결과지식후 지연간격 ( Post - KR - Delay Interval ) 이 골프퍼팅과제 수행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the Post-KR-Delay interval with golf putting task which is possible to control the timing and pace for themselves on stimulus reception and decision making which were needed in motor performance, Thirty subjects were tested 40th trials of golf putting task and consisted three groups which had done 2, 6 and 10 seconds of post-KR-delay interval for each conditions. This experiment was factorial designed in a 3×8(post-KR-delay Interval×Trials(Block)) with each block consisting of 5 trials and repeated measures 40th trials. The independent variable was error of subjects motor performance with being shown error information. The results of this experiment showed that the more post-KR-delay interval took long, the more planning the performance with error was effective in the case of self-paced skill such as golf putting task.
단기간의 산양삼복용과 유산소 운동이 최대운동검사 및 회복시의 면역체계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to indicate the basic data having positive effects of athletic performances by analyzing the change of immune function for college students majoring physical education during 4 weeks of aerobic exercise with taking cultivated wild ginseng. The results through the date analysis are drawn below. First, there were significant differences in the main effects between groups, time and period in Neutrophil, Lymphocyte and Monocyte by intake of cultivated wild ginseng and before and after of the aerobic exercise for 4 weeks. The correlation effects between groups & period have showed the significant differences, but in the correlation effects between time & period and time & period & groups, there was no significant differences. Second, there were significant differences in the main effects between groups and period in Eosinophil, Basophil and IGA by intake of cultivated wild ginseng and before and after of the aerobic exercise for 4 weeks, but there was no significant differences in time. The correlation effects between groups & period have showed the significant differences, but in the correlation effects between time & period and time & period & groups, there was no significant differences. Therefore, taking cultivated wild ginseng and aerobic exercise for snort-term is considered that the effects of cultivated wild ginseng and aerobic exercise are insufficient in inflammatory response and resistance aspects. In conclusion, the long-term study with various intensity and levels is expected to improve the immunity function, and it would be more efficient in performing an aerobic exercise and taking cultivated wild ginseng.
운동 자기-도식과 자기효능감이 20대의 신체활동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the current study was to identify differences in exercise self-schema, exercise self efficacy and physical activity by exercise stage of change and sex and to explore influence exercise self-schema and exercise self efficacy on physical activity. For this research, it was accomplished 298 questionnaires(male:152, female:146) and ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18. The results indicated that it was significant differences in exercise self-schema, exercise self efficacy and physical activity on sex and exercise stage of change(p<.01~.001). In addition, result of stepwise regression analysis revealed that significant influence factors on physical activity for male(R²=.206) and female(R²=.294). The current study identified the importance of exercise self-schema for increasing physical activity.
온라인 건강증진 교육 프로그램이 예비보육교사의 e-헬스리터러시, 정서, 및 웰니스에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 예비보육교사를 대상으로 온라인 건강증진 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 e-헬스 리터러시, 정서 및 웰니스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K여대 보육관련 학과에 재학 중인 여대생 30명에게 6차시 온라인 건강증진 프로그램을 적용하였다. 온라인 건강증진 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사전과 사후 2번의 설문 조사를 통해 얻은 자료를 토대로 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 대응표본 t 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 온라인 건강증진 프로그램 적용 후, 예비보육교사의 e-헬스 리터러시는 수업 전보다 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 그리고 온라인 건강증진 프로그램 적용 후, 예비보육교사의 부정적 정서는 유의한 감소를 보였다. 마지막으로 온라인 건강증진 프로그램 적용 후, 예비보육교사의 웰니스 지표의 하위요인인 사회적 웰니스를 제외하고 신체적, 정서적, 인지적, 직업적 웰니스 모두에서 유의한 향상을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대에 대학 정규수업에서 활용 가능한 온라인 건강증진 교육 수업은 건강한 보육교사를 양성하기 위한 유용한 수업전략임을 확인할 수 있었다. This study investigated the effects of online health-promoting education program on e-health literacy, affect, and wellness in pre-service childcare teachers. 30 pre-service childcare teachers at the K women’s university participated in the online health promoting education program for 6 weeks. To verify the effects of the program paired t-test conducted using SPSS 26.0 program based on the pre and post data. After participating in online health-promoting education program, e-health literacy of pre-service childcare teachers was significantly improved and also significantly decreased negative affect. In addition, there were significant improvements in physical wellness, emotional wellness, cognitive wellness, job wellness with the exception of social wellness after participating in the program. These findings suggest that online health-promoting education classes in regular college class curriculum a useful teaching strategy for fostering healthy pre-service childcare teachers.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style of coach and trust in woman weight lifters. The subjects for this study totalled 174 woman lifters in middle school, high school, university and business team. Instruments of this study were used Leadership Scale(Chelladurai & Saleh, 1978; Kim, 1990) and Trust Scale(Clark & Payne, 1997: Lee, 2002). The validity of instruments was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, reliability analysis(cronbach`α), one-way ANOVA and post-hoc(LSD), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS 15.0 package. The following conclusions were drawn: First. there was difference in leadership style of their coach by division. Second, there was difference in leader trust by division. Third, there was positive relationship between leadership style of coach and leader trust. Fourth, leadership style of coach had an effect on leader trust in woman weight lifters.
