The paper describes the design and implementation of Auto-Presentation Feature, Hanuri/C, as Client/Server tool. Hanuri/C provides editing functions for the sequence, period, type and repeating number of auto-presentation. With the pre-fixed sequences users can get automated presentations through Hanuri/C. The proposed auto-presentation function provides an ability to automatically present the data in the database system without user intervention.
합리적 무시와 조직의 유효성 : 한국의 내부고발사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 Near와 Miceli(1995)의 내부고발의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 다섯 가지 요소인 내부고발자의 특성, 내부고발 담당기관이나 담당자의 특성, 부정행위를 한자의 특성, 부정부패의 특성, 조직의 특성을 연구 주제에 맞게 범주화 하여 6개의 가설을 도출하여 한국의 내부고발 사례를 적용하여 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과 내부고발의 효과성을 개인적 측면, 조 직적 측면에서 비교한 결과 개인적 측면에서는 법적인 명확한 근거가 확보되었다 하더라도 내부고발자의 개인의 안전까지 담보하지 않으면 조직의 특성과 부패내용의 특성이 맞물리는 상황에서는 내부고발의 효과성이 개인의 안전까지 보장하지 않는 것으로 나왔다. 개인적 특성 또한 비공식적인 업무처리와 개인 혹은 조직의 특정 이익을 가져다주는 부정부패에 대해 합리적 무시는 일정기간동안 조직의 유효성에 긍정적으로 기여한 면도 없지 않지만, 조직의 투명성이 경쟁력이 된 사회에서는 비공식적인 업무처리로 발생하는 부정부패의 원인을 조직차원에서 보다 적극적으로 대처할 필요성은 있을 것이다. The current study describes and analyzes three whistleblowing cases that have taken place in South Korea, considering six propositions under three factors to compare whistleblowing and rational ignorance for organization efficiency. Based on the results of case analyses(between personal aspect and orgarnization aspect for effectiveness of whistleblowing), even if the personal aspect is a clear legal evidence was secured, the effect of whistleblowing was found to personal safety is not served. therefore, the possibility to choose a reational ignorece has been increased and contributed to the organization. The analysis also confirms that the efforts of organization will improve social awareness of whistleblowing, and contribute to support a good faith whistleblowing.

The purpose of this study is analysis on novel < Gumageom > 1) to verify the characteristics of the description by LEE Hae Jo 2) to establish the phonological system at that time, and 3) to confirm the characteristics of phonological process. The result of the analysis is as follows; 1) The characteristics of the description by LEE Hae Jo are as follows; a. He had concrete recognition on spacing words. b. He tried writing of punctuation marks. c. Tense sound at Onset Consonant is used as /ㅺ, ㅼ, ㅽ, ㅆ, ㅾ/. d. Confusing description of /ㆍ/ and /ㅏ/ appears. e. Any universal and inevitable change is written in fixed method. f. Most type of writing in conservative writing form. 2) Phonological system is identical with the system that evolved from late 19th century to the modern Korean language. 3) Morphophonological Rules are similar to the modern Korean language. Provided that, the initial sound of a syllable process has not been fixed as inevitable change, and hence is not applied in writing. Palatalization process is written in conservative form within an Chinese character lexicon, but is written in real pronunciation in use of predicate or derived words.
Java ORB 시스템을 위한 IDL-to- Java 컴파일러 개발

The CORBA which is a stable software infrastructure and architecture provides an effective object-oriented client/server development environment for complex distributed systems. The need for a development environment such as a Java ORB has been greatly increased for its portability, because the rapid growth of Internet and WWW has made the distributed computing environment more complex and sophisticated. In this research, we designed and developed an IDL-to-Java compiler as a part of the Java ORB system that is designed to comply with the CORBA system standardized by OMG. It consists of lexical analyzer, parser, and code generator, and produces multiple target files such as client stub file, object implementation skeleton code, and multiple necessary Java source files to provide complete transparency to users.
