        소셜 네트워크 사이트에서의 자기의식과 자기개방의 심리적 성과

        연구목적: 사람들은 소셜 네트워크 사이트를 통해서 쉽게 자신을 표현하고 상호 교류를 하고 있지만, 이에 대한 긍정적인 성과에 대한 연구는 아직 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 사적/공적 자기의식과 자기개방이 주관적인 안녕감과 소셜 네트워크 사이트에 대한 애착에 미치는 영향을 탐구한다. 연구설계 및 방법론: 저자들은 두 단계에 걸친 설문 조사 방법을 사용하였다. 첫 단계에서 참여자들은 자기의식 및 성격 차원에 대한 문항들을 답변하였다. 2주 후에 해당 참여자들은 소셜 네트워크 사이트 사용과 관련한 설문 및 인구통계 정보에 응답하였다. 설문은 300명의 한국 대학생들을 대상으로 진행되었다. 분석 및 연구 결과: 연구 결과, 자기개방은 소셜 네트워크 사이트에 대한 애착과 긍정적인 관계를 보였다. 또한 소셜 네트워크 사이트를 통한 자기개방은 삶의 만족, 긍정 정서 및 주관적 안녕감과도 긍정적인 관계를 보였다. 그러나 사적 자기의식은 소셜 네트워크 사이트에 대한 애착과 부정적인 관계를 보였다. 시사점 및 연구의 한계점: 사람들은 대인적 목적 달성을 위해 소셜 네트워크 사이트를 사용하며, 그 결과 자신의 주관적 안녕감을 높일 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 인터넷을 통한 자기표현을 촉진시키기 위해서 정책 결정자나 기업 실무자들은 안전하고 편리한 수단들을 제공할 필요가 있다. 향후 연구방향: 본 연구에서 사용한 행복에 대한 쾌락적 측면과 달리, 의미, 자아실현, 자기 수용 등과 같은 유대모니아적 행복에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다. 공헌점: 본 연구는 정보기술의 사회적 사용을 긍정심리학적 관점으로 재조명했다. 이를 통해 소셜 네트워크 사이트에 대한 애착 현상과 주관적 안녕감을 설명하였다. Purpose: Although people easily express themselves and interact with others through social network sites (SNSs), research on the positive outcomes of using SNSs is insufficient. This article investigates the impacts of private and public self-consciousness and self-disclosure on subjective well-being. and on attachment to social network sites. Design/methodology/approach: A survey method was used. During the first stage of this survey, participants completed a test of their self-consciousness and personality dimensions. Two weeks later, they participated in another survey where they answered SNS-related questions. In this survey, participants were asked about their usage period of SNSs, the URL (uniform resource locator) of their SNSs, and other demographic variables. Three hundred participants were recruited from a large university in South Korea. Results/findings: The results indicate that self-disclosing behavior is positively related to attachment to their social network sites. Private self-consciousness, however, has a negative impact on attachment to social network sites. Self-disclosing on social network sites is positively associated with life satisfaction, positive affect, and aggregated subjective well-being. Research implications/limitations: The findings suggest that individuals use SNSs for interpersonal purposes, and thereby increase their subjective well-being. Thus, policy makers and practitioners should provide safe and convenient methods to foster this kind of self-revealing behavior on the Internet. Future work/research: Unlike hedonic aspect in this paper, an examination of the eudaimonic approach to happiness, which focuses on meaning. self-realization, and self-acceptance, is required. Originality/value: We revisit the social use of information technology from a positive psychology perspective, and explain attachment to SNSs and subjective well-being.

      • 조직 몰입, 조직 공정성 및 정보 시스템 풍부성이 정보 시스템을 통한 도움 의향에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: We easily find help-request on the online and offline environments. Also, we observe helping behaviors in organizations. Although numerous research on prosocial behaviors has been accumulated, study on helping behavior via information systems is insufficient. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey methodology was used for this study. 189 responses from business professionals were analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to explain the effects of organizational factors on willingness to helping others through information systems. Results: The results of the hierarchical regression showed that organizational commitment and information systems richness increased the willingness to help others through information systems. More specifically, the effect of organizational commitment was significant irrespective of employee`s organizational tenure. The effect of information systems richness, however, was not significant in the subsample of long-tenured employees. In addition, the effect of organizational fairness on willingness to help others through information systems was not significant. Conclusions: To foster helping behaviors through information systems in organizations, practitioners should pay attention to employee`s organizational commitment. Also, companies should make individuals use information systems with convenience especially for short-tenured employees.

