해군 승조원이 지각한 조직 미덕과 사기의 관계에서 번영감의 매개효과 검증

This study examined the mediating role of thriving at work in the relationship between organizational virtuousness and morale in Navy warship sailors of the Republic of Korea. Participants responded to the questionnaire survey, using Organizational Virtuousness Scale, Thriving at Work Scale and Military Morale Scale. Data were collected for 204 respondents. Results showed organizational virtuousness was significantly related to comfort morale and fighting morale, partially mediated by thriving at work. Our findings suggest that organizational virtuousness perceived by Navy sailors acts as a positive contextual enabler for promoting a sense of thriving at work, thereby fostering comfort morale and fighting morale. Finally, implications for theory and practice, limitations and future research directions are discussed.

골프 코스관리 비용 분석

The purpose of this study are to investigate the reasonable maintenance expense of golf course according to the size and management system of each golf course. The maintenance cost per hole per golfer of 29 golf courses and the maintenance cost for items and locations of 8 golf courses were analyzed. 1. As golfers per hole increased, maintenance cost per hole per golfer decreased. 2. The decisive cost factors for maintenance cost of golf course are the number of annual golfers, the total course size, the management system, and automation of course facilities. 3. Maintenance cost of golf courses contained the landscaping areas except for building and parking lots is 869￦/㎡ Korean won. 4. Average maintenance cost of 8 golf courses is 44,325,000￦/hole. 5. Labor cost marked the largest portion in the total cost. Among the items of labor cost, repair cost for green ball mark was the highest with the ratio of 26%(￦4,163,000). 6. Material cost for Fairways which reaches 30% of the total area was composed of 22%~44% of the total cost of materials. Cost of imported fertilizers, pestcides for insects and diseases, and sands for top dressing was the highest. 7. Material cost for Green which reaches 2% of the total area was composed of 28%~36% of the total cost. Cost of imported products such as particle-shaped fertilizers, micro mineral fertilizers, and soil conditioners was the highest. 8. 주의 기반 관점(Attention-Based View) 조직 연구의 동향

William Ocasio(1997; 2011)는 카네기 학파를 계승하여 ‘기업에 대한 주의 기반 관점(attentionbased view of the firm)’을 제시하며, 조직의 의사결정에서 제한된 주의 자원의 중요성을 강조하였다. 주의 기반 관점은 다양한 주제와 연구 분야로 확장되고 있으며, 주의 선행요인과 효과성에 관한연구가 진행되었다. 하지만 그동안의 선행연구는 주의 기반 관점으로 연구할 수 있는 다양한 영역 중일부만 다루고 있다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주의 형성 과정에서 조직적⋅개인적 요인의 영향을 통합적인 관점에서 살펴보기 위해 주의 선행요인으로서 ‘조직의 환경적 맥락, 조직 구조 및 상황, 의사결정자 개인 특성, 요인 간 상호작용’으로 구분된 새로운 개념적 틀을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로주의 기반 관점을 적용한 기존 연구를 정리하며 향후 연구과제를 제시한다. 이를 위해 1997년부터2024년 4월까지 국내⋅외 인사관리/조직이론 분야 주요 학술지에 게재된 22편의 논문을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 이론적⋅실무적 시사점과 한계점을 토론하였다. William Ocasio(1997; 2011) extended the legacy of the Carnegie School by introducing the ‘attention-based view of the firm’, which underscores the critical role of limited attention resources in rational organizational decision-making. The attention-based view has rapidly proliferated across diverse topics and research domains. However, extant studies have examined a limited scope of potential research areas within this perspective. This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational and individual factors on the formation of organizational attention from an integrative perspective. We propose a novel conceptual framework, which categorizes the antecedents of organizational attention into the environmental context of the organization, organizational structure and situation, characteristics of decisionmakers, and the interactions among these factors. Utilizing this framework, we review 22 articles published from 1997 through April 2024 in both domestic and international journals specializing in human resources management and organizational theory. Based on this review, we discuss the theoretical and practical contributions of this study, as well as its limitations.

