설계단계의 BIM기반 CM 업무 프로세스 개발에 관한 연구 - 설계관리 업무를 중심으로 -

일반적인 건설프로젝트는 성공적인 공사완료를 위하여 발주처, 건설사, 설계사, 엔지니어링사와 같이 다양한 참여자들이 참여하지만, 그 프로젝트의 수행기간 동안에 참여자들 간 이해의 본질적인 차이를 가진다. 건설관리사업의 역할은 프로젝트 수행기간 동안에 참여자들 간의 이러한 이해의 차이를 해결하고, 발주처의 요구와 이해을 대변하면서 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는 것이다. 최근 BIM의 사용은 건설프로젝트 사이에서 증가하고 있고, 그러한 CM사는 BIM을 적용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이것은 건설프로젝트에서 BIM의 사용이 매우 새로운 운용 패러다임을 제시하기 때문이다. 이 연구의 목적은 최근 BIM이 사용된 프로젝트 사례를 검토하고, 이러한 프로젝트의 프로세스를 분석, 최근 BIM 적용사례로부터의 교훈을 바탕으로 설계단계 프로세스를 재구성하여, BIM의 사용으로 향상 될 수 있는 수정된 설계단계 모델 프로세스와 그와 관련된 협업운용을 제안하고자 한다. A typical construction project involves participation of various parties including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers for its successful completion, and yet has intrinsic differences of interests among the participants during the project execution period. A construction management (CM) services's role is then to resolve these differences of interests among the participants during the project execution, and lead the projects to its successful completion while representing the clients' demands and interests. The use of building information modeling (BIM) is increasing recently among construction projects, and those CM service companies are experiencing difficulties applying BIM. This is because the use of BIM in construction projects suggests a quite new set of operational paradigm. The purpose of this paper is then to review the recent cases of projects which used BIM; to analyze the these projects' processes; to reengineer the design phase process based on the lessons learned from recent BIM application; and to suggest a modified design phase process model that could improve the use of BIM and related coordination operations.

청소년의 인터넷 게임 중독수준과 정서지능간의 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 게임 중독 수준을 파악하고, 인터넷 게임 중독과 정서지능간의 관계, 그리고 인터넷 게임 중독수준에 영향을 미치는 정서지능 하위 요인의 상대적 영향력을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전남지역 중학교에 재학중인 남자 청소년 243명을 대상으로 정서지능검사, 인터넷 게임 중독검사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 인터넷 게임 중독 수준에서 일반 사용자군과 인터넷 게임 중독 위험에 노출되어 있는 사용자군의 비율이 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서지능의 전반적 경향을 살펴보면, 정서활용 및 정서의 사고촉진 능력이 가장 높았고, 정서조절 능력이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 게임 중독수준에 따른 정서지능의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 일반 사용자군에서 고위험 사용자군으로 갈수록 정서지능의 모든 하위 영역에서 점수가 낮아짐을 볼 수 있었다. 넷째, 정서지능의 다섯 가지 하위요인 중에서 정서의 사고촉진능력과 정서조절능력, 정서활용능력이 인터넷 게임 중독수준에 대한 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 청소년 시기의 인터넷 게임 중독은 현실생활에 대한 적응과 더 나아가 미래 사회의 구성원으로서 적응해 나가는데 중요한 영향력을 갖는 정서지능에 부정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 또한 정서지능은 인터넷 게임 중독의 중요한 심리적 원인이 되기도 함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 인터넷 게임 중독 예방을 위해서는 외부 환경의 변화 뿐 아니라, 외부사건을 해석하고 행동화하도록 하는 정서지능 강화 프로그램의 개발과 보급이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of internet game addiction of youth, relationship between internet game addiction and emotional intelligence, and the relative influence of emotional intelligence sub factors that affect internet game addiction level. Accordingly, emotional intelligence test and internet game addiction test were conducted for 243 male teenagers attended middle school in Jeonnam region, and SPSSWIN 19.0 program was used to analyze the collected data. The study result revealed that first, the percentages of user group exposed to the risk of internet game addiction and general user group were almost similar in the internet game addiction level. Second, as for the overall tendency of emotional intelligence, emotion utilization & emotional thinking promotion ability was the highest, while emotion control ability was the lowest. Third, as for the difference in emotional intelligence according to internet game addiction level, it was found that the score in every sub area of emotional intelligence decreased from general user group to high-risk user group. Fourth, it was found that among the five sub factors of emotional intelligence, emotional thinking promotion ability and emotion control ability and emotion utilization ability have explanatory on internet game addiction level. In conclusion, the internet game addiction of youth has negative effects on not only adaptation to real life but also emotional intelligence that has important influence for youth in adapting as future constituent of society. In addition, emotional intelligence also becomes an important psychological cause of internet game addiction. Accordingly, in order to prevent internet game addiction, it would be necessary to develop and supply programs for enhancing emotional intelligence to allow youth to analyze and act out external incident, as well as changes in external environment.

노인장기요양 공급 특성이 수요 유발에 미치는 효과 분석: 선형패널분석을 통한 공급자의 수요자 발굴 현상 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 장기요양 공급 특성이라는 제도적 측면이 인정신청의 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지금까지 급여이용 특성을 바탕으로 수요를 정의하는 공급자 유인수요(SID) 관련 연구가 활발히 이뤄졌지만, 국내외 선행연구에서는 공급자가 수요자를 발굴하는 현상에 관해서는 다루어진 바가 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 65세 이상 고령인구의 증가에 따른 인구 구조적 수요 증가 요인과는 별개로, 공급 특성에 따른 인정신청의 증가를 제도 수요의 유발로 보고, 실증분석을 시도했다. 이를 위해 지난 10년 간 전국 시군구를 분석단위로 설정하여 내생성을 통해 지역별/시점별 특성을 통제하고, 선형패널분석 방법을 활용하여 장기요양 공급 특성이 수요 유발인 인정신청에 미친 영향을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 시군구별 공급 특성과 인정신청 간 밀접한 관계가 관찰되었다. 매년 지역별 공급 기관 총량에 따라 인정신청 건수가 동일한 양상으로 조절되었다. 선형패널분석 결과, 공급 특성에 따라 인정신청에 미치는 영향이 달랐다. 65세 인구와 별개로, 시군구별 재가 기관 공급량이 인정신청 증가에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤지만, 입소 시설은 인정신청 증가에 유의미한 영향이 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 기관 종사자 중 사회복지사 인원이 인정신청 증가에 가장 높은 영향을 미쳤다. 시군구별 장기요양 공급이 수요 발굴이 이뤄지기에, 보험자 및 공공 영역의 지역사회 사례발굴에 대한 역할을 강화해 서비스가 필요한 노인 발굴이 필요하다. This study shows that increases in long-term care applications were caused by the influence of supply characteristics, and we analyzed that applications increased due to supply characteristics. In this study, an empirical analysis was conducted to examine the effect of long-term care supply on induced demand. Linear panel analysis was used to control each regional and periodical error as endogeneity. A close relationship was observed between the supply and care applications. Over the years, suppliers and applications increased together and every year suppliers led the increase in applications. Our linear panel analysis found that the effect on the application varied depending on the supply characteristics. Home-based supply had a significant impact on the increase in applications. On the other hand, residential facility had no significant effect on applications. The number of social workers had the greatest influence on the increase in applications. As demand inducement occurred due to supply by region, it is necessary to strengthen the role of insurer and public to identify elderly individuals in need of care services.
