To investigate inclusions(oxides) which cause some trouble in the quality of the metal and a steel-making process, samples were manufactured. The molten irons were deoxidized using Al deoxidizer, and the morphology of the deoxidation products and the process of deoxidation were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS). The reactions between Fe melt and Al deoxidizer formed deoxidation product, and those reaction may accelerates the reduction of oxide in Fe melt. According to the results of SEM analysis after deoxidizing treatment, it was found that deoxidation products had spherical cluster shape when 1% Al was added and dendritic shape with 2~3% A1 addition. The deoxidation products were globular, dendritic, polygonal(square) and cluster shape. (Received September 28, 1999)

Determination of backwashing method is very important to be successful in rapid filtration process. In this study, an analysis of the effectiveness and the applicability for backwashing method of filter layer in Jinju water purification plants, and the cleaning efficiency of three different backwashing methods has been investigated. Actually, dual media of anthracite and sand was replaced sand filter. Improving filter run time was extended 2.42 times. Thus, the backwashing numbers is 16 to 25 for present filter in summer. And that improving backwashing number was reduced 7 to 10 with same water quality, and media loss was not developed any more. An applicability analysis of KOWACO and Jinju water purification plants was showed little difference for water with air-backwashing equipment. Cost of construction for improving backwashing method of filter layer amounts about 406 million won in case of Jinju water purification plants. This cost to pay back after 5 years.
Na2CO3 용제에 의한 용선의 동시 탈인, 탈황에 관한 연구

In order to investigate behaviour if simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization three kinds of 5㎏ lots of molten pig iron samples were prepared under Ar atmosphere as follows : a) primarily, pig iron of α_0=f_0[%O] =1.5×10^(-4), and [Si]=0.84%, b) second samples of [Si]=0.05% and α_0= 2.1 ×10^(-4) by addition of ferric oxide to the first sample as much as 12g/㎏-H.M. and holding for 30 min, c) sample of [Si] =0.03% and α_0=2.4×10^(-4) by charging a double quantity of ferric oxide to the first sample. As much as 10 and 20g of soda ash was charged from the top of the respective melt and the change in the composition of the each melt was traced as a function of time. The experimental results are summarized as follows. 1. The rate of dephosphorization at slag/metal interface is proportional to the difference between [P] and [Si] : (수식) 2. The oxygen activity of the melt decreased rapidly and exhibited minimum values, the level of which lowered as the silicon content of the melt was greater. 3. In case if [Si]=0.084%, the desulfurization presumably proceeded according to the reaction, (Na₂O)+[C]+[S]=(Na₂S)+CO ; and [S] reached to a level of 0.001% after holding 30min. on addition of soda ash.
상호운용성과 재사용성 증대를 위한 전자정부 표준 개발프레임워크 구축 사례 연구

전자정부 사업에서 개발프레임워크가 활발하게 도입되어 활용되어 왔으나 서로 다른 개발프레임 워크 도입으로 인하여 전자정부 시스템간에 상호운용성이 보장 되지 못하고, 특정 개발프레임워크에 의한 사업자 종속성이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전자정부 프로젝트에서는 표준화된 형태의 오픈 소스 기반 개발프레임워크를 구축하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 표준 개발 프레임워크가 등장한 배경과 표준화 원칙들을 제시하고, 이러한 원칙들을 만족 시키기 위한 개발프레임워크의 실행환경과 개발환경에 대한 아키텍처 특성 및 기반기술을 제시하고자 한다.
