As future industries develop in accordance with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, eco-friendly energy and eco-friendly automotive industries are developing together around the world. Also, due to the air pollution problem, the automotive industry increases the production of eco-friendly cars to reduce carbon emissions. Efforts are being made to improve air quality. Therefore, it is practicing management in accordance with environmental policies by converting from gasoline and diesel vehicles, which are existing internal combustion engines, to electric vehicles and hydrogen vehicles. With the paradigm in the automotive industry, have a lot of changes in the way of production and convenience equipment and safety assistance systems for drivers are diversifying. This change in the market is developing not only automotive manufacturers but also after-market companies connected to manufacturers. Among these eco-friendly vehicles, electric vehicles are releasing various, and micro electric vehicle models suitable for short-distance movement have also been released. The micro electric vehicle has one to two people on board, and it is convenient to move around narrow road and parking is very convenient. In addition, it is an efficient vehicle with very economic when purchasing and maintaining a vehicle. Various models of micro electric vehicles have been released in Korea, and sales are gradually increasing due to their good economic purchase costs and efficiency. However, consumer complaints have been raised because the safety and convenience of drivers have not been secured, and micro electric vehicles are limited and there are no convenience devices for drivers than regular vehicles. In this study, information collection methods using micro electric vehicles are studied for the expansion and promotion of such micro electric vehicles. We identified road information through micro electric vehicles and studied big data collection systems that can be used in various platform projects.
