지상기준점 개수 변화에 따른 무인항공 사진측량 성과물의 위치 정확도 분석

DSM and orthoimage, which are representative results of UAV photogrammetry, are high-quality spatial information data and are widely used in various fields of spatial information industry in recent years. However, the UAV photogrammetry has a problem that the quality of the output of the UAV deteriorates due to the altitude of the UAV, the camera calibration, the weather conditions at the time of shooting, the performance of the GPS / IMU and the number of the ground reference points. The purpose of this study is to analyze the location accuracy of unmanned aerial photogrammetry according to the change of the number if ground control points. Experiments were made with fixed wing, and the shooting altitude was set at 130m and 260m. The number of ground reference points used was 9, 8, 5, and 4, respectively. Ten checkpoints were used. XY RMSE for orthoimage and Z RMSE for DSM were compared and analyzed. In addition, the resolution of the orthoimage was determined to affect the judgment of the operator in the verification of the planimetric position accuracy, and the visual resolution was analyzed using the Siemens star target. As a result of the analysis, the variation of the vertical position accuracy is larger than the variation of the planimetric position accuracy when the number of the ground reference points are different. Also The higher the flying height, the greater the effect of change of ground control points on position accuracy.
무인비행장치(UAV)의 공간정보분야 적용을 위한 표준품셈(안) 작성에 관한 연구

최근 항공사진측량 분야의 쟁점 중의 하나는 무인항공기(UAV: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)를 이용한 신속한 공간정보 구축과 그 활용의 확대이다. 하지만 많은 분야에서 무인항공기에서 취득한 공간정보자료를 요구하고 있으나 무인항공기를 이용한 공간정보자료 취득을 위한 적정 예산 수립과 합리적인 비용 결정에 많은 어려움과 난관이 발생하고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 수요자가 신뢰할 수 있는 UAV 운용을 위해서는 작업공종에 따른 품셈제정 작업이 절실히 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 공간정보의 원활한 확대를 위해서 무인비행장치를 이용한 공간정보 구축의 단위표준품셈(안)을 제정하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구동향을 조사하고 테스트베드를 구축하여 수행한 실험 결과를 바탕으로 투입 인력과 장비 및 투입 시간에 따른 실제 비용을 산출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 실제 현황과 부합하는 조건 하에서 무인비행장치를 이용한 공간정보 분야에 활용이 즉시 가능한 표준품셈(안)을 제시하고자 한다. One of the current issues in aerial photogrammetry is rapid construction of spatial information with UAVs(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and their expansion in applications. However, we are faced with a lot of problems and difficulties in determining budget decision and reasonable pricing decision for acquiring spatial information with UAVs, although their data are required in a variety of areas. In this situation, the preparation of estimating standards according to working process is urgently needed for the customer reliable UAV operation. Therefore, this paper is intended to establish the estimating standards of spatial information construction with UAV in order to solve these problems and keep a favorable expansion. For this purpose, a previous research trend is investigated and also actual expenses for work performed with manpower, equipment and time consumed in practical experiment based on a test bed are calculated. This means that actual time required in UAV operation is really investigated, and cost analysis based on an actual inspection in the field is performed. In conclusion, this research is aimed at making an enactment the estimating standards for an immediate using UAVs in accord with the actual conditions in the fields of geospatial information.

Cadastral survey is Central of country geospatial information, an essential tool, and physiotherapy shape country space for efficient land administration and most detailed state information for individual land. Therefore, in this study, to apply digital aerial survey actually to cadastral survey, manufactured cadastral target is utilized to extract boundary in permission error range and achieve cost-cutting and business period shortening when Cadastral Resurvey Project.
저가형 무인비행체를 활용한 정사영상 정확도 향상에 관한 연구

Various studies and business investments have been performed on UAV in the field of spatial information industry, and it is judged that this industry has being evolved into an expansion stage as a legalization progresses. In addition, public institutions such as Korea Land and Geospatial Information Corporation, Korea Expressway Corporation, and Korea Land and Housing Corporation which have relatively much utilized spatial information work have entered into the stage of settling with active introduction for reasons of work efficiency and business management. However, surveying drones are still classified as expensive equipment, which is a burden on general business application and technology popularization. Moreover, the stabilization of reliability of various location information acquired from UAV is a part of ongoing research and supplementation. Therefore, in this study, to use image information acquired from low-cost UAV as reliable spatial information data, the flight altitude was changed and compared with the result of double transverse flight with conventional photographing technique. As a result, there was no change in the result value at low altitude, but the result showed more than 30% accuracy and accuracy improvement for the X, Y value at the altitude of 130m or higher than the conventional method.
경량 항공사진촬영 시스템을 이용한 남극 세종과학기지의 수치지형도 제작과 활용에 관한연구

세종과학기지(KingSejong Station)가 위치한 킹조지섬(King George Island)은 지역 특성상 남극대륙으로 향하는 관문이면서 전초기지와 같은 역할을 하는 지역으로 한국의 남극 활동 영역 확장에 지대한 영향을 끼치고 있다. 그러나 현재 세종과 학기지 주변의 지리정보는 정밀측량이 이루어 지지 못하여 우리나라 활동영역에 대한 정확한 지리적 위치정보를 확보하지 못한 상태이며, 또한 지리정보구축의 가장 기본적이면서 세종과학기지의 국제 활동에 대한 묵시적 표현수단이라 할 수 있는 지도를 외국에 의존하여 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경량 항공사진측량을 적용하여 지리정보구축에 필요한 수치지형도를 제작하고 기존의 수치지형도와 비교하여 빙하 후퇴와 변화 분석을 실시함으로써 향후 남극 환경과 관련한 연구에 실용적인 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. The King George Island, where the King Sejong Station is located, represents one of the gateways to the Antarctica from the point of its geographical aspect. It also serves as an advanced post, and plays an important role in the extending for Korea's Antarctic research activities. The existence of maps is not only a basic element for the constructing geographic informations supporting these activities, but also an implied way of announcing the sovereignty over the KingSejong Station in global world. However, the precise surveying for the geographic information has not been earned out, and thus topographical maps as well as geographic information assuring enough accuracy are still missed in this area. This fact had forced Korea to rely on using maps produced by foreign countries. Therefore, this study aims to generate digital topographical maps of 1: 5,000 scale for the constructing geographic information using lightweight aerial photogrammetry system first. And further, it will contribute to offer practical base data for the future research related to the Antarctic environment through the analysis of glacier retreat and change using this new digital map comparing with existing one.
