국가현안 대응형 데이터 기반 정부출연연구기관의 융합R&D전략 기획 프레임워크에 대한 연구: 고령화를 중심으로

초고령화 사회로 진입하려는 우리나라는 상당한 경제적·사회적 문제가 발생할 것이 예상되고 있다. 국가의 난제인 고령화 문제의 충격에 대비하기 위한 연구개발(R&D)에 정부 출연연구기관의 역할과 책임(Role and Responsibility)이 더욱 강화되고 있으며, 국가·사회적 요구가 증대되고 있는 가운데, 고령화라는 국가적 난제를 해결하기 위해 정부출연연구기관을 중심으로 수평적·수직적 협력을 통해 융합연구를 더욱 확대할 전략수립의 필요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 국가연구개발 투자의 효율성을 높이기 위해 전략기획을 수립하는 단계에서 객관성 및 합리성을 확보할 수 있는 증거기반의 정보 제공이 필수조건이다. 본 연구에서는 국가 난제인 고령화 이슈와 관련한 출연연의 융합R&D전략 수립에 필요한 중점 연구영역(분류체계) 도출과 연구영역별 R&D 수행주체 및 지원현황 정보를 위해 국가 R&D 데이터를 기반으로 제공하는 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)에서 2017-20년 기간 동안 고령화와 관련된 2,534건의 R&D과제를 대상으로 Scopus의 All Science Journal Classification(ASJC)을 기반으로 분류하고, 이를 기반으로 동시발생현(co-occurrence) 분석결과를 통해 클러스터링을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 증거기반 R&D전략을 수립하는 과정에서 가장 기초가 되는 정보를 제공하여 이해관계자들의 적극적인 협력을 유도하여 정책의 신뢰성을 제고시킬 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. Korea, enters a super-aged society by 2026, is expected to encounter considerable economic and social problems. Government-funded research institutes (GFRIs) have been required for their role and responsibility in R&D to prepare for the impact of the nation"s aging problem. In order to solve the national challenge of aging, it is required for GFRIs to expand convergence research through horizontal and vertical cooperation with other research organizations. Thus, it is essential to provide evidence-based information that can secure objectivity and rationality at the early stage of strategic planning, thereby increasing the efficiency of national R&D investment, In this study, we propose a framework to derive key research areas, and then research organizations and investment trend per key research areas, which needed to discuss among stakeholder. After nationally-funded 2,534 R&D projects related to aging (2017-20) were collected from The National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS), Scopus" All Science Journal Classification (ASJC) was designated, and then conducted cluster analysis based on the co-occurrence. The results showed that the possibility of enhancing the credibility of the policy was confirmed by providing evidence-based information in the process of establishing the R&D strategy.

국가 연구개발(R&D) 과제 데이터 기반 동적 융합지표에 관한 연구: 생명·보건의료 분야를 중심으로

The aim of this study is to provide the dynamic convergence index that reflected the inherent characteristics of the convergence phenomenon and utilized the nationallyfunded R&D projects data, thereby suggesting useful information about the direction of the national convergence R&D strategy. The dynamic convergence index that we suggested was made of two indicators: persistency and diversity. From a time-series perspective, the persistency index, which measures the degree of continuous convergence of multidisciplinary nationally-funded R&D projects, and the diversity index, which measures the degree of binding with heterogeneous research areas. We conducted the empirical experiment with 151,248 convergence R&D projects during the 2015∼2021 time period. The results showed that convergence R&D projects in both public health and life sciences appeared the highest degree of persistency. It was presumed that the degree of persistency has increased again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the degree of diversity has risen with combining with disciplinary such as materials, chemical engineering, and brain science areas to solve social problems including mental health, depression, and aging. This study not only provides implications for improving the concept and definition of dynamic convergence in terms of persistency and diversity for national convergence R&D strategy but also presented dynamic convergence index and analysis methods that can be practically applied for directing public R&D programs.

