High speed railway structure, contact of vehicle needs to design considering the running stability(dynamic behavior). Also, upper structure has to satisfy design standard about moving load, high speed train(KTX). So, the high speed railway structure has to satisfy the requirement of natural frequency, vertical acceleration on deck, face distortion and vertical displacement considering ride comfort, which is suggested Ho-nam high speed railway design standard. In this study, it was investigated and evaluated to the dynamic behavior for a double-rib arch railway bridge subjected to moving load considering real high speed train loads.

Objectives: This study purposed to research the anti-cancer effects of Andrographitis Herba. Methods: By measuring the cell proliferation, apoptosis, morphology and cytokine level from the extracts, the influence on a A549 cell was compared. Results: The Andrographitis Herba decoction extract according to the concentration inhibited the proliferation and increased the apoptosis of the A549 cell. Among the various fraction extracts of the Andrographitis Herba decoction, EtOEt showed the greatest increase of the apoptosis of the A549 cell. The Andrographitis Herba decoction extract according to the concentration decreased the secretion of the TGF-b in the A549 cell, and increased the secretion of the TNF-a and the IFN-y presenting cell population. Conclusion: It is considered that the total extract and various fraction extracts of Andrographitis Herba decoction inhibit the proliferation of A549 cells.

For the aim of low-temperature co-fired ceramic microwave components, sintering behavior and microwave properties (dielectric constant ${\varepsilon}_r$, quality factor Q, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency ${\tau}_f$) are investigated in $Bi_{18}O(Ca_{0.725}Zn_{0.275})_8Nb_{12}O_{65}$ [BCZN] ceramics with addition of $V_2O_5$. The specimens are prepared by conventional ceramic processing technique. As the main result, it is demonstrated that the additives ($V_2O_5$) show the effect of lowering of sintering temperature and improvement of microwave properties at the optimum additive content. The addition of 0.25 wt% $V_2O_5$ lowers the sintering temperature to $890^{\circ}C$ utilizing liquidphase sintering and show the microwave dielectric properties (dielectric constant ${\varepsilon}_r$ = 75, quality factor $Q{\times}f$ = 572 GHz, temperature coefficient of resonance frequency ${\tau}_f\;=\;-10\;ppm/^{\circ}C$). The estimated microwave dielectric properties with $V_2O_5$ addition (increase of ${\varepsilon}_r$, decrease of $Q{\times}f$, shift of ${\tau}_f$ to negative values) can be explained by the observed microstrucure (sintered density, abnormal grain structure) and possibly high-permittivity $Bi_{18}Zn_8Nb_{12}O_{65}$ (BZN) phase determined by X-ray diffraction.

대용량 전력변환 장치의 전류센서 고장진단 및 허용운전 기법

본 논문은 계통연계형 전력변환 장치의 폐루프 제어에 이용되는 전류센서의 고장진단 및 허용운전 기법을 제안한다. 전류 센서에 고장이 발생하면, 정확한 출력전력제어가 불가능해져 품질이 저하될 뿐만 아니라 이에 대한 허용운전이 이루어지지 않으면 전체시스템의 운전을 중지해야 한다. 따라서 실시간 고장진단 및 허용운전 기법이 필요하다. 제안한 기법은 측정된 값과 추정 값의 비교를 통해 고장진단을 하고, 고장발생시 정상 센서에서 측정된 전류 값을 이용하여 허용운전을 한다. 10㎾급 3병렬 전력 변환 시스템을 모의한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 기법의 성능을 검증하였다.
천파석(穿破石)이 콜라겐유도 생쥐관절염에 미치는 억제효과

Objectives: The present study was conducted to examine the effect of Cudraniae Tricuspidatae Radix(CTR), which is the radix part of Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau, on cytokine secretion from the joint cells and spleen cells of mice with arthritis induced by collagen and verify its efficacy against rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Three kinds of extract were prepared from CTR through extraction with hot-water and ethanol. The levels of cytokine secreted from the cells were measured, after the mice knee joint cells were cultured with each extract. Results: The three kinds of extracts from CTR decreased the growth rate and levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1b, IL-6, and TNF-a from knee joint cells of mice. All of the organic-soluble fraction, such as hexane, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, butanol, and residual water-soluble fraction decreased the levels of IL-1b, TNF-a, IL-6, and IL-10. Conclusion: These results suggest that CTR had some effects on rheumatitis, with fat and water-solubles in organic solvent considered as the effective element.
