This paper introduces a study of improvement for a defect diagnosis of the UM71C track circuit using on HSL. The track circuit on HSL has long operation section. Therefore, when the worker maintain, many times and efforts are spent. So, periodically, we have operated a inspection car. However, we don"t know exactly the state changed of the inspection data when track circuit has defect. Actually, We fixed a sample area within operation section on HSL and performed the simulations for short circuit current that is reflected characteristic impedance and propagation factor. We compared the measuring data with the result of the simulation. Using verified simulation program, we estimated inspection data as the malfunction number and the change of capacity of compensation capacitor. These study need to secure of the safety as the train operation. Also, It needs to make a criteria of analysis for the maintenance through comparison simulation data and inspection data.
스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 정책기반 응급 생체 데이터 전송 구조

본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 정책 기반 응급 생체 정보 구조를 제시한다. 제안된 서비스 구조를 통해 의료진이 원격지 환자의 응급 생체데이터를 빠르고 정확하게 모니터링 할 수 있다. 제안된 시스템은 생체 데이터 수집 및 전송 기능을 가진 IEEE 11073 표준 기반 에이전트와 매니저 IEEE 11073과 HL7 간 변환 기능 및 정책 기반의 자동 진단 기능을 가진 EMS (Emergency Management Server) HL7 표준 기반의 HL7 의료 시스템으로 크게 3 부분으로 구성한다. 마지막으로 제안된 시스템을 구현함으로써 스마트 헬스케어 서비스에서 생체 데이터의 수집 및 응급 데이터 관리가 가능함을 보였다. In this paper we propose the architecture of the policy-based emergency bio data transmission for the smart healthcare service. the medical staff can quickly and accurately monitor the emergency bio data of the remote patient through the proposed architecture. The proposed system consists of three parts: IEEE 11073-based agents and managers performing the aggregation function and transmission function of the bio data; the emergency management server performing the converting function between IEEE 11073 and HL7 and auto-diagnosis function of the policy-based; HL7 medical system based on HL7. Finally by implementing the proposed system we shows that the aggregation of the bio data and management of the emergency bio data in the smart healthcare service are possible.

Purpose: In this study, the dynamic performance by the reproduced water hammer was compared and analyzed according to the shape of the check valve. Methods: The pressure variation caused by water hammer can be obtained using the Joukowsky equation. In actual pipe systems, water hammer occurs in long pipe of several km, but it is impossible to install long pipe in the laboratory environment due to the space constraints. Therefore, the test equipment by installation a pressure tank was developed to replace the long pipe. Results: The pressure of the water hammer phenomenon rises in proportion to the applied pressure at the check valve outlet, and the pressure rise was about three times the applied pressure. Conclusion: The main parameters affecting the water hammer were the applied pressure and the shape of check valve. It was confirmed that the effect of the applied pressure was greater than the effect of the shape of the check valve. It was verified that the multi-disc check valve performs the function of protecting the pump more than single-disc check valve from the water shock of the pipe system. The initial framework has been constructed and reported at the 2017 conference of the KSME [1].

The Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) is a device recycling the exhaust gas of gas turbine in combined power and chemical plants. Since service temperatures was very high, the damage of HRSG tubes intensively occurred in superheater and reheater. The aim of this paper is to determine life and hardness relationship that addresses creep-rupture test and creep-interrupt test in modified 9Cr-1Mo steel. The measured life that consists of function of hardness was found to constant tendency.

KORAIL is one of the biggest consumer in electric power market so it is necessary to investigate power consumption pattern and optimize power rates. This paper presents simulation program for electric power rates define program based on billing system database. Base on the substation annual power usage DB data, the characteristic of the substation power consumption are investigated and effective electrical billing system are compared each other. Through this program it is verified that we can save more then several hundred million won for a year. Also electric train air condition power consumption was measured to figure the method how to reduce peak energy consumption.

The Operation of high speed train in year 2004 bring about a great change in railroad industry. Especially in railroad construction field we have acquired great Know-how. And up to now we are building up operation skills. But the high speed train system are totally imported, so it is necessary to investigate some of the equipment based on our own environment. In case of Toughened Glass Stem Insulator, we don"t have any application case in domestic and limited in abroad. So there must be some characteristic estimation. This paper introduces estimation methode in three different field. First electrical field, Second physical field and finally environment circumstance. In Electrical field, amplitude and number of time for abnormal peak voltage data are collected. And in physical field case, amplitude and trend of vibration in to the insulator are examined. And I circumstance case, possibility of flying gravel and ice clod are investigated. Through this basic data, suitability for Toughened Glass Stem Insulator using in domestic will be accumulated and estimated.

A polyurethane foaming machine metering pump is the piston pump delivering the polyurethane to the foaming machine. The role of the metering pumps is an essential component to produce the good quality products with constant flow and no variation because the polyurethane should be mixed with polyol and isocyanate at the same rate. The metering pumps used in the facility of the previous polyurethane products company have used metering pumps made in Germany and England. The life of the pumps imported was 3 years(8,760 hours : 8 hours×365 days×3 years). However, it was difficult to substitute and expand the market of the metering pump because the metering pump made in abroad is 2 times more life than the domestic pump whose life is 1.5 years. This study had tested the performance and life test to analyze the characteristic of the metering pump to develop the better performance than abroad products.

Demand and interest in renewable energy is increasing rapidly. Solar energy has become a new source of energy. Among the methods of using solar energy, a photovoltaic cell converts a solar light directly into electricity by using a photoelectric conversion element. It is a technology that uses solar heat by storing solar heat in the fluid by using a heat collector. In this study, The test equipment that can measure the performance of PV/T panel was developed. The DOE(Design of Experiments) was applied for the test plan. The DOE results were analyzed by ANOVA(analysis of variance) and regression equation was derived. We can predict heat output through the regression equation of PV/T panel. The difference between predicted and measured heat output was less than 9%.
