도서관 프로젝트학습에서 학습자의 학습동기와 메타인지의 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 도서관 프로젝트학습에서 학습자의 학습동기와 메타인지가 어떤 관계에 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구환경으로 도서관 프로젝트학습을 설계하고 실행 및 평가하는 전체적인 교수-학습의 과정을 실행하였다. 연구 결과 도서관 프로젝트학습에서 학습자의 학습동기와 메타인지의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 프로젝트학습은 학습자의 메타인지와 밀접한 연관이 있다고 할 수 있다. This study focused on the relationship between learners' motivation to learn and metacognition in project-based learning in the school libraries. A holistic teaching/learning process was conducted, including design, practice, and assessment of project-based learning in the school libraries. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between learners' motivation to learn and metacognition in project-based learning in the school libraries. Consequently, it is inferred that project-based learning in the school libraries has a relation on learners establishing their metacognition.

사서교사의 교원 성과급제에 대한 인식과 직무만족과의 관계

본 연구에서는 교원 성과급제에 대한 사서교사의 인식과 직무만족과의 관계를 분석하였다. 전국의 초중고 사서교사를 연구 대상으로 하였으며 참여 인원은 총 371명이다. 연구 결과 사서교사의 등급은 S등급 4.1%, A등급 27.5%, B등급 62.5%, 성과급 제외 5.9%의 비율로 나타났다. 사서교사의 성과급 등급이 높을수록 성과급제에 대한 만족도, 참여도, 평가 기준의 적절성, 평가 절차 및 결과의 공정성 인식이 높게 나타났다. 또한 사서교사의 성과급 등급이 높을수록 직무만족 요소인 업무 관계, 인사 및 승진이 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 교원 성과급제에 대한 사서교사의 인식이 높을수록 직무만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 교원 성과급제에서 사서교사 평가에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. This study is to analyze teacher librarians' awareness about the performance-based pay system, their job satisfaction and the relationship between the two in an attempt to help make the pay system serve as catalyst in creating a positive competitive climate in the teacher community and boosting the qualifications of teacher librarian. As a result, the teacher librarians' grades were 4.1% in S, 27.5% in A, 62.5% in B, and 5.9% in the exception of incentive. The teacher librarians' awareness of the performance-based pay system level was only 2.15 point out of 7, and their job satisfaction level was 4.60 out of 7. The teacher librarians' were more satisfied with performance-based pay, participation, fairness of evaluation criteria, fairness of evaluation process and results. In conclusion, higher awareness of the teacher librarians' performance incentives showed higher job satisfaction. And we might be able to suggest the improvement plan for teacher librarian evaluation in teacher performance system.

국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서 개발에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 단위 학교도서관에서 장서관리정책을 수립할 때 근거 및 기준으로 삼을 수 있는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서에 포함할 구체적인 항목과 내용 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 학교도서관 장서관리 관련 문서를 국제 수준 및 국가 수준으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 해외 장서관리지침서에서는 장서의 양적 기준 이외에 디지털 정보자원에 대한 접근성과 자원 공유를 강조하고 있으며, 이의 제기 자료에 대한 처리 절차를 규정하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서가 포함해야 할 항목을 크게 장서관리의 일반 원칙과 장서관리지침으로 구분하고 각 항목별 내용 요소를 제안하였다. 그리고 국가 수준의 장서관리지침서가 학교 현장에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 제도적 기반 마련 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop detailed items and elements to be included in a national guideline for school library collection which can be used as a basis and standard for establishing collection management policies in individual school libraries. For this purpose, materials related to the collection management of school library were analyzed with the international and national level. As a result, the international materials emphasizes accessibility and resource sharing of digital materials besides quantitative standards of the library collection and deal with the process for the objection collection. In this study, items to be included in the national guidelines are divided into general principles of collection management and collection management guidelines, and elements of the each item are suggested. And proposed systematic bases for efficient application of the national guidelines to school libraries.

공공도서관의 초등학생 대상 정보활용교육 실시에 관한 연구

학교도서관의 스마트러닝 수업 모형 개발에 관한 연구

In this study, a smart Learning instruction model for school library was developed in terms of library instruction. Based on ADDIE model and ASSURE model, this model is organized considering the characteristics of school library, including facilities, materials, human resources, information problem solving process, collaborative teaching and blended learning, and utilizing smart devices. The entire procedure of this model is as follows: "establishment of instructional objectives${\rightarrow}$learner analysis${\rightarrow}$analyzing the learning environment${\rightarrow}$analyzing the learning task${\rightarrow}$instructional process design${\rightarrow}$developing instructional tool${\rightarrow}$instruction${\rightarrow}$evaluation". In addition, an instructional practice is provided for actual experience of smart Learning in school libraries. 본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관의 스마트러닝 수업 모형을 정보활용교육 측면에서 개발하는 것이다. 수업 모형은 ADDIE 모형과 ASSURE 모형을 기반으로 학교도서관의 특성에 맞게 도서관의 시설, 자료, 인적자원, 정보문제 해결과정, 협동수업 및 블렌디드 학습, 스마트 디바이스의 이용 등이 고려되었다. 수업 모형은 "학습목표 설정${\rightarrow}$학습자 분석${\rightarrow}$학습환경 분석${\rightarrow}$학습과제 분석${\rightarrow}$교수 전략${\rightarrow}$매체 선정 및 개발${\rightarrow}$수업적용${\rightarrow}$평가"의 순서로 개발하였다. 또한 학교도서관 스마트러닝의 실제적인 상황에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해서 수업 예시를 제시하였다.

고등학생의 학습양식과 학교도서관 이용능력의 관계에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 인지적 학습양식과 도서관 이용능력과의 관계를 분석해 보았다. 문헌연구를 통해서 학습양식과 도서관 이용능력을 구성하고 있는 요소들을 추출했다. 어느 학습양식에 속하는지 파악하고 도서관 이용능력과의 관계를 T-test를 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 전체적 학습양식 유형과 도서관 이용능력의 구성요소인 도서분류에 대한 이해정도, 참고정보원의 이용수준, 도서 구성요소의 이해수준에서 유의미한 관계가 있었다. 따라서 이용자교육을 할 때 각각의 학습양식 유형을 고려해야 하겠다. This study analyses the relationship between learning style and library skills. The components of learning style and library skills were extracted through literature review. The relationship between learning style and library skills was verified by using T-test. The results indicate that there was Sub-variables of library skills such as 'decimal classification', 'using reference sources', and 'recognizing the parts of a book' had a significant relationship with global variables of learning style. Thus, when the user education for each type of learning style will be considered.
