BERT-Based Logits Ensemble Model for Gender Bias and Hate Speech Detection

Malicious hate speech and gender bias comments are common in online communities, causing social problemsin our society. Gender bias and hate speech detection has been investigated. However, it is difficult becausethere are diverse ways to express them in words. To solve this problem, we attempted to detect malicious commentsin a Korean hate speech dataset constructed in 2020. We explored bidirectional encoder representationsfrom transformers (BERT)-based deep learning models utilizing hyperparameter tuning, data sampling, andlogits ensembles with a label distribution. We evaluated our model in Kaggle competitions for gender bias,general bias, and hate speech detection. For gender bias detection, an F1-score of 0.7711 was achieved usingan ensemble of the Soongsil-BERT and KcELECTRA models. The general bias task included the gender biastask, and the ensemble model achieved the best F1-score of 0.7166.
각재의 냉간 2단 압연에 있어서의 폭 증가율에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 이에 대한 검토를 하기 위하여, Kato의 속도장을 수정하여 수치게산한 폭 증가율과 알루미늄을 재료로 실험한 결과를 비교하고, 마찰비와 판폭비 및 압하율의 변화에 따른 폭 증가율의 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. It was found that the effect of the friction between the roll and the workpiece on the spread ratio in flat rolling processes varies with the width-to-height ratio and the reduction in height by Tozawa, Oh and kobayashi numerically. In the present study, the barrelling profile accompanying the width spread was predicted by using the energy method proposed by Kato, which is known to be one of the most advanced method for the three dimensional analysis of the rolling process. The modified velocity field was applied to compute the width spread and the result was verified by experiments. the analysis by the energy method gave the result that the spread ratio increases with the friction factor when the width-to-height ratio is 1 and decreases when the ratio is larger then 2, being consistent with the results of Tozawa and Oh. Nevertheless the cold rolling experiment for pure aluminium showed that the spread ratio decreases with the increasing friction factor irrespective of the width-to-hight ratio.

In the research of the rolling of strip, producing the strip with a close tolerance of thickness over the rolling direction was a principal object. But it was solved by the contribution of two-dimensional theory of rolling and the development of automatic gauge control system. And new requirements for the study of flatness, crown of rolled strip and edge drop grow up recently. These phenomena are closely related with the thickness distribution along the lateral direction of rolled strip. To analyse the thickness distribution of rolled strip along the lateral direction, elastic deformation of rolls and plastic deformation of work material must be discussed simultaneously. In this report, an approximate three-dimensional analysis based on Tozawa's three dimensional approach was applied to 12 cases of different rolling conditions and the numerical results were investigated. Especially stresses were laid upon the investigation of optimal boundary position between the three-dimensional analysis region and the plane strain analysis region. 본 연구에서는 Tozawa의 이와 같은 근사적 3차원 해석법을 검토하여 그 특징 을 살피고 판나비, 판두께, 압하율의 변화가 삼차원변형역과 평면변형역의 최적 경계 면 위치에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다.
