The Purpose of this study is to look for the total conspectus of Roo-Jong(RJ) Architecture in the middle and latter era of Koryo Dynasty. The method of this study is the review of old literature, the Roo-Jung description of Dong-Mun-Sun, which had compiled in the Ninth year of Seung-Jong (AD 1478) by confucian scholar. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) The main currents of thought having a great influence on the RJ are thought of Mountain God (or Sin Sun, which is dwelling in mountain) or Taoist, thought of Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu. They had required the RJ Architecture to pursuit the life of God. In this existence value meaning, the RJ Architecturethe is the semi-sacred & profane space. In the being aspect, RJ is the transcendental architecture. 2) The way of life of in the RJ had strongly turned from the personal space, mainly mind control place, into the friendship-society space, pastime place. 3) The RJ had located after the images that is what should be. The images were formed on the ground of natural landscape elements, communication elements. And these elements were indicated on one's visual, auditorial sensation with oneself. 4) In planning aspect, the scope of visual, Pungsu and history were aided with the factors of climate, topography and geography. Specially in location and fabric planning, they had regarded more important the objects and scope of visual than the climate factor.
원통다관식 열교환기의 크기 및 형상 변화에 따른 설계 응력 연구

The present work aims to evaluate theoretically the axial, bending and equivalent stress of tube sheet, shell and tube stress, according to size, thickness and dimension of shell and tube heat exchangers. In addition, effects of stress due to variations of tube side and shell side temperature are investigated. Our ultimate purpose is to ensure safety of design products and develop new products rapidly. According to our results, first of all, the effective pressure, and stress of tube sheet and shell increase with an increment of the shell diameter and a decrement of tube temperature under constant shell temperature. Next, these decrease with an increment of the number of tube, shell thickness and shell temperature under constant tube temperature. Finally, the stress of tube row decrease when the equivalent stress of tube increases. Stress knowledge related to various parameters will be helpful for designers and manufacturers.
단일입력 다출력 PTO Gearbox의 토크 특성에 관한 연구

유압식 굴삭기는 가장 많이 사용되는 건설기계 중 하나로, 초 대형급 굴삭기의 수요도 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 초 대형급 굴삭기는 연비효율 개선을 목적으로 주 엔진과 다수의 펌프사이에 PTO 기어박스를 장착하고 있다. PTO(Power Take Off) 기어박스의 출력축은 3대의 펌프와 연결되어 펌프의 작동에 따라 부하를 받으므로, 각 출력 축 마다 발생되는 정격 부하가 다르다. 본 논문에서는 전기식 다이나모메터를 이용한 부하제어 방식을 적용하고, PTO 기어박스의 각 출력축에 기계적인 비틀림으로 토크를 분배하는 기술을 소개하며, 그 특성에 대해서 고찰하였다. Hydraulic excavator is one of the most commonly used construction equipments. In addition, the demand of large excavator has been increased. PTO gearbox, installed between engine and pumps, is used to improve fuel efficiency of large excavator. Because the PTO gearbox is loaded by the pump mounted on the output shaft, the torque distribution technique should be applied when controlling the load with the dynamometer. This paper introduces a torque distribution technique and conducts a comparative analysis of the torque test results and dynamic analysis.

발전소에서 발생하는 고장은 인명 및 재정적 손실에 대한 파급효과는 매우 크므로 발전소에 사용되는 유압기기의 신뢰성은 특히 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 발전소용 유압밸브의 스풀과 슬리브 재질을 사용하여 시편을 제작, 열처리한 후 인산에스테르계열 유압작동유 침전상태에서 다양한 조건에서 실험한다. 시편의 마모량에 영향을 주는 인자들의 유의성을 평가하기 위해 2³ 완전 요인 실험계획법을 적용하였으며, 고려된 인자들은 하중, 속도, 온도이다. 실험결과로부터 마모량에 대한 주효과 및 2 인자 교호작용에 대한 유의성 평가를 실시한 후 마모량과 인자들간의 수학적 모형을 도출하고자 한다. The reliability of hydraulic equipment used in power plants is especially important because failures that occur in the power plant can have a great ripple effect on human lives and financial losses. In this study, specimens using the materials used in the spool and sleeve of hydraulic valves of power plants have been produced, heat-treated, and tested under the precipitation conditions of phosphate ester hydraulic fluid with a variety of conditions. 2³ full factorial designs have been applied to evaluate the significance of factors that affect the wear loss of the specimen, specifically, the load, velocity, and temperature. The significance evaluation was performed on the main effects and two-way interactions for wear loss based on the experiment results, and the mathematical equations between the wear loss and the three factors were derived from the analysis results.

원자력/화력발전소의 터빈 스팀 제어장치는 스팀을 공급 또는 차단하는 단동 유압실린더, 대형 스프링 및 포핏 밸브로 구성된다. 발전소의 고압 및 저압 터빈은 단동 유압실린더에 의해 열리고 큰 스프링에 의해 폐쇄되는 포핏 유형의 특수 밸브에 의해 제어된다. 포핏 밸브의 신속한 폐쇄는 발전소의 비상 정지를 고려하여 정기적으로 수행되며, 단동 유압실린더의 끝에 유압 쿠션이 설치되어 큰 관성으로 인한 충격을 제거한다. 본 연구에서는 원자력/화력발전소의 증기 공급 밸브를 개방하는 단동 유압실린더에 대해 시스템 관성 및 스프링 력을 분석하고, 유압 쿠션 최적화를 위해 M&S 분석 및 시제품을 제작하여 해석 결과 및 실험 결과를 비교 분석하였다. The turbine steam control device of nuclear/thermal power plants consists of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder that feeds or cuts off the steam, a large spring, and a poppet valve. The high- and lowpressure turbine in power plants is controlled by these special poppet type valves which are opened by the single-acting cylinder and closed by a large spring. The rapid closure of the poppet valve occurs regularly for emergency stops at the power plants; therefor, hydraulic cushions are installed at the ends of the single-acting hydraulic cylinder to eliminate the caused by high inertia. In this study, the system inertia and spring force were analyzed for a single-acting hydraulic cylinder that opens the steam supply valve of a nuclear/thermal power plant. In order to optimize the hydraulic cushion, M&S analysis and prototyping were fabricated, and the analysis results and experimental results were compared and analyzed.
