High-speed and high-torque performance is required in the ultra-high speed electric injection molding machine field. To implement this performance, the big-size inverter is needed and the corresponding converter should be used. In this case, the whole cost for configuring the system will be increased. In this paper, we introduce a method which is able to reduce the energy and the cost for configuring the system using the energy regeneration. The energy regeneration method is based on reusing the regeneration power generated at the electric motor during decelerating the injection motion. In this paper, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the method by using the ultra-high speed injection motion.

An optimization-based real-time joint angle extraction method of human elbow is proposed by processing the biomedical signal of surface EMG (electromyogram) measured at the center point of biceps brachii. The EMG signal is known as non-stationary (time-varying) signal, but we assume that it is quasi-stationary because a physical or physiological system has limitations in the rate at which it can change its characteristics. Based on the assumption, a pre-processing method to obtain pre-angle values from raw EMG signal is firstly suggested, and then an optimization method to minimize the error between the pre-angle and real joint angle is proposed in this paper. Finally, we suggest the experimental results showing the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

This paper proposes 1 DOF(Degree-Of-Freedom) human shoulder motion tracking robot system using EMG(ElectroMyoGram) signals. The signals value of human shoulder muscles are measured by the developed EMG sensor. The EMG signal processing is performed the RMS, the LPF and the averaging during short-time period. In this paper, we show that both a virtual arm of simulator and I DOF robot comply with flexion and extension motions of human shoulder through simulations and experiments.

반려동물이 혼자 있는 시간이 많아지면 분리불안, 우울증, 이식증 등 질병이 생기기 때문에 이것을 방지하기 위해 보호자가 외부에 있어도 혼자 있는 반려동물을 돌보기 위한 앱이다. 플러터로 다중 플랫폼 앱을 개발하였고 기능에는 원격 조작, 건강 상태 진단, 자동 급식, 청소, 놀이, 실시간 모니터링 기능이 포함되어 있다. 아두이노와 통신을 위한 flutter Blue 패키지를 사용하였다. 반려동물 돌봄 로봇은 아두이노와 블루투스 모듈을 활용하여 스마트폰 앱에서 조작 가능한 Caterpillar 모바일 로봇을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 반려동물과 보호자에게 편의성 제공을 목표로 한다.
