Recently enterprises are forced to outsource globally to meet diverse needs of customers and a short life cycle of products. For the global outsourcing it is indispensable for OEM and venders to collaborate for design and development of products. In this paper ECSC(Engineering Collaboration Service Center) is proposed to support the collaboration between OEM and venders. The ECSC is comprised of drawing distribution system, part data search system, and CAE analysis system. Once geographically dispersed engineers take part in the workplace of ECSC, they can share and distribute the engineering data and drawings in real time through the Web. Implementation of the ECSC in OEM and venders can reduce largely the time and cost required for their engineering business.

최근 원자재 국제가격 상승과 환경오염에 대한 대응이 강조되며 세계적으로 친환경 기술이 각광을 받고 있다. 산업 구조상 수출 의존도가 높은 대한민국의 경우 역시, 기존 주력 산업의 친환경 기술뿐 아니라 새로운 먹거리로써 친환경 기술 개발이 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 그 중 자전거 산업은 화석 연료를 사용하지 않는 운송장비를 제조하며, 사회 전체에 유행하는 웰빙 트렌드와 맞물려 중요도는 지속적으로 높아질 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 중저가 제품 양산에 머물고 있는 한국 자전거 산업의 경쟁력 향상을 유도하고 차세대 친환경 기술을 개발 및 접목하기 위해 제품모델을 표준화하고 이를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. Nowadays, environmentally friendly technology is attracting considerable attention because of environmental pollution and the increasing price of raw materials. Korea has a high level of dependence on exports, and therefore it has stressed the development of environmentally friendly technologies. Bicycle manufacturing industry has a bright future because bicycles do not use fossil fuels, and cycling is good for one’s health. We develop a management system for the effective development of next-generation environmentally friendly technology for bicycles. The goal is to promote the bicycle industry in Korea while keeping the product in the low to medium price range.
전통문화를 담은 전라남도 해안경관 가로시설물 개발에 관한 연구

연구 목적: 이 연구는 전라남도 해안경관의 가로시설물에 관한 문제점을 방문자의 시각적 관점에서 접근하고 개선안을 마련하여 해안도시 이미지를 향상시키는데 있다. 연구 방법: 전라남도 해안경관에 대한 국내외 문헌, 인테넷 자료, SWOT종합분석 도출, 사례분석, 선행연구를 통해 개선방향을 수립하여 가로시설물 개발안을 진행하였다. 연구 내용: 전라남도 해안 가로시설물 시뮬레이션(6개안) 제시로 경쟁력을 갖추고자 하였다. 결과 및 제언: 이러한 시뮬레이션 결과물이 창의적, 상징적, 독창적인 모티브로 탄생되어 해안경관 관광자원으로 연계되길 바란다. 향후 공공기관에서 장기적이고 종합적인 계획과 제도적인 뒷받침을 통해 시공 및 유지관리는 물론 필요한 기반을 조성해 주는 정책이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to improve the image of coastal cities by approaching the problems of street facilities in the coastal landscape of Jeollanam-do from the visual perspective of visitors and preparing improvement plans. A road facility development plan was carried out by establishing improvement directions through domestic and foreign literature, Internet data, SWOT comprehensive analysis, case analysis, and preceding research on the coastal landscape of Jeollanam-do. Jeollanam-do coastal street facility simulation (6 plans) was presented to gain competitiveness. It is hoped that these simulation results will be created as creative, symbolic, and original motives and linked to coastal landscape tourism resources. In the future, public institutions need a policy that creates the necessary foundation as well as construction and maintenance management through long-term and comprehensive planning and institutional support.

V-belt pulleys playa key role in transmitting the power from engine to cooling pump, oil pump, air-conditioner, etc. Prior to the mass production of pulleys, appropriate setup parameters of an equipment for manufacturing pulleys should be determined through making their prototypes. This operation called as the setup of pulley manufacturing process often requires a long time. To reduce the setup time, it is proposed to design and implement a data-warehouse system in this study. An example presented in this study shows the feasibility of applying the data-warehouse system to reduce costs in a manufacturing procedure.

These days, companies have to process enormous information and knowledge to satisfy desire of customers. The mere storage of them is no longer a significant issue because the technology of immense progressive information has development during the past years and decades. It is important to deliver the right piece of information to the right person at the right time. If we can share and integrate these kinds of Knowledge, we can expect to achieve many results such as saving costs and reducing time for the product development. Consequently, Knowledge Management System, which supports the exchange of relevant information within organization s structure in company is of special interest for current enterprises. To solve this problem, a concept of the Design Supported by Knowledge Management System is introduced in this paper.

Nowadays, the automation in assembly field with robot gets an increasing importance. The putting of spare tire in trunk is still dominated by free dropping. By that parts in trunk, e.g. luggage room lamp, jack and so on were damaged and the complaint of assembler in the next process was occurred due to physical strength. To eliminate these, the robot system was in this paper developed to place spare tire on the mounting hole in trunk. The movement of robot was synchronized with the velocity of chassis hanger.<br/> With this automated system the productivity of the assembly line was increased from the benefits such as simplification of the system using only robot without the mechanically synchronized transport, inserting spare tire into the right position with robot, reduction of damaged parts and production of various type of car.
