A dual-band low noise amplifier is designed for hybrid structure using the source feedback and input and output resonance circuits to improve gain and noise for wireless LAN. An 2.4/5.8㎓ LNA is measured and the result shows the saturated output gain and noise of 13.2/4.2dB, 1.3/2.4dB at 2.4㎓ and 5.8㎓, respectively.

공법(公法)상 주(州)교회인 독일 개신교회의 역사적 형성과정과 그에 따른 교회체제의 특징

오늘날 한국 개신교인들이 독일 개신교회를 어떻게 이해하고 있을까? 이러한 질문에 대한 답은 다음의 대답 속에 잘 담겨 있다. “독일 정부가 일반 시민들로부터 교회세(Kirchensteuer)를 징수하여 교회를 운영하고 목회자에게 월급을 지급하기 때문에 독일 개신교회는 국가교회 형태요, 거기에 속한 목사는 공무원 아닌가?” 요컨대 독일 개신교회는 국가의 세금으로 운영되기 때문에 ‘국가교회’의 형태와 특징을 지니고 있다는 말이다. 정말 그럴까? 단적으로 말하면, 독일 개신교회의 목사는 공무원에 준하는 지위와 대우를 받을 있을지언정 공무원은 아니다. 독일 개신교회는 교회세를 통해 준비된 재정으로 교회를 운영하고 목사의 월급을 지급하긴 하지만, 국가와 교회가 결합된 국가교회는 결코 아니다. 그렇다고 국가와 교회가 분리된 자유교회 형태도 아니다. 독일 개신교회는 루터교회(Lutherische Kirche), 개혁교회(Reformierte Kirche), 그리고 연합교회(Unierte Kirche, 루터교회와 개혁교회의 연합교회) 등 3개 교파가 주(州)교회 형태로 존재하며, 국법(國法)상 사법(私法) 단체가 아닌 공법(公法) 단체로서 주(州)정부와 대등한 법적 지위를 갖고 있다. 헌법적 공법상의 단체(die Verfassungsrechtliche Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts)로서의 독일 개신교회, 이것이 의미하는 바는 분명하다. 독일 개신교회는 공법(公法)상 국가 속의 또 하나의 산하단체가 아니라 정부처럼 공적 조직체로서 존재한다는 의미이다. 즉, 교회는 헌법이 보장하는바 국가와 대등한 권위와 위치를 가졌다는 말이다. 오늘날 독일 개신교회의 시스템과 정치 체제를 이해하고 그 본질을 파악하기 위해서는 바로 이 ‘공법(公法)적 법인으로서의 교회’ 개념을 알아야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ‘공법(公法)상의 교회’ 개념이란 무엇인지 살펴보고, 그것의 역사적 기원과 발전 과정 및 그 특징을 조사해보고자 한다. 또한 현재 공법(公法)상의 교회에 속하는 EKD 소속교회(루터교회, 개혁교회, 연합교회)의 정치체제는 어떠한지, 목사의 청빙 과정은 어떤 절차를 거쳐 진행되는지도 살펴볼 것이다. This paper aims at the research on the historical development process and the churchpolitical structure of the evangelical church in germany as the constitutional body of public law. The Evangelical Church in Germany (Evangelische Kirche in Deutschland: EKD) is a federation of twenty Lutheran, Reformed and United (Prussian Union) Protestant regional churches and denominations in Germany, collectively encompassing the vast majority of Protestants in that country. The evangelical church in Germany is operated with the finances prepared by the state’s tax, but it is by no means a national church in which the state and the church are combined. It is not a free-form church in which the state and the church are separated. It is a public law organization, not a private law corporation, and has a legal status equal to that of the state government. The evangelical church in germany is the constitutional body of public law. In order to understand the evangelical church in Germany and its political system, it is necessary to know the concept of those constitutional body of public law. Therefore, in this paper, we will examine what the concept of constitutional body of public law is and examine its historical origins and development process and characteristics. We will also look at the political system of the EKD (Lutheran Church, Reformed Church, and Union Church).

폴리피롤을 이용한 능동형 약물전달시스템의 제작 및 평가

N/A This paper presents drug release properties of active drug system (DDS) using volume change of polypyrrole (PPy). The incorporation of various chemical substances into the PPy and controlling its release with the externally applied voltage to the PPy are possibel. In order to confirm possibility for drug delivery system qualitatively, indicator(phenolred) was examined as a dopant of PPy. The applied voltage to the PPy electrode was set to -2 V and this negative voltage makes the anionic indicator released in saline solution. After qualitative analysis, in order to confirm quantitative drug release characteristic of PPy, salicylate which is one of the aspirin substance was used as a dopant of PPy. As a result, the salicylate release characteristics with time was thoroughly investigated while varying the electrode area, polymerization time, the applied voltage for drug release. Based on these quantitative results, a preliminary experiment was carried out to check the feasibility of the PPy applicable to the neuronal system.

