of leadership which includes planning, organizing, staffing, delegating, co-ordinating, reporting, budgeting. His traditional approach can be said to be systemic, linear, and modernistic leadership. The conflict approach is mentioned by D. E. Bossart. Conflict theory represents the perspective of many disciplines of sociology, psychology, and theology. Bossart suggests three kinds of conflict in Christian education adminstration. They are intrapersonal conflict, interpersonal conflict, intergroup conflict. Each of these conflicts needs leadership to resolve either by himself/herself or another leader. Intrapersonal conflict needs leadership in affective understanding, especially for adolescents who have many affective conflicts. According to psychological study, adolescents have impulsive and destructive dispositions due to inner conflict in their lives. Interpersonal conflict needs leadership of creative conflict resolution through teaching preparation of materials about conflict, active struggle, passive resignation, unexpected insight, and long-range interpretation. Intergroup conflict needs to a referee style leadership or win/win leadership among groups. The process of creative conflict resolution in intergroup conflict is supportive leadership, integrative goals, depersonalizing, linkages, and win/win outcome. An integrative approach is mentioned by D. A. Bickimer based on prehensive theory and leadership of process theology. Prehensive theory includes characteristics of actual entity, feeling, and appropriation. A concept definition of “prehensive” is an intuitional grasp of the whole situation. This definition emphasizes holistic sense and wholeness. Prehensive leadership includes an effectiveness and efficiency, informal organization, environment, Johannine leadership, Jamesian leadership. Johannine leadership includes an idiographic dimension and a nomothetic dimension. The idiographic dimension is a needs-meeting leadership based on modified Maslow's theory, Herzberg's motivation theory, McGregor's X?Y theory. The nomothetic dimension includes institution, role, and role expectations emphasizing conflict. Jamesian leadership includes goal, willingness, communication, equilibrium of environments, and prehensive curriculum. This article mentions that prehensive leadership theory can be complemented by narrative theology. In strict meaning, an integrative approach in this article is prehensive leadership theory complemented by narrative theology. M. E. Moore says that narrative theology affected process theology with several facts. Narrative theology is oriented to practice more than process theology. Narrative theology emphasizes human understanding by imagination and intuition more than process theology. Because story has power to influence social change, narrative theology has power to change man and society more than process theology does. By incorporating narrative theology, integrative approach to leadership theory has some characteristic elements: ①By emphasizing participation into the context of living. a leader can influence another person or christian. ②By emphasizing indirective communication, a leader can improve mutual confidence and facilitate effective change into creative conflict. ③By emphasizing a social structure's change, cu

        혁신클러스터 활성화를 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis) 연구

        본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터분석을 통하여 살펴보았 다. 클러스터 분석은 클러스터 내에서 일어나는 다양한 형태의 협력을 파악하고 정책적인 대안의 도출을 위해 활용되 는 실제적인 분석도구이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 분석을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입 주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득 지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 혁신클러스터 구성단계를 넘어서 확장단계로 발 전하기 위해서는 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필 요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다. This research focused on the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and quantitative and qualitative study approaches. Particularly, questionnaire survey was performed for the cluster analysis of the innovation cluster. The major determinants for vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley can be summarized as follows; the strategy formulation for the development of the innovation cluster, the enhancement of the host institution capability and gradual enlargement of the role of the host institution. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.
