방과 후 제주오름 걷기운동이 초등학교 아동의 체격, 체력, GOT, 혈중지질변인, 혈압 및 비만에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Jeju Oreum walking excercise on physique, physical fitness, GOT, blood lipid profiles, blood pressure and obesity in elementary students. The study obtains the followings results. First, height of post-test was significant increase than pre-test in all group. But weight of post-test showed a significant increase than pre-test only male obese group. Second, the record of 1000m long-distance race of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in all group. The sit-ups of posttest showed a significant increase than pre-test in all group. The flexibility of post-test showed a significant increase than pre-test in all group. Third, GOT of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in female normal group. The HDL-C of post-test was significant increase than pre-test in all group. The LDL-C of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in female obese group. Fourth, blood pressure(systolic) of posttest was significant decrease than pre-test in female normal group and male normal group. The blood pressure(diastolic) of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in female obese group, normal group and male normal group. Fifth, BMI of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in female obese group, male obese group and male normal group. The fat(%) of post-test was significant decrease than pre-test in all group. In conclusion, Jeju Oreum walking exercise was very positive effect on elementary student’s physique, physical fitness, GOT, blood lipid profiles, blood pressure and obesity.

자동화와 지능화의 확대에 따른 산업과 일, 일자리의 변화에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있다. 특히 일자리 감소, 고용형태의 변화에 따른 복지정책과 사회 정책을 정비해야 한다는 주장이 대두되고 있다. 일자리의 감소와 양극화에 대비한 새로운 사회정책의 모색, 기본소득에 대한 논의가 대표적일 것이다. 우리는 지금 어떤 패러다임의 전환기를 맞이하고 있는 것인가? 디지털이라는 IT 기술, 특히 인공지능 기술의 발달은 산업과 노동의 변화, 산업구조와 직업의 변화를 가져오고 이는 다시 조직 및 근무형태(일하는 방식)의 변화로 이어지고 있다. 또한 고용계약 형태의 변화로 이어져 정규직과 비정규직, 임시직과 계약직, 독립노동자 등 노동의 유형이 분화되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이와 같은 디지털, 특히 인공지능 기술에 의한 산업과 노동의 변화를 살펴보고, 이에 대한 대응방안을 모색해보고자 한다. 특히 인공지능이 노동의 배제가 아닌 노동의 증강이 되기 위해서는 어떤 대응이 필요한지를 살펴보고, 복지 등 사회 체계의 전환이 필요하다는 주장을 이끌어 내고자 한다. 지금까지의 복지가 근본적으로 산업시대의 기업 부담 재원에 근거하고 있다면 디지털 시대에는 새로운 사회 복지 시스템, 사회 부담 방식으로의 전면적 전환이 필요하다. 한편 인공지능 시대에 노동의 증강으로 대응하기 위해서는 평생학습이 필요한 이유를 살펴보았다. 미래 사회는 사회-기술적 환경 속에서 주체적 선택과 이행 전략을 통해 달라질 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 디지털이 가져오는 산업과 노동의 변화에 대한 전망을 바탕으로 바람직한 사회로 나아가기 위해 어떠한 대응이 필요 한지를 살펴보고, 앞으로 예상할 수 있는 미래 사회 시나리오를 도출하였다. 특히 인공지능이라는 지능화의 발달은 다양성이라는 사회 구조의 특성에 따라 다른 미래 사회가 펼쳐질 수 있다는 점을 시나리오로 도출하고, 바람직한 미래로 나아가기 위한 전략적 개입의 지점을 도출하여 미래 전략을 수립해 보고자 한다. Concerns about changes in industry, work, and jobs as a result of increased automation and intelligence are rapidly growing. In particular, there is a growing demand for improvement of welfare policies and social policies in accordance with changes in employment type and employment decrease. A new social policy to prepare for the decline and polarization of jobs and the discussion of basic income will be very important matters. What paradigm are we in transition now? The development of digital IT technology, especially artificial intelligence technology, leads to changes in industry and labor, industrial structure and occupation, which in turn brings to changes in organization and working style. In addition, the changes in the form of employment are being divided in-to different types of labor such as, regular and irregular workers, temporary and contract workers, and independent workers. Therefore, this thesis examines the changes of industry and labor by digital, especially artificial intelligence technology, and seeks for countermeasures. Especially, we want to find out what kind of countermeasures are necessary for artificial intelligence to be an enhancement of labor, not exclusion of labor, and to bring up the argument that the social system such as welfare needs to be changed. If the welfare of the past is fundamentally based on the corporate burden of the industrial age, it is necessary to switch over to the new social welfare system and the social burden system in the digital age. On the other hand, in the era of artificial intelligence, we looked at the reasons why lifelong learning is necessary to cope with the increase of labor enhancement. Future society can be changed through subjective choices and implementation strategies in the socio-technical environment. In this paper, we look at what kind of responses are needed to move toward a preferable society based on the prospects of changes in industry and labor brought by digital, and we derive future social scenarios that can be expected in the future. In particular, the development of intelligence as artificial intelligence will be based on the scenarios that different future societies can be developed according to the characteristics of social structure such as diversity, and to establish future strategy by deriving points of strategic intervention to advance into a preferable future.

