        거세한우의 출하체중과 출하월령이 도체형질에 미치는 영향

        Data from 285 Hanwoo(Korean cattle) steer calves was used to study the effects of the body weight and age on carcass traits. The steers were castrated at 4-5 months of age and slaughtered at 24 months on the average. The body weight at slaughter affected backfat thickness, longissmus muscle area, yield grade index and auction price of Korean cattle steer significantly(P$lt;0.05), but marbling score was not affected. On the other hand age at slaughter did not make any significant effects on backfat thickness, longissmus muscle area, yield grade index and auction price. Marbling score, however, was significantly(P$lt;0.01) affected by age. Age was more important factor than body weight to improve marbling score in longissmus muscle area. The optimum age for gene expression of the score in Hanwoo(Korean cattle) steer was estimated to be about 24 months of age.

      • 교회노인대학의 문제점과 개선방안

        본 연구의 목적은 교회에서 운영하고 있는 노인대학의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 향후 노인대학의 발전방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 우리나라는 이미 고령사회로 진입하여 길어진 노년기의 수명과 여가문제라는 사회문제로 부각하게 되었다. 그 동안 교회에서 운영되고 있는 노인대학의 실태를 보면 교회에서 운영되고 있던 노인대학은 대부분이 일주일에 한 차례만 운영되고 있었으며, 프로그램도 여가와 취미 프로그램이 가장 많았다. 그리고 교회의 노인대학과 일반 노인복지관과 다른 점이 있다면 예배와 설교가 있는 점인데, 현재는 설교형태의 단순한 주입식 교육이 많아서 노인의 교육욕구를 충분히 만족시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또, 교회의 노인대학의 강사들은 일반 노인복지관의 강사들에 비해서 전문성이 결여되고 있으며, 프로그램에 있어서도 큰 차이가 없어서 기독교적 변별력이 약했다. 뿐만 아니라 무엇보다도 대부분의 교회에서 노인대학이 단순히 교회성장의 수단이 되고 있는 점이었다. 그러므로 본 논문은 이와 같은 문제점을 바탕으로 그 발전방안으로 노인대학을 통한 노인들의 영혼구원에 중점을 두어야 하며, 개교회 중심의 노인대학 운영에서 교단 간 연합으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 미래의 교회노인대학은 현재의 노인들과 미래의 노인세대는 여러 가지로 차이가 있음을 염두고 두고 향후 전략적으로 차별화된 방법이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and problems of the future development plans of the elderly enrolled in a collegiate setting operated by the Church. Korea has already entered the aging society where longer life and the leisure from old age has emerged as a social problem. Looking at the situation of the elderly universities operated through the church, the most frequent programs were the leisure and hobby programs which meet only once a week. The difference between the university of the church and the Government Social Welfare Center is that there is worship and sermons, which are the simplest forms of intrusive teaching and does not meet the elderly's educational needs. In addition, the church's elderly lecturers lack the expertise possessed of the state's education system. Above all, many churches have been setting up elderly universities simply as a means for the church to grow. Based on the problems, a development plan for the elderly needs to focus on the salvation of souls through the elderly university. Therefore, an inter-denominational coalition is preferably formed from the local churches. The future of the church is now the elderly college and the future generations of older people in many ways, so there needs to be a new strategic way to shape the future.

      • 철도차량 실내 선반 나사 강도 계산 및 FE 해석

        철도 차량 실내 의장에 설치되는 제품은 승객들의 안전과 직결되므로, 목적에 맞는 나사 선정은 설계의 중요한 요소이다. 실내 선반은 주로 차체 상부 길이방향 주요 부재인 캔트레일(Cantrail) 위치에 설치되며, 이 위치는 승객들의 머리 위에 중량 수하물이 얹혀질 수 있는 곳으로써, 외팔보(Cantilever beam) 지지 구조의 선반 설치 나사의 강도는 설계상 필히 고려되어야 할 사항이다. 본 논문은 철도차량의 특정 설계 하중조건에 대한 승객 선반 설치 나사의 구조 건전성 확인을 위한 이론 계산 수행과 안전율을 고려한 나사의 강도 적합성을 판단하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 더불어, 유한요소 해석기법(Finite Element Analysis)을 통하여 선반 자체의 재질에 대한 기계적 강도 적절성을 판단하고자 한다. Since the product for interior on rolling stock is directly connected to passenger"s safety, the selection of fasteners as fit for purpose is major factor of designing. The luggage rack is mainly installed on cantrail of upper longitudinal major structural member of carbody where this can be put the heavy weight luggage over the passenger’s head. Thus, strength of mounting fasteners for luggage rack of cantilever beam supporting structure must be considered on the design. This paper aims to carry out theoretical calculation to confirm the structural integrity of the overhead luggage rack mounting fasteners against the specified design load cases on rolling stock and evaluate the strength suitability of mounting fasteners considering margin of safety. Additionally, It is intend to figure out adequacy of mechanical strength for overhead luggage rack itself by the finite element analysis method.

