본고의 목적은 학문 목적 한국어 교육에 필요한 한자어를 추출하여 중국인 학습자 를 위한 한자어 목록을 마련하는 데 있다. 1 장에서는 연구의 필요성 및 목적을 제시하고 이와 관련된 선행연구들을 살펴보았다. 2장에서는 두 단계에 걸친 학술적 용어를 바탕으로 한 한자어의 추출 결과를 제시 하였다. 그 다음으로 추출된 한자어를 4 가지의 그룹별 유형에 따라 나누어 정리해 보 았다. 또한 선정된 한자어 목록의 학문 목적 한국어 교육에서의 활용 방안을 간단히 제시하였다. 본고는 이음절 한자어 명사만을 제시한 것에 있어 한계를 보인다. 더군다나 기존에 나와 있는 어휘 목록만을 기반으로 하여 학문 목적 한자어를 추출했기 때문에 인문계 열, 사회계열, 상경계열을 제외한 기타 영역의 학문 목적 한자어 말뭉치의 구축에는 기여 하지 못하였다는 아쉬움이 있다. 또한 본고의 목록을 활용한 한자어 교수 요목, 한자어 교육 과정을 설계하는 것은 후속 연구로 남긴다.

The emphasis of this study is related to Korean language learning among Chinese students in particular with reference to the creation of compound nouns, because China has been classified as a noun in the vocabulary of the components of synthesis based on semantic relationships. Korean Language Learning is for Chinese students and the educational methodology that is applied. Chapter 1 contains the objectives and needs of research, study and research methods, and by reviewing previous studies of Korean and Chinese compound nouns, compound nouns analysis between the components of the semantic relationship. Chapters 2 and 3 refer to compound nouns and the Chinese concept based on the types of compound nouns in Korean and Chinese, who form a significant relationship between the components of distinction which are presented by category and the meaning between the two systematic comparisons of compound names. Also included in this part of the final conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis, it is determined that the two languages can be applied to the common sense of the compound nouns related to the attributes explicitly described.
Elicitor-induced β-glucan contents in fruit body of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia)

Strain KFRI 723 was used for the cultivation of fruit body to promote the production of b-glucan induced by the elicitor using physical stimulation in the superior cultivated fruit body. Three different elicitor treatments on the physical stimulation (UV, temperature, and harvest time) were treated on the primodia of fruit body. Elicitor controlled by UV light has an effect on the change of the b-glucan contents in flabellae and stipe of cauliflower mushroom, both parts have the highest concentration of b-glucan in strains irradiated by UV for 10 min: 41.36 ± 2.96% of flabellae and 42.16 ± 2.90% of stipe. Both flabellae and stipe represented b-glucan contents in order of low (10 ± 1 C) - mid (21 ± 1 C; control) - high temperature (25 ± 1 C). In the different harvest time, the b-glucan contents of flabellae and stipe show high contents at 21st and 26th day and decreased since 31st day of harvesting.
홍대용,청왕자(淸王子)인 양혼(兩渾)의 우정(友情)과 양혼(兩渾)의 출신(出身)

Hong Dea-young, the pioneer scholar of Joseon Bukhakpa, wrote two versions of Yonhaengrok after coming back from Qing Empire in 18th century. One was named Damheon Yon-Gi written in chinese, the other was Eul-Byeong-Yonhaengrok written in Korean. There is something interesting that is Hong Dea-young introduced a prince of Qing whose name is Lianghun at length in these two Yonhaengroks. And referred that He and Lianghun had only met once, but felt like old friends. According to the account by Hong Dea-young, Lianghun is the youngest son of Hongqing (Prince Yu of the Second Rank), he got regard highly from Emperor Qianlong, he also is the close brother of Yongqi, who is the 5th prince of Emperor Qianlong. However according to the genealogy Investigation of royal family of Qing dynasty, we can know the eldest son of Hongqing was born in the year of 1766, which is the same year Hong Dea-young came to Beijing. Then we can declare that the record about the prince` identity in Hong Dea-young`s Yonhaengrok is not correct. So who is Lianghun? With this doubt, according to the Yonheangrok, we reference a series of historical materials of Joseon while cooperating the historical data of China, at last we find the answer, which the mysterious prince is the grandson of the Prince Cheng of the First Rank Yunzhi(允祉), named Yongshan.
