한국 멜로드라마 계보에서의 로맨틱코미디

한국 멜로드라마 계보에서의 로맨틱코미디윤성민장르라는 특수한 특성을 감안한다면 영화에 대한 장르적 접근은 텍스트와 컨텍스트를 아우르는 유용한 방법론이 아닐 수 없다. 장르적 접근이라는 방법론을 통한 영화 연구에서 생산자와 관객, 그리고 영화 텍스트는분리되어 존재할 수 없다는 것 또한 분명한 사실이다. 현재 한국 영화의장르적 양상은 전통적인 관습들과 코미디가 결합한 로맨틱 코미디로써멜로드라마의 계보를 잇고 있다. 게다가 과거 멜로드라마의 비판적 요소들을 장르적으로 극복하고 있으며 오히려 더욱 진보적인 텍스트로 평가될 수 있는 발판을 마련하였다. 여기에는 관객의 힘이 크게 작용하였을것이다. 전통적인 관습들로 이루어진 멜로드라마를 관객들은 원하지 않았고 이를 극복하기 위해 시도되었던 일련의 소재주의 영화들도 그 명맥을 오래하진 못하였다. 대신 전복적인 캐릭터를 통해 관객들은 쾌감을 느끼고 그러면서 자신들도 인식하지 못하는 사이 영화 속에 자리 매김한 멜로드라마의 관습들도 자연스럽게 받아들이게 된 것이다. 즉, 로맨틱 코미디는멜로드라마의 계보 유지를 통해 안정성을 보장받고 전복적인 캐릭터를통한 웃음은 관객을 통하여 사회/ 문화적 배경을 영화 속에 투영하는 장르라고 보아야 할 것이다. Study on Romantic Comedy of Korean Film Industry Yun, Sung Min Romantic Comedy remains one genre where the film industry, the casual moviegoer, and film scholars all agree regarding classification. That is producers overtly markets certain films as romantic comedies and we accept that label as an accurate description. Romantic comedy films are films with light-hearted, humorous plot lines, centered on romantic ideals such as that true love is able to surmount most obstacles. One dictionary definition is a funny movie, play, or television program about a love story that ends happily. Another definition states that its primary distinguishing feature is a love plot in which two sympathetic and well-matched lovers are united or reconciled. Romantic comedy films are a certain genre of comedy films as well as of romance films, and may also have elements of screwball comedies and stoner comedies. Some television series can also be classified as romantic comedies.

Design of Bilateral Control for Force Feedback in Surgical Robot

In robot assisted laparoscopic surgery using a commercialized robot, such as the da Vinci, surgeons have encountered problems, such as organ impairment, because they depend only on visual information. To solve these problems, a haptic system is required. Force feedback and a bilateral control system are essential for realizing a haptic teleoperation system. The use of a force/torque sensor for force feedback is difficult in a surgical robot instrument, but previous studies confirmed that the reaction force loaded on a surgical robot instrument can be estimated using a sliding perturbation observer (SPO)-based reaction force estimation method. This paper suggests a bilateral controller applying SPO based force estimation method to realize the possibility of a haptic function in a laparoscopic surgery robot system. In the suggested bilateral controller, the master control uses impedance control and the slave control uses a sliding mode control (SMC). A torque and force sensorless teleoperation system can be implemented using the suggested bilateral control structure through an experimental evaluation.

중국의 화교권익보호에 관한 규범적 고찰

The international environment has been changing and the reformation has been developing and opening up. As a result, many overseas Chinese have returned to their homeland for investing, working, studying, residing and so on but it also happens frequently to overseas Chinese that someone violates the lawful rights, interests and security. So the legal protection of overseas Chinese’s rights, interests and security seems very important. However, the domestic rights and interests of overseas Chinese are not well protected according to present legal system. So using and enacting law perfectly, related to overseas are very momentous for the protection of their domestic rights and interests in China. 전세계 약 5,000만 명의 화교화인이 분포하고 있으며, 초국적 시대가 가속화됨에 따라서 화교의 수도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 화교 네트워크를 통해서 국제사회에서의 그 지위와 역활이 높아지면서 영향력이 커지고 있다. 따라서 세계 각국에서는 화교에 대한 새로운 평가와 함께 화교의 법적 지위를 보장하고자 하는 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 전 세계적으로 다문화가 보편화되고 있는 상황에서 소수자 집단으로서 절대적인 수를 가진 화교의 권익보호를 위한 검토가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

