5052 알루미늄 합금 마찰교반접합부 특성에 미치는 접합인자의 영향

Effects of friction stir welding parameters such as tool rotation speed and welding speed on the joints properties of 5052 Al alloys were studied in this study. A wide range of friction stir welding conditions could be applied to join 5052 AA alloy without defects in the weld zone except for certain welding conditions with a lower heat input. Microstructures near the weld zone showed general weld structures such as stir zone (SZ), thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ) and heat affected zone (HAZ). Each zone showed the dynamically recrystallized grain, transient grain and structure similar to base metal's, respectively. Hardness distribution near the weld zone represented a similar value of the base metal under wide welding conditions. However, in case of 800 rpm of tool rotation speed, hardness of the stir zone had a higher value due to the fine grain with lots of dislocation tangle, a higher angle grain boundary and some of Al3Fe particles. Except joints with weld defects, tensile strength and elongation of the joints had values similar to the base metal values and fracture always occurred in the regions approximately 5mm away from the weld center.

The properties of GTA weld for ferritic stainless steel have been studied with different $O_2$ contents in Ar shielding gas at the constant welding speed. A small amount of $O_2$ (0.01~1.0%) was mixed in Ar shielding gas in order to improve the weld penetration. The fully penetrated GTA weld was acquired at 160A weld current shielded by pure Ar gas. Addition of oxygen larger than 0.1% made a full penetration at lower weld current than 160A. The small addition of $O_2$ in Ar shielding gas improved the penetration properties of GTA weld because the $O_2$ in the molten pool accelerated the flow of molten pool and changed the flow pattern from outward to inward direction. The impact energy and DBTT (Ductile- Brittle- Transition-Temperature) of the GTA weld shielded by Ar+$O_2$ (less 0.3%) was similar and the corrosion properties of GTA weld was slightly inferior to those of GTA weld shielded by pure Ar gas.

To accomplish this research, as the antecedents of taekwondo leader's organizational citizenship behavior, self-leadership and self-efficacy in this study and this study used taekwondo leader's organizational citizenship behavior as the outcome criteria of taekwondo leader's self-leadership behavior. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability and validity, and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the relationship between variables, and path analysis was used to identify the impact of leader behavior and task characteristics on taekwondo leader's organizational citizenship behavior. The major findings of this study are as follows;First, the test of reliability and validity showed enough high consistency and good construct validity for each of the measurement scales. Second, A stepwise multiple regression analysis was re-conducted to estimate the path coefficients, excluding variables which didn't show a significant influence on subordinate self-leadership, sefl-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. The results showed that taekwondo leader's self-leadership behavior, and self-efficacy had significant impact on subordinate self-leadership only directly. And subordinate self-leadership had an impact on organizational citizenship behavior, too.
