미니돼지에서 Acellular dermal matrix에 배양된 치주인대섬유모세포을 이용한 자가치아이식술: 치주인대로써의 잠재력에 대한 조직학적 평가

The aim of this study was to examine the possibility of periodontal ligament regeneration when autotransplantation was used by the periodontal ligament fibroblasts cultured on the acellular dermal matrix in teeth without a periodontal ligament. One minipig was used in this study. The mandibular and maxillary permanent incisors were ex-tracted for the culture of the periodontal ligament cells. The roots of the unextracted teeth were classified into a positive control group, in which the normal periodontal ligament was preserved. The roots of the extracted teeth were divided into the following two groups: The negative control group, in which the periodontal ligament had been removed and the acellular dermal matrix was not applied; and an experimental group, in which the periodontal ligament had been removed and periodontal ligament fibroblast cultured on an acellular dermal matrix was applied. The prepared teeth were transplanted, and completely submerged using physical barrier membranes. The animal was sacrificed 4 weeks after the autotransplant. The transplanted teeth were examined histologically. In this study, the periodontal ligament was normal in the positive control group, and ankylosis was discovered on the denuded root surface in the negative control group. Periodontal ligament-like connective tissue was found adjacent to the denuded root and the new cementum-like layer of hard tissue was formed in the experimental group. These results suggest that the periodontal ligament fibroblasts cultured on the acellular dermal matrix may play a role in regenerating the periodontal ligament-like tissue with new cememtum-like tissue formation.

DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)는 현존하는 블록기반 영상 압축 코딩기법의 핵심이 되는 부분이다. 많은 고속 방법이 제안되었으며, 최근 들어 SIMD 병렬구조를 이용한 고속방법들이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SIMD명령어를 가지는 프로세서에서 4X4 정수변환의 속도를 최적화하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 128비트 SIMD명령어로 확장이 가능하며 비슷한 구조를 가지는 Hadamard 변환에서 적용할 수 있다. 제안하는 방법을펜티엄4 2.4G에서 구현할 경우 H.264 참조 부호화기의 4X4 정수변환 방법보다 64비트 SIMD 명령어를 사용할 경우 4.34배 128-bit SIMD 명령어를 사용할 경우 6.77배의 성능을 얻을 수 있다.
가상현실을 이용한 공동주택 피난 Wayfinding 평가도구 개발에 관한 연구

The main purpose in this survey which is to develope the Virtual Reality Software to interpretate the behavior characteristics of high-rise apartment dwellers and to find out the potentiality as a method to evaluate the wayfinding characteristics for the evacuation by comparing with Simulex 32bit software which has been being used to evaluate the evacuation task. During the decision making process with this tool, the architect can get the data for Pre-OE(pre-Occupancy Evaluation) to evaluate the wayfinding characteristics before occupying the building he keeps meaning to built.

Alveolar bone resorption are unpredictable and always occur after tooth extraction. Such bone resorption causes insufficient alveolar ridge which make implant placement difficult. There are many techniques to increase the alveolar ridge. Representative procedures include ridge split, guided bone regeneration, bone graft using autogenous block bone, and alveolar distraction. In each procedure, there are indications and complications. Depending on the shape and the width of bone defects, we can choose procedures for horizontal bone augmentation and vertical bone augmentation.
H.264의 복호화기를 위한 SIMD기반의 효율적인 고속 역 변환 방법

본 논문에서는 SIMD 명령어를 이용하여 H.264 복호화기의 역 정수 변환 과정과 역 양자화 과정을 고속으로 처리 할 수 있는 방법을 제안 한다. 제안하는 고속 역 변환 방법을 ZERO 블록에 대하여 역 변환과 역 양자화 과정을 수행 하지 않음으로써 속도 향상을 얻을 수 있다. 움직임이 적은 Akiyo 영상에서는 QP=0일 때 참조 코드(reference code)의 역 정수 변환과 역 양자화 과정에 비하여 7.52배, QP=24인 경우 8.1배의 속도 향상을 얻을 수 있다. 또한 움직임이 많은 Stefan 영상에 대해서는 QP=0일 때 고속 역 변환 방법이 참조 코드의 역 정수 변환과 역 양자화 과정에 비하여 6.7배. QP=36인 경우 7.83배의 속도 향상을 얻을 수 있다.
공간통사론을 통한 展示空間의 空間構造와 徑路探索의 相關性에 관한 硏究

The Purpose of this survey is to analysis the spatial composition of the museum selected by competition over 20,000㎡ in Korea, since 1980 in term of the theory of space syntax and seek the correlation between the factor of spatial structure in the theory of space syntax and the concept of wayfinding. In the end of this survey, I found something followed. On the hand of the theory of space syntax, the concept of Perceptual Access can be more concrete in the more ration way. We can expect some visual axialities which are integrated and segregated in the system of space on the traffic system in the space as a whole in the sight of Visual Axiality Map Analysis. The National Museum of Contemporary Art (NMCA)has more nodes and traffic level to move one point to another relatively to The National War Memorial(NWM) and is not effective to perform wayfinding task in the paper interview. The Connection of each space is evaluated by the value of RRA or RA in Convex Space Map. NWM has rotunda space as same as the ramp core of NMCA which is used for divide traffics as the major space in the center. Visitors make their way in the museum by choice of path meant low RRA. Some of path meant low RRA plays a role as the subgoal for the landmark. More over these spaces have low RRA not only by Convex Space Map but also by Visual Axiality Map. There is the fatal difference between NMCA and NWM. It is the pattern of visitors movement in NWM is not coincident with the logic of traffic system. Almost visitors in the museum made it use to the sign system rather than the logic of traffic system. There are too many signs in NWM in vain. And more it worse, it disturb visitors to take spontaneous choice of their way. So RRA can be considered as the guideline of position of signs.