개신교적 경건 이해에 대한 연구 ‐ 16~20세기 루터교회의 경건 이해의 변화를 중심으로 ‐

본 논문은 개신교회의 역사 속에서 시대별로 나타난 경건 이해의 변화를 살펴보아 ‘개신교적 의미의 경건성’을 균형 있게 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 교파간의 신학적 강조점이 있기에 ‘개신교적 경건성’의 한 예로 본 논문은 16~19세기 개신교회의 루터교회에서 형성되고 발전된 경건 이해를 검토하고자 한다. 종교개혁자 마르틴 루터는 중세 시대의 경건의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 희생 제사 중심의 미사와 중세의 수많은 종교적 실천 등이 복음의 순수성을 왜곡하고 다양한 방식으로 주술적 요소와 결합 되어 있는 이른바 “연출된 경건”이라며 거부했다. 루터는 철저히 종교개혁적 복음 이해에 따라 경건도 말씀에 대한 반응으로 나온 결과이지 인간 편에서 도출된 행위는 곧바로 복음의 순수성을 훼손하는 율법이 된다고 보았다. 말씀에 대한 반응으로서의 루터의 경건 이해는 중세 천 년 이상 실행되어오던 경건의 방향을 바꾸었다. 즉, lectio, meditatio, oratio, contemplatio의 순서를 ora¬tio, meditatio, tentatio로 바꾸었다. 이 과정에서 강조된 것은 온전한 복음 이해를 위한 성경읽기와 성경연구였다. 성경 안에 담겨 있는 복음이신 예수 그리스도에 대한 명확한 깨달음이야말로 경건의 중요한 요소였다. 그리고 이러한 깨달음 추구는 한시적으로, 어떤 고정된 형태를 취하기보다는 일평생 말씀과 씨름하면서 이루어지는 과정이자 목표였다. 이 과정과 목표가 바로 개신교적 의미의 경건의 내용이요 목표인 셈이다. 한편, 개신교적 경건의 내용을 담을 새로운 모양의 그릇이 필요했다. 이 과정에서 표출된 것이 바로 경건주의에서 말하는 ‘경건 모임’이다. 신학교에서 복음적 성경 연구를 통해 하나님을 올바로 이해하고자 했다면, ‘경건 모임’은 개인과 공동체의 경건 생활을 위해 교회 안에서 이루어지는 소규모 공동체 모임으로서 개인적 경건 생활에 도움을 주었고, 교회의 개혁과 사회 변화에까지 영향을 미쳤다. 이런 의미에서 ‘경건 모임’은 개신교적인 경건 교육의 한 모델이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 계몽주의와 과학혁명 그리고 프랑스혁명을 거치면서 ‘기독교 세계’ 또는 ‘기독교 사회’로서의 유럽 사회에는 균열이 생기기 시작하였다. 이 과정에서 종교개혁자들과 경건주의자들이 의도했던 바와는 달리 ‘경건’은 신비주의적인 정적주의(Qietismus), 혹은 윤리성에 기반한 인간 개인의 내면성(Innerlichkeit)과 단순한 감정(Gefühl)에 제한되어 이해되기 시작했다. 교회와 사회개혁을 위한 하나의 운동으로 발전한 경건주의적 경건 이해는 퇴보하고 경건주의적 경건성이 지니고 있던 다른 측면인 개인적인 윤리성으로서의 경건 이해와 ‘내면성’과 ‘감정’으로서의 협소한 경건 이해만이 19세기에 부각되기 시작했다. 하지만, 20세기에 들어서면서 경건을 학문적인 연구대상으로 주목하면서 경건을 이해하는 폭을 다시금 넓히게 되었다. 본 논문은 경건 이해에 대한 이러한 시대적 변화를 살펴봄으로써 오늘을 위한 개신교적 경건 이해에 대한 균형 잡힌 시각을 제시하고자 한다. This paper aims to balance “the piety of Protestant meaning” by examining changes in the understanding of piety in the history of the Protestant Church. The aim of this work is to examine the understanding of piety that arose and developed in the Lutheran Church of the Protestant churches in the 16th and 19th centuries. According to Martin Luther, piety is the result of an answer to the Word of God. Luther’s understanding of piety in response to the Word changed the direction of piety that had been practiced in the Middle Ages for more than a thousand years. The order of Lectio, Meditatio, Oratio and Contemplatio has been changed to Oratio, Meditatio and Tentatio. The focus of this process was on reading the Bible and studying the Bible to fully understand the gospel. At the same time, a newly formed vessel was needed to contain the content of Protestant piety: <Collegium pietatis>, a small community meeting within the church for the divine life of individuals and communities and even for the personal life of piety, Church reform and social change have contributed to this. However, through the Enlightenment, the Scientific Revolution, and the French Revolution, cracks appeared in European society as the “Christian society”. In this process piety was understood contrary to the intentions of the reformers and pietists, by limiting oneself to mystical qietism or to the ethical inwardness and simple feelings of man. Hence, this paper aims to present a balanced view of the Protestant understanding of piety for today by considering these changes of time in the understanding of piety.
