Color developers(CD) have been noted to produce lichen planus like eruption as well as eczematous contact dermatitis. The chemicals involved are derivatives of paraphenylenediamine or aniline, i. e., Kodak CD 2, Kodak CD 3, Agfa TSS. We report a 28-year-old male who showed a feature of lichenoid contact dermatitis after exposure to color developer. Patch test revealed positive reactions to CD2, CD3 and CD4. Skin biopsy from a patch site showed lichen planus-like tissue reaction.(Kor J Dermatol 29(1); 76 80, 1991)

As security technology advance, many encryption methods have been proposed. However, counterfeiting poses a significant financial and physical threat despite these efforts. Physically unclonable function (PUF), which is a hardwarebased encryption system, has become a vital solution to these harmful issues. This paper proposes an optical physical unclonable function using a self-aggregated unobservable porous polymer. Terms of PUF performance is successfully confirmed by evaluating bit uniformity, uniqueness, robustness and randomness test (NIST SP 800-22).
딥러닝 알고리즘을 이용한 적외선 위장 포토닉 구조 설계

At present, artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms have been applied in diverse fields, ranging from research to real-life application such as physics problem-solving and product development. They are especially useful for fields that are difficult to create or require significant time and effort to achieve through human effort alone. One such field is the design of IR camouflage photonic. In this paper, we propose the use of supervised and reinforcement learning to build multi-stack IR camouflage structure. We evaluate the effectiveness of these two methods by comparing the outputs of each resultant structure. Surprisingly, the product invented by supervised learning produced plausible pseudo results, while reinforcement learning resulted in a well-trained and closely optimized result.
IGZO의 조성비율과 전구체 재료에 따른 전기적 특성 향상에 대한 연구

In this paper, we study electrical property of indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) by varying composition ratio and precursor material of IGZO solution. IGZO film is deposited by sol-gel process, and the film is analyzed by measuring I-V curve using probe station in direct contact. Our result show that the higher ratio of indium in the solution, the greater reactivity to voltage. Also, the solution composed of Zinc nitrate hydrate has a higher voltage response than the solution composed of Zinc acetate dihydrate.
