결혼이주여성의 신체·심리적 건강인식이 자녀의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 부모양육태도의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 21세기의 다문화사회에 발맞춰 다문화청소년의 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 결혼이주여성의 신체·심리적 건강인식과 부모양육태도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 했다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 패널 8차년도 데이터를 활용하였으며, 다문화청소년 1,079명 및 해당 부모 데이터를 활용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 신체·심리적 건강인식은 자녀의 자아존중감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 신체·심리적 건강인식은 부모양육태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 신체·심리적 건강인식과 자녀의 자아존중감의 유의미한 관계에서, 부모양육태도는 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통해 미래사회를 이끌어갈 다문화청소년의 자아존중감을 증진할 수 있는 생산적 노력의 필요성을 대두시킬 수 있다. 또한 결혼이주여성의 부모양육태도를 개선하고자 그들의 신체건강을 지원할 수 있는 제도적·실천적 방안에 대한 구체적인 논의가 이루어졌다. In line with the multicultural society of the 21st century, this study sought to verify the mediating effect of physical and psychological health awareness and parental parenting attitudes of married migrant women that affect the self-esteem of multicultural youth. To this end, data from the 8th year of the Multicultural Youth Panel were used, and data from 1,079 multicultural teenagers and their parents were used. The findings of this study are as follows First, it was found that the physical and psychological health perception of married migrant women had a significant effect on adolescents' self-esteem. Second, it was found that the physical and psychological health perception of married migrant women had a significant effect on parental parenting attitudes. Third, in the significant relationship between the physical and psychological health awareness of married migrant women and the self-esteem of adolescents, parental parenting attitudes showed a partial mediating effect. Through the results of this study, the need for productive efforts to promote the self-esteem of multicultural youth who will lead the future society can emerge. In addition, specific discussions were held on institutional and practical measures to support married migrant women's physical health to improve their parenting attitudes.

자생해외봉사를 경험한 사회복지 전공대학생의 직업정체성 형성과정에 관한 질적연구

In this study, we explored the process of forming the vocational identity of a student of social welfare who experienced self-sustaining overseas volunteerism. Six students from the Department of Social Welfare were selected and analyzed through in-depth interviews and qualitative research methods. The purpose of this study was to raise the need for active self-sustaining service by reviewing the vocational identity formation process of social workers who have experienced overseas volunteer groups and vocational identity formation process of university students in the Department of Social Welfare. An analysis of the experiences of self-sustaining overseas volunteer participants resulted in a total of five categories and 10 topics. The five categories are Taking a Social Welfare Worker s Eye, A Journey to Job Identity, Client s Cause of Social Welfare, Formation of Job Identity as a Social Welfare Worker, and Found the Future Social Welfare of Your Hope. I hope that part of this study will help social welfare college students who are dreaming of becoming social welfare workers in the future and prepare for the future. 본 연구에서는 자생해외봉사를 경험한 사회복지전공대학생의 직업정체성 형성 과정에 대해 탐구하였다. 연구대상자는 사회복지전공생 6명을 선정하여 심층면접 후 질적연구방법을 통하여 분석하였으며 자생해외봉사를 경험한 사회복지전공 대학생들의 직업정체성 형성 과정을 살펴보고 이를 통해 미래사회복지 현장에 투입될 사회복지 전공생들의 직업정체성 형성과정을 위한 적극적인 해외봉사활동의 실천현장의 경험의 의미를 제시하였다. 자생해외봉사 참여자들의 경험을 분석한 결과 총 5개의 범주와 10개의 주제가 도출되었다. 5개의 범주는 ‘사회복지사의 눈을 뜸’, ‘직업정체성을 찾아가는 여정’, ‘클라이언트는 사회복지사의 존재 이유’, ‘사회복지사로서의 직업정체성 형성’, ‘자신이 희망하는 미래의 사회복지의 모습을 발견’이다. 본 연구에서 자생해외봉사단의 경험에 대한 부분이 미래의 사회복지사를 꿈꾸고 있는 사회복지전공 대학생들에게 자신의 사회복지사 직업정체성을 발견하고 미래를 준비하는데 도움이 되는 것을 발견하였다.

자녀의 학령기별 정체성 형성에 관한 현상학적 연구 : 북한이탈주민 어머니의 노출 의미를 중심으로

본 연구는 북한이탈주민 어머니들의 고향노출의 의미와 자녀의 학령별 정체성의 형성을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 북한이탈주민 어머니 9명, 초, 중, 고등학생 6명을 대상으로 설정하여 심층인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 이후 자료분석은 현상학적 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학 연구방법에 따라 중심의미, 드러난 주제, 본질적 주제를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 첫 번째 단계인 6개의 학령기별 개별군(초등학생 자녀들, 중학생 자녀들, 고등학생 자녀들, 초등학생 자녀를 둔 어머니들, 중학생 자녀를 둔 어머니들, 고등학생 자녀를 둔 어머니들)에서 총 75개의 중심의미를 구성했다. 이 중심 의미들을 공속성 차원에서 결집하여 총 28개의 드러난 주제들을 발굴했고, 이를 다시 현상학적 괄호 치기 자세를 유지하며 지속적으로 비교하여 총 6개의 본질적 주제를 구성했다. 두 번째 단계인 2개의 집단군(북한이탈주민 어머니들, 북한이탈주민 어머니들을 둔 자녀들)에서는 어머니들 의미군과 자녀들 의미군로 구분하여 1차 의미 통합을 통해 총 22개의 중심의미를 구성했다. 이 중심 의미들을 공속성 차원에서 결집하여 총 9개의 드러난 주제들을 발굴했고, 이를 다시 현상학적 괄호 치기 자세를 유지하며 지속적으로 비교하여 총 2개의 본질적 주제를 구성했다. 최종적으로 세 번째 단계에서는 발굴된 의미를 종합적으로 통합하여 총 8개의 중심의미를 구성했다. 이 중심 의미들을 공속성 차원에서 결집하여 총 4개의 드러난 주제들을 발굴했고, 이를 다시 현상학적 괄호 치기 자세를 유지하며 지속적으로 비교하여 총 1개의 본질적 주계를 최종적으로 구성하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민 가족의 한국사회에서의 성공적인 정착생활 활성화와 미래 통일 한국을 위한 사회통합과 이를 실현할 수 있는 통일인적자원 마련에 대한 방향성을 제시하는 데 중요한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

New materials widely used for automobile related industry, aircraft, space development area are mostly high hardness materials. The hardness value of some hardened materials is over HRC45 and machining of this hardened materials is called as hard turning. Hard turning has its advantage on processing flexibility, cycle time and tool cost reduction. Also this process obtains high efficiency in processing and precise surface roughness through application of the CBN tools. In hard turning process with CBN tool, surface integrity is the important factor for considering the design of machine part and component under high stress and load conditions. A purpose of this study is to analyze optimal condition in hard turning process of AISI 52100 steel (HRC62) with high CBN and low CBN on turning characteristics, tool wear mechanism comparison and surface integrity.