예제기반 방식을 이용한 자동 음악분수 시나리오 생성

최근 주변에서 다양한 음악분수를 찾아볼 수 있다. 음악분수의 연출을 위해서는 음악과 동기화되는 물의 움직임을 정의하는 음악분수 시나리오가 요구된다. 하지만 일반적으로 이러한 시나리오는 전문가들에 의하여 생성되기 때문에, 비용적인 문제로 인하여 다양한 음악에 대한 시나리오가 생성되지 못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 예제 기반 방식을 이용하여 자동으로 음악 분수의 시나리오를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 즉 기존에 전문가들에 의하여 생성되었던 음악분수의 시나리오를 분석하여 데이터베이스화 시킨 후, 이를 새롭게 합성하여 시나리오를 생성한다. 또한 음악분수 시나리오 생성에서 중요하게 요구되는 음악과 물 모양의 동기화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 임의의 음악이 들어왔을 때, 이 음악의 비트를 추출한 후 비트를 단위로 시나리오를 합성하게 된다. 사용자 실험결과 본 기술에 의하여 자동 생성된 시나리오는 전문가가 생성한 시나리오와 큰 차이가 나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 기술을 이용하면 음악분수 시나리오를 생성할 때 요구되는 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 음악분수의 유지비용을 크게 절감할 수 있다.

공간 채움 곡선을 이용한 자동 음열 음악 작곡 방법

음열 음악은 쇤베르크가 창시한 20세기 음악의 중요한 작곡 기법중 하나이다. 이 음악은 범조적인 혹은 무조적인 특징을 가지며, 이로 인하여 독특한 현대 음악의 분위기를 생성하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 수학적 알고리즘을 이용하여 음열 음악을 생성하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 방법은 음열음악에 대한 쇤베르크의 엄격한 정의보다는 더욱 자유로운 형태를 띄지만, 전체 음악 내에서 12개의 음이 사용되어야 한다는 규칙은 만족한다. 이를 위하여 원형 음열 및 원형 음열의 전위과 전조로 구성되어있는 음열도표를 자유롭게 탐색하는 공간 채움 곡선을 이용한다. 임의의 공간을 한번만 탐색하는 성질을 가진 이 곡선을 사용함으로써, 음열 도표에 있는 모든 음을 한번씩 사용하면서도 적절한 반복성을 띄는 음악을 생성할 수 있다. 따라서 생성된 음악은 원래의 음열 음악의 특징인 범조성 및 무조성을 유지하면서도 현대음악에 친숙하지 않은 사람들에게도 보다 쉽게 접근하는 음악을 생성할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 다차원 공간 채움 곡선을 이용하여 음의 길이 및 세기까지 음열을 사용하는 더욱 확장된 형태의 음열음악을 생성하는 방법도 소개한다. Serial Music, introduced by A.Sch nberg, is a one of the important composition techniques. This music style has features of pantonality and atonality, so it generates unique atmosphere of modern music. In this paper, we introduce an method of generating serial music using mathematical algorithm. This method generates music that satisfy the requirement that the number of pitches belonged to each pitch class are exactly same, though the requirement is less strict than Sch nberg's definition. To do this, our method uses space-filling curves traversing the twelve tone matrix, which is constructed by the serial series, its inversion and its transpose. Using these curves, we can generate a music that has all notes in the matrix exactly once and adequate repeatness because of the curve's locality. Result music, therefore, can be more suitable for people that are not familiar with modern music, while maintaining the features of pantonality and atonality. This paper also introduces a method of generating extended serial music that uses serialism of duration and dynamic of notes, using multi-dimensional space-filling curves.

모바일 환경에서의 큰 규모의 음악파일 탐색 방법

최근 휴대용 음악재생기기 안에 개인적으로 소장하고 있는 음악들의 개수가 크게 늘어남에 따라, 원하는 음악을 빠르게 검색하고 들을 수 있는 기능들이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 많은 수의 음악이 있을 때 이 음악들을 다양한 기준으로 정렬하고 이를 간단한 인터페이스를 이용하여 재생리스트를 생성하여 재생할 수 있는 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 특히 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 최근 사용량이 크게 늘고있는 펜기반 혹은 터치기반의 모바일기기에서 사용됨을 가정한다. 본 시스템을 통하여 사용자는 모바일 기기의 작은 디스플레이환경에서도 자신이 원하는 음악들을 직관적이며 빠르게 선택할 수 있으며, 바로 재생리스트를 생성하여 들을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 또한 제안한 시스템에 대한 사용자 평가에 대하여 논하며 현재 구현되어있는 프로토타입을 소개한다.
