Background: Purpose of this study is mat exercises and sling exercises that based on proceeding studies for exercising protocol for spinal stabilization. Methods: We analyze many other bibliographies and result of studies. Results: The vertebrae stabilization practices are formed on intra-abdominal pressure and converted into isolation of our body and limbs gradually through co-contraction training of transverse abdominis, pelvic floor muscle and diaphragm. Also, for prevention of low back pain and relapse, it is diverted to reflex muscle contraction training as well as functional integration. What is better, it should carry out with Activity of Daily Living. Conclusion: We should feel the necessity of it, more effective recognition training of local muscle for chronic low back pain patients. Besides, it is suggested that we should import measurable equipment and go hands with discipline.

철골 건축물은 화재시 안전확보를 위하여 인정 받은 내화뿜칠재로 피복을 한다. 내화뿜칠피복재도 다른 건축자재와 같이 시간이 경과함에 따라 초기의 성능이 저하되어 내구성이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 내화뿜칠재의 90% 이상이 실내에서 사용됨에 착안하여, 냉온조건, 건습조건에 따른 내화뿜칠피복재의 촉진내구성 평가방법을 제시하였다. The buildings constructed with steel structure is coated with certified Sprayed Fire Resistive Material(SFRM) to resist from fire. All the building materials lose their initial performances as time passes, so they need durability. This study covers standardization of the methods for assessing the durability of SFRM. In Korea, more than 90 percent of SFRM are used indoors. So their fire performance were tested under indoor conditions before and after accelerate wet/dry cycling and temperature cycling to standardize the methods for assessing their durability.

The purpose of this studied on the importance and performance analysis of choice attributes for the marine sports tourism in saemangeum area using IPA method. Importance-performance analysis was utilized to analyze the gap between importance and performance of the marine sports tourism in saemangeum residents. The participants of this study consist of 477 selected by proportional stratified sampling method from Kunsan city, Gimje city, Buan-gun for the residents in saemangeum, Korea. For the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis and this study analyzed the ranking among each selection attributes using paired sample t-test were conducted using SPSS WIN Version 14.0 Program. The results of this study were as followings. IPA analysis revealed that five factor attributes ``convenience``, ``Appropriate pricing``, ``attraction``, ``information``, ``environmental`` First, quadrant Ⅰ(the keep up the good work) was shown in 2 about safety, accessibility. Second, quadrant Ⅱ(the concentrate here) was shown in 10 about ``convenience``, ``connection of tourism``, ``kindness``, ``Appropriate pricing for facilities``, ``Appropriate pricing for equipment``, ``Appropriate pricing for a guest room``, ``Appropriate pricing for food``, ``cleanliness``, ``environmental``, ``attraction``. Third, quadrant, Ⅲ(the low priority) was shown in 4 about ``food tips offered``, ``quality of leader``, ``quality of program``, ``quality of equipment``. Fourth, quadrant, Ⅳ(the possible overkill) wad shown in 2 about ``various tips offered``, ``lodging tips offered``.

In this study, the Prepacked infilling mortar to which IGCC Ultra-Fine Fly Ash was added was evaluated when grouting aggregates. Efflux, Consistency, and Compressive Strength were measured, and it was found to have high fluidity when mixing IGCC Ultra-Fine Fly Ash, but the initial compressive strength was low