시간가변 허스트 지수 분석을 통한 브릭스 주식시장의 효율성 변화

This study estimated and analyzed time-varying Hurst exponent of BRICs, US, and UK stock indices using rolling sample approach to examine the changes of market efficiency. And this paper also tested Granger causality between the Hurst exponent of emerging stock markets (BRICs) and that of leading stock markets (US and UK). The main findings of our analysis using daily data are as follows. (1) In most periods analyzed in this paper, all stock markets were not efficient due to the existence of long memory property. (2) The estimated Hurst exponents are found to be time-varying, implying that we can not investigate the dynamical changes in market efficiency if we use static method instead of time-varying method. (3) The time-varying characteristics of long memory property can explain why the empirical evidences on the existence of that property do disagree with each other. (4) Mostly, in the period of bubble Hurst exponent are increasing and market efficiency is weaken, but after the crash market efficiency is improving. (5) Hurst exponent and market efficiency of BRICs stock markets are dependent of those of leading stock markets. 본 연구에서는 신흥주식시장을 대표하는 브릭스 시장과 선진주식시장(미국 및 영국)의 효율성이 시간이 흐름에 따라 어떻게 변화해 왔는지를 알아보기 위하여 표본이동분석법을 적용하여 시간가변 허스트 지수를 측정하여 분석하였다. 그리고 Granger 인과관계 검정을 통하여 선진주식시장의 효율성이 브릭스 주식시장의 효율성에 영향을 미치는지를 검정하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 분석대상 6개 주식시장 모두에서 장기기억 특성이 존재하는 비효율적 시기가 대부분인 것으로 나타났다. (2) 전체기간의 자료를 이용하여 한 개 값의 허스트 지수를 추정하여 주식시장의 효율성을 파악하는 정태적인 분석방법은 주식시장 효율성의 동태적인 변화를 파악할 수 없다는 것을 알 수 있었다. (3) 장기기억 특성이 시간가변적이라는 사실은 장기기억의 존재 여부에 대한 기존 실증연구들의 결과가 상반되게 보고되는 이유를 많은 부분 설명할 수 있다. (4) 대체로 주가 폭등시기에는 허스트 지수가 상승하며 시장효율성이 악화되지만, 버블이 꺼지며 주가가 폭락하고 나면 시장효율성이 크게 개선되는 패턴이 관찰되었다. (5) 허스트 지수의 Granger 인과관계 검정을 수행한 결과, 브릭스 주식시장의 효율성은 선진주식시장의 효율성에 유의하게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

Impact of Sudden Changes on Volatility Persistence and Asymmetry in Chinese Stock Markets

This study has investigated sudden changes of volatility and examined the volatility asymmetry and persistence for the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market indices. In an effort to assess the impact of sudden changes in volatility asymmetry and persistence, we identify the time points at which sudden changes in volatility occurred, and then incorporate this information into the GARCH and GJR-GARCH models. Using the ICSS algorithm, the identification of sudden changes is largely associated with domestic and global events. When these sudden changes are incorporated into GARCH and GJR-GARCH models, the evidences of asymmetry and persistence has been vanished in the volatility of both markets. Thus, we conclude that sudden changes models in this study are superior to standard GARCH and GJR-GARCH models in calculating and forecasting volatility of Chinese stock markets.