      • 개인화 단서, 제품 특성, 자유 위협이 추천 수용에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Although many firms use product recommendations, consumer’s acceptance of the recommendation fails to meet firms’ expectations. The present paper views recommendations as persuasive attempts and investigates the role of personalized cues, product attributes, and perceived threat of freedom in consumer’s decision making.Research design, data, and methodology: University students (N = 353) completed the short form of Big Five personality dimensions in the International Personality Item Pool. One week later, anexperiment which explored the acceptance of personalized recommendations for Internet protocol television services, laptop computers, and alkaline batteries was performed. Results: The effects of personalized recommendation on choice varied according to the product attributes. In addition, perceived threat to free choice decreased the acceptance of offers. Conclusions: Consumers were reliant on the recommendations of service product than those of two physical products. Also, the results indicate that practitioners should pay attention to reducing psychological reactance.

        유비쿼터스 의료환경에서 순환식 과제 지향적 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 경기도 부천 소재의 H 병원에 입원한 20명의 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 중재 전과 후 상지 기능과 삶의 질을 평가하기 위해 뇌졸중 기능회복 평가, 운동 활동 지표, 뇌졸중 영향 척도, 캐나다 작업 수행 평가, EQ-5D를 사용하였다. 대상자들을 무작위 할당하여 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련을 시행한 실험군 10명과 보존적 작업치료를 시행한 대조군 10명으로 할당하였다. 중재 후, 두 그룹 모두 상지 기능의 향상을 보였으며, 중재 전과 후 운동 활동 지표, EQ-5D 평균 변화량 비교에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 캐나다 작업 수행 평가 결과 다림질하기, 빨래 널기, 수건 접기 활동이 대조군에 비해 실험군이 수행도, 만족도의 향상을 보였다. 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 삶의 질 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 이러한 연구 결과는 순환식 과제 지향적 집단훈련을 만성 뇌졸중 환자에게 임상적 중재로 활용하는 근거가 될 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of task-oriented circuit training(: TOCT) on upper extremity function and quality of life in chronic stroke patients. 20 stroke patients were randomized and divided into 2 groups: a preservation therapy group and TOCT group. The intervention sessions were given five times a week for four weeks. The Stroke Impact Scale(: SIS), EuroQual-5Domains(: EQ-5D), Fugl-Myer Assessment(: FMA), Motor Activity Log(: MAL), Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(: COPM) were used to measure the upper extremity function and the quality of life. In results, Two groups improved in upper extremity function after the intervention(p<.05). The EQ-5D scores of TOCT group were a significantly higher than preservation group(p<.05). The Ironing, Folding towels, Hang out towels on drying rack in COPM scores in both of performance and satisfaction have improved more than preservation group(p<.05). In conclusion, the TOCT has significant helpful effect to chronic stroke patients. These findings can be used to chronic stroke patient as an intervention for upper extremity function and quality of life.

      • 체육(體育)을 위한 행정체제(行政體制)에 관한 고찰(考察)

        It is ambiguous and trite to say that every administrator should have a philosophy. It is ambiguous because he has one whether or not he proclaims one. He portrays a philosophy by the manner in which he administers his organization. It may not be a satisfactory one but he has one, however good or bad it may be. A sound philosophy is a necessary foundation for the building of a strong administrative structure. This philosophy should be consistent with a dynamic philosophy of education; it should reflect the purposes of education; it should adhere to the objectives of the curricula and programs; and it should be based upon sound principles of administration. It also should reflect the needs and interests of students, the concerted opinion and valued judgments of the school board, members of the faculty, the parents and other citizens of the community. An administrator with a sound philosophy displays a proper and intelligent attitude toward his position. Some administrators look upon their position as one with power to use for self-gratification and aggrandizement, as a position through which to build an empire of influence, prestige and affluence. The wiser administrator, while knowing that power is inherent in his position, also knows that it is not a personal power and is to be used only when needed. He never displays it, but uses it judiciously. He brushes aside the temptation for personal glory and considers that the sole purpose of his job is to see that students are adequately educated. He permits nothing to interfere with the attainment of this objective. As an athletic director or coach he does not succumb to the temptation of exploitting athletes for personal gain and glory, but sees that good educational experiences are provided through athletics. The wise administrator uses the democratic principle of operation in which everyone has an opportunity to participate in the administrative and educative processes of the school system; through which differences of opinion can be disclosed and reconciled by discussion; through which decisions usually are made by the whole group and by the executive alone only when necessary to ameliorate or expedite urgent and critical matters. He refrains from the use of either autocratic or laissez faire methods of control. He knows that successful administration depends upon the interest, willingness and responsibility of the staff members to cooperate. He is aware that these characteristics are motivated by working and sharing together in the planning of the hard work, adversities, successes and joys of building a strong administrative structure for processing the educational enterprise.

        In the foregoing pages four areas have been discussed : basic philosophy, significance of personal philosophy, significance of philosophy of education and the meaning and purpose of physical education. Consideration has been given to these topics because they give introductory and basic information upon which the remainder of this book is predicated. It has been seen that everyone has a philosophy of life and that it influences his philosophy of education and physical education.
