본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2017년까지 발표된 국내 학위논문 및 등재후보 이상 학술지 논문 중 명상 관련 질적 연구 논문 105편의 연구 동향을 살펴본 뒤, 그 중 가장 높은 비율을 차지한 마음챙김 명상 관련 질적 연구 논문 52편(49.5%)을 선별하여 연도별, 발표형태별, 연구형태별, 연구방법별로 연구 동향을 고찰하였다. 분석 결과, 마음챙김 관련 질적 연구 논문은 2015년과 2016년에 급증했다가 다시 감소하는 추세를 보였으며, 학위논문은 꾸준한 증가세를 보인 반면 학술지 논문은 급감하는 양상을 띠었다. 또한 상담･심리학 분야에서 가장 많은 연구물이 발표되어(46.2%), 상대적으로 불교학 분야의 질적연구는 보편적으로 확산되지 않은 상황임을 유추할 수 있었다. 연구설계별로는 사례연구(30.8%)로 진행된 논문이 가장 많았고, 연구 참여자는 환자의 비율이 가장 높았으며 (28.8%), 참여자 수는 6~10명을 가장 선호하는 것으로(34.6%) 나타났다. 또한, 면담을 통해 자료를 수집한 경우가 가장 많았고(25.0%), 자료수집 기간은 평균 3.4개월 소요되었다. 명상 방법별로는 호흡명상을 활용한 연구의 비율(25.9%, 22편)이 가장 높았는데, 마음챙김 명상과 심리치료 기법을 병행한 연구에서는 호흡명상을 적용한 경우(16편)보다 영상관법을 적용한 경우(19편)가 더 많았다. 그밖에 윤리적 고려 방안, 연구 엄격성 확보 방안, 질적 분석 결과의 특징 등에 대해 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 향후 명상 분야의 질적 연구가 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구는 명상 관련 질적 연구의 동향, 특히 마음챙김 관련 질적 연구의 동향을 분석한 국내 첫 시도라는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study examined and analyzed 105 meditation-related dissertations of qualitative research from domestic papers and articles published in the academic journals from 2000 to 2017. This work reveals that mindfulness-related papers of qualitative research ranks highest of the proportion (52 cases, 49.5%), And then, this study analyzed those mindfulness-related papers by year, feature, research design, and type of meditation. According to the analysis, the number of papers relevant to mindfulness surged between 2015 and 2016. In the analysis of meditation, the area of counseling and psychology takes the largest share (43.8%) followed by the phenomenological research design (29.5%). On the types of meditation, researches focused on mindfulness as the main factor reached up to the highest rate of 52 cases (49.5%), which were reviewed by year, research design, participant, data collection type, and meditation method. In the research design, the case study took the highest share (30.8%), and 6 to 10 people were preferred for the size of a group (34.6%). And the most common way of data collection was interviews (25.0%), which took 3.4 months on average. As for the method of meditation, respiration meditation ranked highest (25.9%) while in combining mindfulness and psychotherapy techniques, the Image-Based Mindfulness Meditation was applied more often than breathing meditation (19 to 16 cases). This study not only examined the way to secure ethical considerations, strictness in research, and the characteristics of qualitative analysis but also searched for the right directions for the future qualitative research in the field of meditation. Conclusively, this study is the first attempt in Korea to analyze the trend of qualitative research in meditation and especially that in mindfulness.

The exist waterproofing membrane cause not to assure proper thickness in constructing. It become a serious problem which as decreasing of durability, waterproofing membrane to be torn and break down. Therefore, it is necessary that the expert have to construct waterproof works, if not, it can be frost and thawing or chemical corrosion called one of the reason in maintaining the safety of concrete structure. In summarize, for this paper, it would be understand that exposed and compound experimental study of waterproofing sheet using coat material filling into the protuberance to improve the durability for concrete structure can widely apply to field to solve the these significant problem.

수계 뿜칠형 고무 아스팔트 방수재의 시공성 및 재료적 특성에 관한 연구

There are many problems in application of waterproofing such as quality insurance of over-lap of waterproofing sheets and delay of construction term because of hardening time of paste type being taken long time to get dried, comparing spray type with paste type in waterproofing membrane coating, and increase of man power because of forming layer of waterproofing by pasting. Therefore, the management of construction quality is suggested in this study by means of estimation its tensile performance and temperature dependency according to injection distance, angle and mix proportion. The management referenced of quality for construction is as follows according to the result of testing. The spray angle referenced : 45° The distance referenced from concrete surface to injection gun : 50㎝ The mix proportion ratio of principal agent and hardener is 4 : 1. The usage of reinforcing fabric : consider direction of elasticity, width, penetration degree.