        한우의 체중과 주요체형측정치에 대한 모우의 산차 및 세대효과

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the parity of dam and generation on body weights and body measurements such as chest girth, rump width, rump height, thuds width, withers height and body length of Korean Native Beef Cattle(HANWOO) at birth, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 and 32 months of age. The data used for this study consisted of 2145 heads of registered female HANWOO which were collected in the 8 provinces from 1979 through 1985 by KAIA and NLCF. In general, the parity effects of dam were the important for the sire evaluation on the body weight; and body measurements. These effects were high at the 3-6th parity and were decreased after the 6th parity. However, the parity effects of dam on body weight in 32 months slightly increased by increasing of parity. This was considered due to some selection effects. The effects of the generation including the environmental and genetic factors were slightly high in generations advanced. This was considered as the important indicators of the improvement in feeding management and the changes of the genetic specification in the population evaluated compared with the base population.

        한우의 체중과 체형체측치간의 상관관계 및 유전력추정

        This study was carried out to estimate the heritabilities for body weights and body measurements and to analysis the relation among body weight and body measurements of female Korea Native Beef Cattle(HANWOO) at birth, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 and 32 months of age. The data used for this study consisted of 3051 heads of registered female cattle(HANWOO) which were collected in the 8 provinces from 1979 through 1985 by the KAIAand NLCF. When the cost and labor in the measurement of the body were considered, the effective stepwise regression model of the body measurements on the body weight by the maximum R² improvement was the Model 6 including chest girth, rump width, rump height, thuds width, withers height and body length. The determinent coefficient(R²) of the Model 6 was 0.91. The heritabilities of the body weights at birth, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 and 32 months of age were 0.20, 0.50, 0.48, 0.47, 0.22, 0.89 and 0.77, respectively. The ranges of the heritabilities on body measurements of withers height, rump height, body length, chest depth, chest width, rump length, rump width, thuds width, chest girth, and shank circumference at birth through 32 months of age were 0.05-0.86, 0.41-1.32, 0.20-1.05, 0.28-0.84, 0.10-0.90, 0.18-0.92, 0.20-0.63, 0.12-0.85, 0.22-0.92 and 0.09-0.91, respectively.

      • 청소년의 학교폭력 예방을 위한 기독교적 방안 연구

        바람직한 학교교육을 통하여 청소년들은 건전한 성인으로 성장하여 사회로 진출하게 된다. 그러나 오늘날 학교폭력을 접한 청소년은 여러 가지 후유증을 남기고 심하게는 자살에 까지 이르게 하여 심각한 수준의 사회문제가 되고 있다. 학교폭력은 개인의 인성은 물론 부모와 가정환경, 학교, 지역사회, 그리고 정부의 정책 같은 다양한 요인들이 결합되어 발생하는 복합적 문제이다. 이런 특징 때문에 청소년의 학교폭력 문제는 시급하고도 긴급하게 처리할 현안의 사회문제임과 동시에 포괄적이고 전문적으로 접근할 필요성이 있다. 그 동안 가해학생에 대한 징벌 및 당사자들 간의 합의 위주로 진행되어 왔던 일시적이고 미온적인 해결방법들은 지양하고 보다 더 근본적인 해결방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 학교폭력 예방을 위한 근본적인 방향 제시를 성경에서 찾고자 하였다. 이에 우선 가정에서의 무릎교육이 성경에 나타난 인물들의 청소년 시절에 어떻게 영향을 미쳤는가를 조명하는 한편, 가정에서의 하나님의 말씀교육에 실패한 인물들의 청소년 시절을 함께 조명하고자 한다. 그리고 이들의 삶을 거울삼아 기독교적 대안, 즉 품성교육을 중심으로 한 기독교세계관의 가치교육에 그 주안점을 두고자 한다. 이는 그 동안의 학교폭력의 국가차원의 단기적 해결에만 그쳤던 대책을 지양하고 보다 더 장기적이고 근본적인 예방대책효과를 기대하게 할 것이다. It is desirable that students will go through school for education in order to grow into a healthy adult that will advance in society. However, a number of severe complications arise from today's violence in youth, which often leads to serious social problems, including depression and suicide. School violence is the outcome and reflection of an individual's personality, parents, home environment, school, community, government policy, and the combination of variety of factors. Because of these characteristics, the problem of violence in school and the social problems that stem from it are urgent issues that require a comprehensive approach for professional treatment. In the past, students involved in school violence usually resolve their problems with a temporary punishment agreed upon among the parties involved, but these solutions do not help prevent violence in school. Therefore, a more radical solution needs to be sought out to help prevent school violence in the future. In this paper, we are searching for the fundamental principles and direction for the prevention of school violence in the Bible. We can start by looking at the characters in the Bible and how they developed from their youth, comparing how their parents taught and educated them through the word of God to the ones who failed to do so at home. As we reexamine the lives of the biblical figures, a new solution needs to be created with emphasis on the values of education of virtues with a focus on the Christian worldview. The problem of school violence has always been dealt with on the short-term, but in order for a long-term solution, schools on the national level needs to focus on the fundamentals of preventative violence in youth.

