        스키 카빙 롱 턴 동작의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구에서는 스키 카빙 롱 턴 동작을 운동학적으로 분석하기 위하여 숙련된 스키어 5명을 대상으로 발목 기울기 각도, 어깨·힙·무릎 기울기 각도, 신체무게중심 높이 등의 운동학적 변인를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 스키 카빙 롱 턴 동작 시 발목 기울기 각도는 엎 동작에서 73.58±3.36°, 다운 동작에서 33.77±4.36°로 나타났으며 엎-다운 동작의 각도 차이는 39.58±4.04°로 나타났다. 카빙 턴 동작에 있어서 엎-다운 동작 시 발목 기울기 각도의 차이가 크다는 것은 우수 스키어의 카빙 턴 동작에서 엎-다운 시 발목의 인클리네이션이 크게 변화한다는 것을 의미하는데 이것이 카빙 롱 턴 동작에서 운동학적 핵심 구성 요인이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, 스키 카빙 롱 턴의 엎 동작 시 어깨·힙·무릎 기울기 각도는 각각 2.77±0.55°, 3.52±0.41°, 3.02±0.66°로 나타났고 다운 동작 시 기울기 각도는 각각 3.80±0.50°, 4.12±0.85°, 5.46±1.05°로 나타났다. 카빙 턴 동작에 있어서 엎-다운 동작 시 어깨 기울기 각도 차이가 1.02±0.19°, 힙 기울기 각도 차이가 0.59±0.60°, 무릎 기울기 각도 차이가 2.45±1.36°로 나타났다. 셋째, 스키 카빙 롱 턴 동작시 신체무게중심의 높이는 엎 동작에서는 77.43±3.02cm, 다운 동작에서는 62.6±3.27cm로 나타났다. 카빙 턴 동작에 있어서 엎-다운 동작시 신체무게중심의 높이의 차이는 17.02±0.62cm로 나타났다. This study is to investigate the kinematical variables such as ankle inclination, shoulder-hip-knee inclination, height of c.o.g.(center of gravity) which presumably influence the Carving Long Turn. This study inspects five experienced skiers and analyzes the above mentioned variables. The primary findings from these analysis follow. First, experienced skiers` ankle inclination degree appeares 73.58±3.36° in Carving Long Turn`s up movement performance and 33.77±4.36° in Carving Long Turn`s down movement performance. And appeares 39.58±4.04° difference degree between up and down in Carving Long Turn performance. Second, experienced skiers` shoulder-hip-knee inclination degree appeares 2.77±0.55°, 3.52±0.41°, 3.02±0.66° in Carving Long Turn`s up movement performance respectively and 3.80±0.50°, 4.l2±0.85°, 5.46±1.05° in Carving Long Turn`s down movement performance respectively. And appeares 1.02±0.19° difference degree between up and down at shoulder`s inclination degree in Carving Long Turn performance, 0.59±0.60° at hip`s inclination degree in Carving Long Turn performance, and 2.45±1.36°at knee`s inclination degree in Carving Long Turn performance. Third, experienced skier`s c.o.g. height appeares 77.43±3.02cm in Carving Long Turn`s up movement performance, 62.60±3.27cm in Carving Long Turn`s down movement performance and l7.02±0.62cm difference height between up and down in Carving Long Turn performance.

        여자 농구 선수들의 착지 유형이 전방십자인대 손상위험 요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of landing tasks on the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury risk factors in female basketball players. Fifteen female basketball players performed a drop landing and a drop landing with a vertical jump on the 40 cm height box. Three-dimensional motion analysis system and ground reaction force system was used for calculate the ACL injury risk factors. Paired samples t-test with Bonfferoni correction were performed. The drop landing with a vertical jump had the higher knee flexion angle, peak knee varus moment, trunk flexion angle than a drop landing. However, the drop landing had the higher trunk rotation angle than a drop landing with a vertical jump. These results indicate that seemingly minor variations between drop landing and drop landing with a vertical jump may influence the ACL injury risk factors. Caution should be used when comparing studies using different landing tasks.

        태권도 수련생의 심리적 가치, 염치 및 인성발달의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 유소년 태권도 수련의 심리적 가치(정신적, 정서적, 사회적)와 염치 및 인성발달의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 서울·경기도에 있는 유소년 태권도 수련생 337명을 편의목적표집으로 자료를 수집하고, 연구문제에 따라 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적(EFA)·확인적(CFA)요인분석을 실시하여 측정도구의 구성타당도를 확보하였다. 이후 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)과 단순회귀분석(regression analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 수련에 의한 심리적 가치에서 정서적, 사회적 가치는 인성발달에 통계적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 수련에 의한 심리적 가치에서 정신적, 사회적 가치는 염치에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 수련에 의한 염치는 인성발달에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유소년 태권도 수련은 태권도 정신(spirit)을 바탕으로 교육적 가치를 학습하는데 유효한 기재임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of psychological values (spiritual, emotional, social) from doing the youths' Taekwondo training on a sense of shame and character development. The subjects were 337 youth Taekwondo trainees who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi province for the convenient sampling. The explore factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was performed through SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 version to secure the construct validity of measurement tools. After that, multiple regression analysis and regression analysis was performed. The results were as follows. First, psychological values (spiritual, emotional, social) from doing Taekwondo training had an statistically significant influence on a sense of shame. Second, psychological values (spiritual, emotional, social) from doing Taekwondo training had an statistically significant influence on character development. Third, a sense of shame from doing Taekwondo training had an statistically significant influence on character development. Youth's Taekwondo training turned out the effective method for learning educational values with Taekwondo spirit.