크리스토프 프리드리히 블룸하르트가 한국교회에 주는 교훈

본고에서 저자는 아들 블룸하르트의 생애와 그의 신학이 작금의 한국교회에 줄 수 있는 교훈을 살펴보았다. 그는 아버지 요한 크리스토프 블룸하르트가 뫼틀링겐의 영 적 전쟁에서 얻은 인식 ‘예수는 승리자이다!’라는 선포, 부흥, 그리고 바트 볼의 공동 체의 영향을 받으면서 성장하였다. 아들 블룸하르트의 삶을 4기로 나눌 수 있다. 첫 번째 시기에 그는 아버지와 같이 선포하고 설교하면서 아버지 블룸하르트처럼 사역하 였다. 블룸하르트 아버지와 아들의 치유 개념은 개인적인 치유를 넘어선 고통 받는 모든 피조물의 회복을 바라는 것이었다. 이것은 오늘날 한국교회가 생태 신학을 강조 하고 에코-라이프를 사는 일에 도전을 준다. 두 번째 시기에서 아들 블룸하르트는 ‘죽 어라, 그리하면 예수가 산다!’고 강조한다. 그는 부흥 뒤에 찾아오는 설교자의 영웅주 의, 그리고 하나님 나라를 위한 헌신이 아닌, 자신의 기도응답만을 추구하는 신앙생활 이 죽어야 함을 말하였다. 이런 모습이 제도화가 되면 교회는 그 생명력을 잃어버리 고 오히려 생명을 죽이는 종교가 된다. 아들 블룸하르트가 지적한 이 모습은 오늘날 한국교회에서도 유효하다. 특히, 코로나19 상황이 가져다준 ‘뉴 노멀’에서는 모든 이들의 유익을 실천하는 공동의 선(善)을 추구해야 한다. 기독교적인 이기주의와 기독교적 인 육의 모습으로 더 이상 전도와 선교를 할 수 없다. 세 번째 시기에서 그는 ‘너희 인간들은 하나님의 것이다!’라고 선포하면서 노동권을 위해 독일 사회민주당에서 투쟁 한다. 그는 예수는 사회주의라는 선포와 함께 노동운동에 헌신하였다. 그는 예수는 승 리자라는 인식이 사회적 지평에서 어떻게 확장되는지를 보여주었다. 한국의 노동 현 장에서는 고 김용균 씨처럼 매일 6명의 노동자가 죽어가고 있다. 노동운동을 위한 한 국교회의 연대는 계속 되어야 한다. 정치 일선에서 물러난 그는 네 번째 시기인 ‘하나 님의 나라는 다가온다!’라는 선포와 함께 칼 바르트가 말한 ‘서두름과 기다림’의 완성 된 모습을 보여준다. 하나님 나라를 위해 서둘렀던 그가 그 시대 뒤로 물러나 그 시 대를 바라보면서 예언자적인 역할을 하게 되었다. 세상에 사회의 악은 항상 존재해 왔다. 그럼에도 우리는 여전히 희망하고 저항하면서, 변화할 것 같지 않는 세상에서 희망을 가지고 기다리는 이유는 ‘예수는 승리자이다’라는 외침 속에 하나님의 정의와 공의가 이루어질 메시아적 시기를 오기 때문이다. This paper aims to consider the life of Blumhardt, a son of Johann Christoph Blumhardt, and the lesson of his theology for recent Korean churches. Christoph Friedrich Blumhardt grew up under the influence of the declaration and revival of the perception ‘Jesus is a victor’ that his father Johann Christoph Blumhardt obtained during the spiritual war in Mötlingen, and the community of Bad Ball. Son Blumhardt’s life can be classified into four stages. In the first period, he proclaimed and preached with his father and preached like father Blumhardt. The healing concept of father and son Blumhardt was to look for a recovery of all creations suffering, beyond personal healing. This gives a challenge to Korean churches today for eco-theology and eco-life. In the second period, son Blumhardt emphasized that ‘Die. Then Jesus lives!’. He said a preacher’s heroism after revival and the religious life that only pursued one’s own prayer response, not a devotion to the kingdom of God, should die. When these aspects are institutionalized, a church loses its vitality and becomes a religion, which kills lives. This issue pointed out by son Blumhardt is applicable even to Korean churches today. Especially, Under the ‘New Normal’ situation brought from COVID-19, we have to seek the ‘Common Good’ for advantages of all people. It is no longer possible to preach and do missionary work with Christian egoism and Christian fleisch. In the third period, he fought as a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany for labor rights, declaring that ‘You humans belong to God!’. He proclaimed that Jesus was socialist and devoted himself to labor movements. He displayed how the perception ‘Jesus is a victor’ expanded on the social horizon. In Korean labor sites, six laborers die each day like the late victim Kim Yong-gyun. The ties among Korean churches for labor movements must continue. In the fourth period when he took a step back from politics, he showed a complete look of ‘haste and wait’ that Karl Barth stated, declaring that ‘The kingdom of God is coming!’. After taking a step back from the haste for the kingdom of God, he played a prophetic role looking at the age. Social evils have always existed on earth. Nevertheless, the reason why we are waiting with hope in the world that does not seem to change, still hoping and resisting is that the messianic era accomplishing righteousness and justice of God will come in the shout ‘Jesus is a victor’.

