        까치버섯을 이용한 아이라이너 제조 및 평가

        Application of natural dye will be able to further produce the development of various color products in color cosmetics, as well as reduce the pollution of heavy metals coming from the combination of a large amount of pigment. This experiment created an eyeliner product containing Polyozellus Multiplex as part of an agenda regarding natural pigments and evaluated safety, cosmetic formulation, coloration and sensory testing. The stability of eyeliners containing Polyozellus Multiplex and control eyeliner were evaluated. All eyeliner products showed no significant change in a centrifugation test and cycling test. All eyeliner products were investigated for viscosity using the DV-E Viscometer on LV30 rpm, s64, 2min at 25℃. The viscosity property of the control eyeliner is 11,139±0.82 CPS and eyeliner containing Polyozellus Multiplex 30%, 50%, 100% are 11,282±4.08 CPS, 11,222±5.40 CPS, 11,343±2.04 CPS, respectively. As a result of a patch test, erythema appeared in 1 of 10 people for the control eyeliner but there were no reactions to the eyeliners containing Polyozellus Multiplex 30%, 50% and 100%. The coloration value of the eyeliner containing Polyozellus Multiplex 30% was similar to the control eyeliner. The characteristics of spreading, color formation, persistency, texture, and application value were determined by a 5-point Likert scale. As a result of the sensory test, eyeliner containing Polyozellus Multiplex 50% is the highest satisfaction. Based on these findings, the partial replacement of Polyozellus Multiplex as part of a natural pigment is useful and it can be utilized in eyeliner products as a safe ingredient.

        큐티클 리무버 화장품의 In Vivo와 In Vitro에서의 안전성 평가

        Recently, the issue of the harmful effects of nail care products has been posed. In case of cuticle remover, information on hazards of chemical substances is limited and product safety reports are also insufficient. This study evaluated the safety of the top three commercially selling cuticle removers that are widely used in nail care: Blue cross, Zero cleanser and Flower vita cuticle cares. To measure the pH level of cuticle remover cosmetics, distilled water and DMEM. The toxic effect of cuticle removers on cultured HaCaT was identified by MTT-assay. The patch test was performed to evaluate the occurrence of erythema on the patch area according to the criteria of ICDRG after applying the cuticle remover cosmetics (as is). Adherence to the cosmetic pH measurement guidelines, it was confirmed that the blue cross product did not meet the pH standard of the final product of the domestic cosmetic method. When measuring the pH by diluting DMEM with a solvent, Flower vita product maintained a pH close to Neutral 7.0 overall. All three cuticle removers demonstrated dose-dependent cytotoxic on HaCaT cell. The viability of cells treated with 10㎍/mL Blue cross or 10㎍/mL Zero cleanser was presented below 10%. Otherwise, Flower vita treatment at concentrations of 0.5~20㎍ up to 20㎍/mL did not affect the viability (above 70%) in the HaCaT. Of the patch test, there was positive in one case (3.3%) at 2 weeks. It was observed that a doubful reaction (-/+) to Flower vita and weak positive reactions (+) to Blue cross, and zero cleanser. Taken together, it was shown that the Flower vita product have the lowest cytotoxicity in HaCaT cells and slight allergic reaction, proving more safer than other t w o products in vivo and in vitro.

        연구논문 : 아쿠아타입과 슈프라타입의 바디페인팅 제품 발색 비교

        This study has the aim to provide useful data for effective directing when we select products and use colors, by comparative analysis of color effects depending on the body painting product type, to improve the efficiency of using of the product based on the properties and color effects of the product. This was presented the result by comparative analysis and measuring the degree of color of products and skin about the representative four colors of manufacturers and the dedicated body panting product, Aqua type and Supra type. In order to compare the coloration about Aqua types and Supra types of body painting products, we use the color value CIE L*, a*, b*. Themeasurement of the degree of skin was measured lower than that of surface in all measurements regardless of the types of products, as the result of the color effects comparison of the degree of products and that of skin. This result is believed the color of the skin is affected by the product color. While in the degree of the surface, Red color and Yellow color of Aqua type showed the highest measurement in Redness and Yellowness, in the degree of skin, Yellow color of Supra type is the highest. When you apply the product to the skin, the difference in the skin color and the surface color has less the difference of the degree of color of Supra type than Aqua type. This can be seen for Supra type for Supra type to have higher hiding power in coloring than Aqua type. Also, the difference of the degree of surface and that of skin appears the highest in Blue color, Black color was found that there is little difference.