        우리나라 노인기 체력측정 방법 및 평가기준 개발

        본 연구는 노인기 체력이 성공적인 노후생활 및 삶의 질에 중요하다는 인식과「국민체력100 사업」속에 노인기의 프로그램이 추가됨에 따라 노인 체력수준을 측정할 수 있는 검사 방법을 개발하고, 측정을 통해 얻어진 자료를 토대로 성별ㆍ연령별 체력평가 기준을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 우리나라 노인기 체력검사 배터리는 신체상태에 대한 사전 질문지와 혈압 측정, 신장, 체중, 신체질량지수(BMI)의 체격 측정, 악력, 의자에앉았다일어서기, 의자에앉아3m표적돌아오기, 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기, 8자보행, 6분걷기(또는 2분제자리걷기)의 체력측정으로 구성되었다. 서울, 경기지역 남녀노인 600명을 대상으로 1주일 간격으로 2회 반복 측정하여 검사항목의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 본 검사에서는 전국의 남녀 노인 4,000명의 동의를 얻어 측정하였으며, 각 항목의 평균, 표준편차 및 Cajori 5단계 평가기준을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop the test battery on physical fitness of Korean elderly person, and the criteria of evaluation of it according to sex and age group. The test battery is consisted with 3 parts. The first part includes PAR-Q(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and blood pressure. The second part includes 3 physique items-height, weight and BMI(Body Mass Index). And the last part includes 6 physical fitness items - grip test, 30 seconds sit-stand test, 3m sit-walk, and return test, sit and reach test, 2 minutes stationary march(or 6 minutes walk), figure 8 walks. The battery is convinced to be suitable for testing Korean elderly person by preliminary measuring the 600 elderly individuals and analyzing the reliability of the data which are obtained separately with one week interval. After main test and statistical analysis for 4,000 elderly person, mean, S.D and criteria for each item are obtained as the results of battery.

      • 철봉운동시 영상분석과 실측을 통한 힘의 힘의 측정 비교

        This study examined the force exerting on the horizontal bar of 4 national gymnast' Endo motion. Cinematographic analysis was employed by using 16mm high speed camera. The force exerting on the bar during the motion was measured by strain gauge attached to the bar. The results were as follow; 1. The maximum force was 3.27 B.W. around the 2nd phase, and the minimum force was 0.023 B.W. between 3rd phase and 4th phase in the direction of front-back. 2. The maximum force was 5.24 B.W. around 4th phase, and the minimum force was 0.02 B.W. around 3rd phase in the direction of up-down. 3. The maximum of total force was 5.59 B.W. around 3rd phase, and the minimum of total force was 0.1 B.W.. However, there was no notable time pattern in the minimum of total force. 4. The force calculated from the cinematographic analysis was slightly different from the force measured from the strain gauge, but the pattern of change was similar each other.

      • 여중생의 체지방율에 따른 보행 특성 분석

        This study is purpose to present the specification of gait such like step length, stride width, change of stride length, body-oriented static right-left ratio and average pressure & maximum pressure by the %fat when female middle school students are gait, subjects to female middle school students. To conduct this study, the change of step length, stride width, and stride length are comparative analyzed by using stick figures which collected through image analysis, and to be comparative analyzed body-oriented static right-left ratio and average pressure & maximum pressure by using DINATTO system Ver 2.5. The following results are shown like this. 1) The difference of step length, stride width, and stride length right-left ratio Among the step length, stride width, and stride length by the %fat has no significant difference in three groups. 2) The difference of body-oriented static right-left ratio by the %fat. Three groups have no significant difference in the body-oriented static right-left ratio by the %fat. 3) The difference of average pressure and maximum pressure by the %fat. Three groups have significant difference in the average pressure and maximum pressure by the %fat, the average pressure and maximum pressure are shown the highest in the above 30% groups.

      • 권총사격의 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to obtain the optional shooting of rapid fire, and to ensure the quantitative data of mechanical variable related to the rapid fire. Four national and general shooting athletes participated in this study. The shooting motions were analyzed by using 3 dimensional cinematic method, two force-platforms, and strain gauge. The conclusions obtained from the result of this study were as follows: 1. Total shooting time were 3.57s and 3.64s for the NSAs and GSAs respectively. 2. The NSAs' linear moving distance of the pistol were longer than those of the GSAs. 3. The rate of ground reaction force was 60% and 40% for the NSAs and the GSAs respectively. 4. In case of the NSAs, they shot when they respired in the 60 % of the air. But in case of the GSAs, they shot when they respired out the 50% of the air.
