보로실리케이트 유리기판과 석영기판을 사용하여 $800^{\circ}C~520^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 용액 성장법에 의한 다결정 실리콘 박막의 성장에 관해 조사 하였다. 기판상에는 용애과의 젖음성을 좋게 해주기 위해 박막의 알루미늄츠오가 실리콘층이 증착되었으며, 용매로는 알루미늄과 실리콘옥사이드와의 반응에 의해서 일어난다. 결정립 크기가 수백 마이크론까지 이르는 실리콘을 얻을 수 있었으며, 석영기 판의 경우에는 보르실리 케이트 유리기판보다 강한 (111) 우선 성장 방향을 보여주고 있다. We investigated solution growth of silicon on borosilicate and quartz glass substrates in the temperature range of $800^{\circ}C~520^{\circ}C$. A thin Al-Si layer evaporated onto the substrate serves to improve the wetting between the substrate and the Al/Ga solvent. Nucleation takes place by a reaction of Al with $SiO_2$ from the substrate. We obtained silicon deposits with a grain size up to a few 100 $\mu\textrm{m}$. There was a perferential (111) orientation for the case of quartz glass substrates while there is a strong contribution of other orientations for the deposition of Si on borosilicate glass substrates.

An approach to providing computatonal support for concurrent design is discussed in the context of an automobile wiring harness design problem. Key issues include the development of an architecture that supports collaboration among specialists. the development of hierarchical representations that capture different characteristics of the design, and decomposition of tasks to achieve a tradeoff between efficiency and robustness of the system. We present an architecture in which the main design tasks are supported by agents-asynchronous and semi autonomous modules that automate routine design tasks and provide specialized interfaces for working on particular aspects of the design, the agent communication and coordination mechanisms permit members of an engineering team to work concurrently, at different levels of detail and on different versions of the design. The design is represented hierarchically, with detailed models maintained by the participating agents. In conjunction with the architecture and design representations, issues pertaining to the exchange of information among different views of the design, management of dependencies and constraints, and propagation of design changes are discussed.
돌나물(Sedum sarmentosum Bunge) 중 boscalid+triflumizole 30(20+10)% 수화제의 boscalid에 대한 잔류성 연구

This study was investigated to determine the residual amounts of boscalid in sedum (Sedum sarmentosum Bunge) using gas-liquid chromatography with electron capture detector (GLC/ECD) and to assess the standard for safe use of boscalid+trifumizole 30 (20+10)% WP. Boscalid is used to control the Botrytis cinerea causing gray mold on sedum. Recovery tests of boscalid in sedum were done by spiking 10 and 50-times of limit of detection (LOD). Recoveries obtained from two concentrations were 95.02% and 88.74%, respectively. The residual amount of boscalid from the sedum harvested 3, 7 and 14 days after 2 and 3-times treatment ranged from 11.68 to 46.20 mg/kg. Because the maxium residue limit (MRL) of boscalid in the sedum is 30.0 mg kg-1, it is proposed for boscalid of boscalid+trifumizole 30 (20+10)% WP to apply 2 times, 7 days before harvest in Korea.

Design and production of wiring for automobile systems provide the background for the development of concurrent engineering framwork. Key issues include with different parts of the wiring design process and the development of hierarchical representations that capture the different characteristics(e.g., connectivity, geometry) of the harnesses. The abstraction of design information results in features, while the abstraction of operations leads to the development of agents. These abstracts are essential for efficient transactions among people and computer tools in a domain that involves numerous interacting constraints. We have decomposed the wiring design process into four basic categories of tasks that are each addressed by an agent : the Environment Editor(EE), the Free Space ManagerCFSM), the Wiring Editor(WE), and the Part Selector(PS). In this paper the strategy for the problem decomposition, the definition of features, and the ways in which features are used by various agents, are discussed. We conclude with a discussion of some of the issues raised by the project and the steps underway to address them.

A knowledge-based system with CAD is widely used to implement a designer"s know-how and a routine calculation within a system. An engineer needs to change several design parameters in an early design stage. However it is not easy to change the design parameters when it needs to update an existing model and data. In this paper, a module has been proposed to make it easy to change the design parameter so that the engineer can easily update and change the design model. Also a flexible interface of the module can easily add or extract the design knowledge.