        한우의 체중과 체척치에 대한 일반능력

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the performances of the body weights and the 11 body measurements of Hanwoo raised between 1987 and 1989 in farms and Hanwoo progeny test center. The body weights at birth, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months of age were 22.49kg, 148.18kg, 223.48kg, 267.76kg, and 291.77kg respectively. The body measurements were increased rapidly up to about 6 months of along with the body weight. Feeding managements and the nursing capacity of dam were considered important. factors to develop the body size of a calf early growing stage. As compared with the previous reports, for the body weights at 6 and 12 months of age and the measurements for body length, chest girth, and shank circumference at 6, 12 and 18 months of age were somewhat increased. This might be come from the improved feeding managements and the change of growth type by selection. The hipbones width(pinbones width), which had not been reported, at birth, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months of age were 8.96cm, 19.09cm, 19.26cm, 21.04cm, and 22.19cm respectively. The body measurements of 11 traits of male calves at 7 months of age shown to be similar to those of female calves at 12 months of age.

        한우의 체중 및 체척치에 대한 환경효과와 연도별 개량추세

        This study was conducted to find out the changes of estradiol-17α and progesterone levels in the plasma of Cheju mares from the occurrenoe of their puberty and during estrus cycle with 9 heads of Cheju ponies. The estradiol-17α and progesterone in the plasma samples were assayed by radioimmunoassay methods. The results are as follow; 1. The estradiol-17α levels showed 45.4∼93.6 pg/ml during 6-10 months of puberty, however it reaehed at peak of 162.6±73.77pg/ml at 13months with onset of estrus. 2. The progesterone levels during puberty of fillies reached peak levels of 8.28±4.52ng/ml at 14months and 0.01∼0.36ng/ml during 6-10 months of puberty. 3. The estradiol-17β and progesterone levels decreased to 75.1±27.26pg/ml and 1.96±2.25ng/ml respectively during 16months of puberty in the non-breeding season. 4. The estradiol-17β levels during the estrus cycles showed a peak level of 107-145pg/ml at 1-7 days after the onset of estrus and decreased 66.1-91.9pg/ml at I1-17 days. 5. The progesterone levels during the estrus cycle showed less than Ing/ml at 1-7 days after the onset of estrus and a peak level of 7.5-7.7ng/ml at 11-15 days.

        육용계의 체중과 복강지방에 대한 유전력과 유전상관 추정에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to estimate the heritabilities and genetic correlations of body weight, carcass weight, abdominal fat, neck, gizzard, liver, heart, shank length and keel length in broiler. Heritability estimates of body weight at 6, 8 and 10 weeks of age were 0.45, 0.41 and 0.28, respectively, and abdominal fat at 6, 8 and 10 weeks of age were 0.16, 0.52 and 0.30, respectively. Genetic correlations were estimated between abdominal fat and the correlated traits. Based on the genetic correlations, shank length and keel length might be used selection criteria for decrease abdominal fat in broiler breed.

        Broiler의 體重에 對한 相加的 및 非相加的 遺傳分散成分의 推定

        This study was conducted to investigate the combining abilities and nonadditive genotype-environmental interaction for broiler body weight at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. A total of 1181 progenies were obtained from a full diallel cross of three broiler strains. The estimated heterosis at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age were 0.43%, 0.79%, 0.99%, and 0. 30% respectively. Heterosis difference by weeks suggested that difference of growth rate between strains and crossbreds. At: all ages of mesurements in both male and female for body weights, averaging additive genetic variance due to sire variance was 11.46%, 17.48%, and averaging maternal effect was 51.69%, 32.38%, respectively. The environmental variance components due to tier effect were decreased in according with increasing of weeks of age. The male progeny was more influenced than female progeny by environmental effect. Nonadditive genetic variance due to genotype interaction in male and female were averaging 3.68%, 4.14%, respectively. Nonadditive genotype-environmental interaction components, Sire × Tier, Dam × Tier, Sire × Dum × Tier, were averaging 1.85%, 9.53%, 28.17% for body weight, respectively. Generally, the ratios of this variance component were decreased in according with increasing of weeks of age.
