        무장애도시 구현을 위한 도시정책 개선방안에 관한 연구

        This study aims to propose improvement plans and directions of existing policies to build a Barrier-Free city for the socially underprivileged. We conducted correlation analysis and T-test based on the results of a survey of the general public including the socially underprivileged to understand how their satisfaction with the use of facilities close to their daily lives, such as housing, sales·business facilities, affects their happiness. The results are as follows: First of all, the socially underprivileged experienced discomfort and barriers in urban life more than the privileged, and there was a negative(-) correlation between the degree of discomfort and barrier that the socially underprivileged experienced and happiness in urban life. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in satisfaction with the life·welfare·leisure environment indicators, the satisfaction with the life environment showed a significant difference between the socially underprivileged and the privileged, and it was found that satisfaction in the life environment had the greatest effect on happiness to the socially underprivileged. We examined the current status and the spatial distribution of BF-certified facilities, one of the representative policies for the socially underprivileged to support their urban life without any obstacles, based on the above outcome, and most certified facilities were concentrated in welfare environment. In addition, we used ArcGIS to analyze that BF-certified facilities have been being supplied to people who really need them and saw that the spatial distribution of the socially underprivileged (elderly, children, and infant) and the distribution of BF certification facilities were somewhat consistent, but were intensively supplied to urban areas.

        행동유도성(affordance)을 기반으로 한 부산 도심 버스정류장(bus bay)의 고찰

        부산 도심 버스정류장의 운영ㆍ활용실태를 고찰하고 향후 개선안을 제안하기 위한 본 연구는 미국의 심리학자 깁슨(J. Gibson)의 행동유도성(affordance)을 기반으로 현재 부산 도심의 버스정류장의 문제점을 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 버스정류장 공간개선안을 도출하였다. 도심 버스정류장의 다양한 이용주체별로 요구되는 버스정류장의 행동유도성 비교분석과 함께 ‘버스운전사’와 ‘버스이용객’을 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 계층화분석 결과에 따르면 향후 도심 버스정류장의 공간개선은 크게 버스 정ㆍ발차관련 편의성 제고 및 일반운전사의 주ㆍ정차관련 불법행위 배제, 나아가 교통약자 버스이용객을 고려한 공간개선이 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상과 같은 세 가지 공간개선 시사점을 바탕으로 본 연구는 플랫폼 형태의 두 가지 개선안을 제시하고 도입가능성을 차량소통관련 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검토하였다. 하지만 금번 버스정류장 공간개선안의 현실 적용에 앞서 본 연구의 후속 연구로서 보다 세밀한 교통 시뮬레이션 검증ㆍ검토와 교통약자관련 버스정류장 행동유도성 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. As the first step towards the spatial improvement of urban bus bays for public transportation in Busan, Korea, the main purpose of this research is to propose a spatial fix or alternative for the bus bay system today. This research evaluates current urban bus bay designs and activities in and around the urban bus bay location and examines its spatial properties through the lens of J. Gibson’s affordance. Comparative analysis of urban bus bay’s varying affordances along with AHP analysis of bus drivers and bus users surveys suggest that future spatial fix or alternative needs to address the following issues: (1) the improvement of stopping- and departing-related affordance of the urban bus bay, (2) the discouragement of illegal stopping and parking, and (3) special considerations for the mobility handicapped. This suggestion leads the way to two urban bus bay alternatives, which are platform-shaped. Practical application or adoption of the alternatives, however, need to be validated by future researches on traffic impact simulations and on affordance for the mobility handicapped.

        The aim of this to calculate the thermal efficiency of heat absorbing apparatus by comparatively studing a relationship between the experimental results and the calculated values obtained after the ideal formular for absorption heat are derved, when solar heat is absorbed to the circulation-type heat absorbing plate. The thermal efficiency obtained from the experiment was found to be about 14 to percent. It was also shown that as the appartus used was placed in the east, there was a tendency that the absorbing plate facing the west was more effective in terms of thermal efficiency.

      • 釜山地區 鐵鋼工場의 粉塵發生現況과 그 對策에 關한 實態調査

        釜山地方의 鐵鋼工場의 除塵施設은 비교적 大規模의 電氣熱製鋼工場 4個所에만 設置되어 있을 뿐 이다. 除塵施設에는 ① Bag filter type과 ② water Scrubbing tower의 두가지가 있으며 이 中Bag filter는 排出 Gas 中의 粉震濃度는 0.05gr/Nm³이다. 이 濃度는 基準濃度 以下이다. Water Scrubber는 排出 Gas 濃度가 5∼10gr/Nm³정도이다. ??熱를 主로 쓰는 주물공장에는 제진설비가 된 곳이 하나도 없다. 粉塵의 粒度는 10以下의 것의 50%以上 함유되어 있으며 X-ray diffraction에 나타난 粉塵의 化學組成은 大部分 金屬의 ?化物로 되어 있었다. 特히 人체에 有解한 P₃O₄와 As₂O₃등도 함유되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. The dust collecting facilities of the iron and steel making shops in Busan area areinstalled only in four steel making shops, which are comparatively big in size and are equipped with elecric are furnaces. There are two types of dust collecting installation; ① Bag Filter and ② Water Scrubber. As the dust concentration of eshaust gas passed through Bag Filter is sufficiently as low as 0.05 gr/Nm³, which is within an allowable value, Bag Filter can be regared as a good dust collector. After a collection of dust using water Scrubber, the dust concentration of exhaust gas is about 5 to 10 gr/Nm³. The foundry shops ae maninly equipped with Cupola which usually produces a large amount of dust, there is, howver, no foundry shops with any type of dust collecting facilites. More than 50 per cent of dust has its particle size of smaller than 10, and the X-ray diffraction analysis has revealed that the chemical composition of dust consists largely of metallic oxides. In particular it has been that dusts contain poisonous Pb₃O₄and AS₂O₃.

        The experiments using divergent shock tube are made the flows around a wedge, and attained the following qualitative results by means of the Mach-Zehnder inter-ferometer and schlieren method. The wedge is mounted Parallel to the direction of uniform flow. and all the experiments were carried out with the wedge(angle 30°, width 30mm, thickness 15 mm). 1. Mach number(test section):4.6 2. The shock wave is adhered to the top of wedge. 3. The flow in test section is almost uniform flow 4. The pressure distribution is higher in the inclined plane of the wedge, and the changes is distinct around the shock wave.