카프비평사의 탈구축과 재구성 : ‘박영희-임화’ 노선과 ‘김기진-김남천’ 노선의 비교 연구

‘박영희-임화’ 노선은 상대적으로, 경험적 현실로서 객관적 존재보다는 뚜렷한 의식지향성으로서 주체의 주관적 의지에 의존하는 경향이 보다 두드러진다. 반면 ‘김기진-김남천’ 노선은 비교적 마르크스주의의 이념형을 지향하면서도 끊임없이 식민지 조선의 경험적 현실을 환기하며 그 문학적 사유의 구체성을 견지하고자 노력했다. 이는 김기진, 김남천 역시 박영희나 임화 등과 똑같이 아이디얼리즘이라는 확실한 고정점을 지녔음에도, 본질적으로는 리얼리스트라는 일관된 문학적 입장으로써 자신들의 비평을 시종하게 했던 버팀목이었다. 부연하자면 김기진의 사유체계는 이론과 현실의 부단한 변증법적 상호작용으로 요약할 수 있으며, 김남천이 사회주의 리얼리즘 논쟁에서 김기진 등과 마찬가지로 식민지 조선의 경험적 구체성을 더욱 강조했던 사실 등은 바로 본고의 관점과 논리를 뒷받침하는 것이다. 이상의 서술들을 종합적으로 고려할 때, ‘김기진-김남천’ 노선은 상대적으로 인간의 주관적 실천의지보다는 객관적 존재로서 경험적 현실을 기반으로, 문학예술의 공리적 성격을 충분히 인식하면서도 예술의 자율성과 문학의 특이성 등에 대해 기꺼이 승인할 수 있는 열린 체계로서의 신축적 개방성과 사고의 유연성을 내포하고 있다고 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 카프비평사의 재구성에 있어서도, ‘박영희-임화’의 노선보다는 ‘김기진-김남천’의 노선이 보다 강조되고 재음미될 필요가 있다고 생각한다. 이는 카프문학비평사를 지나간 과거의 유물이 아닌, ‘지금-여기’ 문학의 창조에 새롭게 기여할 수 있는 현재의 문학적 전통으로 갱신하기 위함이라 하겠다. The ‘Park, Young-hee-Im, hwa’ line is relatively more pronounced, as an empirical reality, a tendency to rely on the subject’s subjective will as a distinct consciousness-oriented one rather than an objective being. On the other hand, the ‘Kim, Ki-jin-Kim, Nam-cheon’ line sought to maintain the specificity of their literary cause, while constantly invoking the empirical reality of colonial Joseon while pursuing the ideological type of Marxism. This was the buttress that led them to follow their criticism as consistent literary positions, essentially realists, even though they also had the same firmness of idealism as Park, Young-hee and Im, Hwa. To add on, Kim’s thinking system can be summed up by constant dialectical interaction between theory and reality, and Kim, Nam-cheon’s emphasis on the empirical embodiment of colonial Joseon, like Kim, Ki-jin in the socialist realism debate, is the support of the main idea and logic. Considering the above descriptions comprehensively, it can be assessed that the ‘Kim, Ki-jin-Kim Nam-cheon’ line, based on empirical reality as an objective rather than on the subjective will of human beings, implies flexible openness and flexibility of thinking as an open system that fully recognizes the utilitarian nature of literary art, while willing to approve the autonomy of art and the peculiarity of literature. Therefore, I think that the ‘Kim, ‘Ki-jin-Kim, Nam-cheon’ line needs to be emphasized and re-enacted rather than the ‘Park, Young-hee-Imhwa’ line in the future as well. This is to renew to the present literary tradition that can contribute to the creation of ‘now-here’ literature, not to the relics of the past that passed the history of KAPF criticism.

Evaluating the Comfort Experience of a Head-Mounted Display with the Delphi Methodology

This study developed evaluation indicators for the comfort experience of virtual reality (VR) headsets by classifying, defining, and weighting cybersickness-causing factors using the Delphi research method and analytic hierarchical process (AHP) approach. Four surveys were conducted with 20 experts on VR motion sickness. The expert surveys involved the 1) classification and definition of cybersickness-causing dimensions, classification of sub-factors for each dimension, and selection of evaluation indicators, 2) self-reassessment of the results of each step, 3) validity revaluation, and 4) final weighting calculation. Based on the surveys, the evaluation indicators for the comfort experience of VR headsets were classified into eight sub-factors: field of view (FoV)-device FoV, latency-device latency, framerate-device framerate, V-sync-device V-sync, rig-camera angle view, rig-no-parallax point, resolution-device resolution, and resolution-pixels per inch (PPI). A total of six dimensions and eight sub-factors were identified; sub-factor-based evaluation indicators were also developed.

대학생의 내면화된 수치심이 SNS중독에 미치는 영향 : 자기대상욕구의 매개효과

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 내면화된수치심이 SNS중독에 미치는 영향에서 자기대상욕구 갈망과 회피의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 대학생 385명을 대상으로 내면화된수치심 척도, 대학생용 SNS중독경향성 척도, 한국판 자기대상욕구 질문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터의 통계분석은 SPSS 22.0, AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형 검증 방법을 사용하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 확인하기 위해 Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 내면화된 수치심, SNS 중독, 자기대상욕구 갈망과 회피 간에는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심과 SNS중독의 관계에서 자기대상욕구 갈망, 회피는 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 내면화된수치심과 SNS중독의 관계에서 자기대상욕구 갈망과 회피가 매개역할을 하는 것을 확인함으로써 SNS중독과 관련된 각 변인들의 관계에 대한 이론적이고 경험적인 증거를 마련하였으며, SNS중독을 치료하는 상담 실제에서의 효과적인 치료적 가설과 개입을 위한 정보를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of Selfobject Needs through the relationship between the Internalized Shame and SNS Addiction using structural equational modeling. Methods For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed for 385 college students using the Internalized Shame Scale; ISS, SNS Addiction Proneness Scale for College Students, Korean Selfobject Needs Inventory; K-SONI, the following study results were derived. Results First, there were positive correlation Internalized Shame, SNS Addiction and Selfobject Needs. Second, Selfobject Needs has a complete mediating effect on the relation between Internalized Shame and SNS Addiction. Conclusions This study provides theoretical and empirical evidence of the relationship of variables related to SNS addiction by identifying the mediated effects of Selfobject needs in the relationship between Internalized Shame and SNS addiction. It is meaningful that it provided information for effective therapeutic hypothesis and intervention in the counseling to treat SNS addiction.