스마트폰 시장은 급속히 성장하고 있으며, 다양한 스마트폰들은 사람들의 관심을 더욱 증대시키고 있다. 일상생활에서 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 편리함을 얻는 사례도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 PC, USB 메모리와 스마트폰을 통합해서 무선 프레젠테이션 서비스를 제공하는 경우는 흔하지 않다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 어플리케이션은 보편적인 Wi-Fi를 이용하여 스마트폰과 PC를 클라이언트-서버 환경으로 구성한다. 본 어플리케이션으로 사용자는 스마트폰에서 PC를 제어할 수 있으며 양방향 파일전송도 가능하다. 이러한 기능들로 스마트폰은 프레젠테이션 리모컨과 USB메모리의 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 그리고 기존의 프레젠테이션 환경에서는 구현할 수 없었던 새로운 Q&A기능을 구현함으로써 보다 효과적인 의사소통 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 청중은 이 기능을 이용하여 강연이 진행 중에도 질문을 등록해 둘 수 있다. Smart-phone market is rapidly growing. Various smart-phones are arousing much interest of people. We can find many different smart-phone applications which are successfully applied to everyday life. However, it is not easy to find presentation applications that integrate PCs, USB memories and smart-phones with wireless network. The application we developed constructs a kind of client-server environment of a PC and multiple smart-phones with Wi-Fi. It allows presenters not only to control the connected remote PC but also to transfer files from PC to smart-phone and vice versa. The smart-phone of the functions takes the roles of USB memories and remote presentation controllers. Moreover, a new Q&A function was built in the application to support more effective Q&A communication between presenters and audience that is not possible to be implemented under the conventional presentation environment. With it, audience can register their questions even while presentation is on.

This paper explores the obsession with purity and refusal of pollution dominating the white male ideology of the American South through the lens of Julia Kristeva's conception of abjection. Abjection is a concept referring to a psychic mechanism that the subject throws out the object blurring the boundary between its inside and outside by making it dirty. This abjection mechanism is, I argue, the underlying psychic structure of the Southern ideology in which the blackness and the femaleness are represented as sharing the characteristics of the abject: the dirty body threatening pure spirit. Joe Chritmas, the protagonist of Light in August, is an indeterminate figure resisting a clear classification into either the white or the black, and thereby deconstructing the Southern social system built upon this racial classification. Southerners’ violent refusal of him culminating in Percy Grimm's castrating act is the abjection process through which they attempt to rebuild their racial and gender boundary. Joe's tragedy lies in the fact that he follows the very logic of the white male society that expels and sacrifices him as the abject. I argue that Faulkner in Light in August succeeds in revealing the abjection mechanism of the Southern ideology that Joe himself internalizes, yet colludes with it by mystifying Lena as the symbol of maternal purity.