중국 자유무역시험구 세관의 지식재산권 보호 및 집행제도에 관한 연구

The pilot free trade zone is a special region within the territory in China. The border protection of intellectual property right has important for domestic commodity market order. China is creating a ‘1 + 3 + 7’ free trade zone model, combining the resources of each region and leading the Free Trade Zone of China 3.0. However, there is no clear explicit rule on the supervision and enforcement of intellectual property rights on international cargo in China’s pilot free trade. Increasing volumes of goods in China’s free trade zones have led to sudden increases in cross-border intellectual property disputes. The increase in the volume of international cargo through China may also encourage the illegal act of cargo. In other words, This is the issue of customs intellectual property enforcement of goods infringing intellectual property rights in the Free Trade Zone. Therefore, the problem of border protection of intellectual property rights has become a pressing matter of the moment. As the international trade environment of the free trade area changes, China should take more stringent law enforcement measures to protect the intellectual property rights of free trade zones. 연구에서는 중국이 무역자유화 촉진정책으로 자유무역시험구 지정을 적극적으로 확대하고 있다. 이 과정에서 자유무역시험구 내 침해물품 거래량의 증가는 지식재산권 침해를 초래하고 있다. 따라서 중국 정부 및 기업의 지식재산권 강화 및 관련 보호 법률제도의 변화 등 환경변화에 신속하게 대응해야 한다. 그러나 중국 내 우리기업의 지재권 침해피해와 분쟁이 지속적으로 증가하지만 이에 대한 대응 및 관리능력은 미흡하다. 따라서 중국 자유무역시험구 내 지식재산권을 침해하는 물품에 대한 세관 보호조치가 어떻게 이행되고 있는지 관련 법률검토를 통해서 검토해 보고 이에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

청소년기 자녀를 둔 아버지 대상 아버지역할 증진 웹기반 심리교육프로그램의 부부 공동수강 여부의 효과 비교 -증거기반실무를 중심으로-

본 연구는 기존에 개발된 아버지역할 증진을 위한 아버지교육프로그램의 지속사용 가능성과 시행 단계에서의 효과성 증진을 위한 방안을 찾는데 있어서 증거기반실무를 적용하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 기존에 개발된 청소년기 자녀를 둔 아버지들의 역할 증진을 위한 웹기반 심리교육프로그램을 부부가 공동수강한 조건과 아버지만 단독 수강한 조건 간에 효과를 비교하였다. 효과검증을 위해서 삶의 만족도, 주관적 행복감, 부모-자녀관계 만족도, 양육효능감, 부모역할만족도, 결혼만족도 척도로 측정하여 두 시점(사전, 사후) 측정치를 사용해 부부 공동참여 집단 25명, 아버지 단독참여 집단 24명의 개입 효과를 비교했다. 사전 동질성 검사를 통해 동질적이지 않은 것으로 나타난 결혼만족도 점수를 공변량으로 통제하였다. 혼합설계(2시점 × 2조건)에 의한 반복측정 변량분석 결과, 양육효능감을 제외한 다른 5개 측정치에서는 모두 상호작용 효과가 유의했다. 각 집단별로, 측정시점에 따른 집단 내 차이검증을 위한 t-검증을 실시했을 때, 부부 공동참여 집단의 경우엔, 모든 측정치에서 사전-사후 변화가 유의했고, 아버지 단독참여 집단의 경우엔, 삶의 만족도, 부모-자녀관계 만족도, 양육효능감에서만 유의했다. d-통계치를 이용한 효과크기 검증에서는 모든 측정치에서 부부 공동참여 집단의 효과가 크게 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 관련 실무현장에 주는 시사점, 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언들을 함께 논의하였다. The aim of this study is applying evidence-based practice in finding ways to improve the effectiveness of the existing fathering program and its effectiveness at the implementation stage. To this end, the effects of the previously developed web-based psycho-education program for the fathers with adolescent children were compared between two groups: 1) couple joint participation group, 2) father alone participation group. To verify the effectiveness, we measured six scales at two points. The effects of interventions were compared. Marriage satisfaction scores, which were found to be non-homogeneous through a pre-homogeneity test, were controlled as a covariate. As a result of performing repeated measurement variance analysis according to the mixed design, the interaction effect was significant in all of the other five measures except for parenting sense of competence. In the case of the couple joint group, the results of paired t-tests showed significant effects on all six measures. The effect size using d-statistics showed that the effects of the couple joint group were larger than those of the other condition in all the measurements. The implications for the relevant actual practices, limitations of this study, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
