노인체력검사의 유형과 특성

이 연구는 그동안 노인체력검사에 바탕이 되어온 노인체력 또는 신체기능에 대한 개념적 구조와 정형화되어 적용되고 있는 체력검사를 개관하고, 국내외적으로 적용되고 있는 노인체력검사의 유형과 도구적 실용적 특징들을 개관하는데 목적이 있다. 적용사례 분석을 위한 문헌 연구는 web-DB를 대상으로 분석 틀을 근거로 한 단계적 검색 및 검토과정을 수행하였다. 체계적 문헌분석 결과에 의하면 Halter 와 Reuben(2001)의 연구 모형은 노인 체력검사의 개발 및 적용에 지침이 될 수 있는 이론적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 Varela 등(2008)은 그동안 적용되어온 정형화된 노인체력 검사의 유형과 특징을 건강관련체력검사(health-related test)와 포괄적 체력검사(comprehensive test)로 양분하고, 포괄적 체력검사 범주에는 건강관련체력검사 항목과 함께 일상생활활동능력(activities of daily living: ADL)을 포괄하는 검사들을 포함시켜 노인체력검사 구조 모형을 제시하였다. 노인체력검사를 적용한 연구사례를 분석한 결과 국내의 생태적 환경을 배경으로 노인체력의 이론적 탐색이 필요할 뿐 아니라, 도구개발과 평가를 위한 여러 차원의 기초적 응용적 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 보인다. 적용되고 있는 검사들은 전반적으로 검사의 타당도 신뢰도에 대한 특성이 충분히 확인되지 않고 있는 만큼 계속적인 일반화 타당화를 위한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. 검사영역과 검사 항목 선정은 검사개발의 정당화에 근거가 되는 준거 예를 들면 건강장수, 낙상 및 장애 위험, 거동 능력, 일반적인 신체기능 등에 타당한 관련 자료들을 바탕으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 다양한 임상적 연구를 포함한 종단적, 역학적(epidemiological) 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. The purposes of the present study were to identify theoretical structures of physical function or fitness in late life and types or characteristics of seniors` fitness test batteries used in the previous studies which were conducted in Korea as well as other countries through a systematic review. Two stages of process were adapted for this systematic review: collecting relevant articles from web-DBs and reviewing those studies with our inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based the results, the framework proposed by Halter and Reuben (2001) would be a useful guideline for developing seniors` physical fitness test as a theoretical model. Also, it would be helpful information to improve our understanding of the structure of seniors` fitness batteries that Varela et al. (2008) categorized fitness test batteries adapted in previous studies into two categories, health-related and comprehensive test. In the Korean studies the results indicated that it is necessary to understand seniors` physical function or fitness in Korean-specific circumstances and to conduct multidimensional research for developing methods and evaluating Korean elderly`s physical function or fitness for future studies. Also, since most studies collected for this study did not present information about validity and reliability of the tool, future studies should consider generalization and validation of tool to improve quality of the research. Moreover, factors and items of a test should be specifically and precisely selected based on the research issue such as health or longevity related, falls, the risk of disability, mobility, or physical status to provide validate information for future studies. For these reasons, more longitudinal and epidemiological studies including clinical research, therefore, should be conducted to understand and evaluating physical function or fitness in late life.

This article focuses on “Collection of Cardinal Kim” and examines his thoughts and concerns about the situation of division of the Korean Peninsula. Cardinal Kim stresses that if our South Korean society really wants to defeat communism, it should review and reflect on all parts of our society. For Cardinal Kim, the concept of peace is not simply a state without war. This is because, like the Korean Peninsula, the country is divided into two Koreas and confronting each other over a gun knife cannot be considered peaceful. Therefore, helping the starving North Korean compatriots out of Kims personal heart was without other preconditions because they were our compatriots, brothers and family members. I thought such a figure could ultimately serve as a foundation for establishing peace in Christ on the Korean Peninsula.

투입-산출 분석을 이용한 전력산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

본 연구는 전력산업이 철강산업을 포함하여 우리나라 국민경제에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 산업연관분석을 이용하여 전력산업이 국민경제에 미치는 영향이 상당히 크고, 철강산업에 대한 전력산업의 물가파급효과와 공급지장효과가 크다는 것을 분석했는데, 이는 전력요금 인상과 계절적 전력공급 차질이 철강산업에 주는 영향이 크다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 산업간 연쇄효과를 이용하여 전력산업은 최종수요적 원시산업형, 철강산업은 중간수요적 제조업형임을 확인할 수 있었다. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of electricity sector on Korean national economy including the Korean steel industry. Using the input-output analysis this paper reveals that electricity sector had large effects on overall Korean economy, and the impacts of rise in electricity rates on the prices and electricity supply shortage effect on the steel products were significant, implying that rising price and seasonal shortage of electricity can have considerable impacts on Korean steel industry. Finally, applying the inter-industry linkage effect, this paper found that electricity and steel industry can be categorized into final primary production and intermediate manufacture, respectively.

유비쿼터스는 현재의 제한된 컴퓨팅 환경을 떠나서 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 자유로운 컴퓨팅 환경을 제공함으로서 각광받고 있다. 그 중 언제어디서나 정보를 주고받을 수 있으며 가격과 성능 면에서 단연 뛰어난 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)의 중요성은 점점 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 이와 같은 우수성에도 불구하고, 정보 유출의 위험성을 내포하고 있으며, 개인의 위치 추적이나, 비 접근 권한자의 위장행세 등의 사용자 프라이버시 보호에 대한 많은 문제점들을 수반한다. 현재까지 이와 관련된 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 그 중, Ohkubo의 해시함수를 이용한 프로토콜은 프라이버시 보호 측면에서 위치추적 공격(location tracking), 전방위보안성(forward security)과 같은 문제들에 대한 해결책을 제시하고 있으나, 해시함수를 태그에 직접 구현하는 것은 현재까지는 불가능한 상태이다. 또한, Martin Feldhofer는 대칭키 암호 알고리즘인 AES(Advanced Encryption Standard)를 태그에 구현을 함으로서 암호학적인 강도를 높였으나. 위치추적 공격에 대한 문제점과 물리적 공격에 대한 가정을 하지 않은 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존연구에서의 문제점들을 보완하고자 현실적으로 구현 가능한 AES를 사용하고, 위치추적 공격, 비권한자 접근(unauthorized access) 공격과 물리적 공격으로부터 안전하며 전방위보안성을 제공하는 기법을 제안한다.

We have studied the dissolution kinetics of two fast releasing tablets in four media, and the similarity of dissolution profiles was compared using 3 methods. Two of the methods were introduced from statistical algorithm of distance methods, which are maximum distance and Mahalanobis distance. The dissolution kinetics were also analysed using FDA method for similarity evaluation, and the results were compared with those obtained using the distance methods.

전력산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

Electricity is essential factor for production process as well as economic well being of people. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of electricity sector on Korean economy for 2008 by applying input-output analysis. Moreover the results of the impact of rise in electricity rates on the prices of other products, electricity supply shortage effect, and the inter-industry linkage effect are reported. In doing so, this paper reveals that electricity sector has large effects on overall Korean economy. These results especially can be used by policy makers for the ongoing debate regarding the effect of rise in electricity rates and seasonal shortage of electricity supply on Korean national economy.
