본 연구는 콘텐츠산업의 전반적인 현황과 인재양성과 일자리 창출을 다루고 있다. 콘텐츠산업은 전 세계 7위 규모로 문화강국의 면모를 갖추고 있으나, 여전히 산업은 영세하고, 프리랜서가 많아 불공정한 시스템이 여전해 콘텐츠산업의 발전에 저해 요소로 지적되고 있다. 정부와 민간이 힘을 합쳐 콘텐츠산업을 견인하지만 여전히 난제가 산적해 있지만 이를 극복하고, 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고, 우수한 인재 양성과 일자리 창출을 위한 디딤돌을 만들어 나아가 2030년을 목표로 최고의 문화강국으로 성장하기 위한 로드맵을 제시해 본다. This study deals with the overall status of the content industry, human resource training and job creation. The content industry is the 7th largest in the world and has the aspect of a cultural powerhouse, but the industry is still small and there are many freelancers, and the unfair system is still pointed out as an impediment to the development of the content industry. The government and the private sector join forces to lead the content industry, but there are still many challenges, but overcome them, propose a new paradigm, create a stepping stone for cultivating excellent talent and creating jobs, and grow into the best cultural powerhouse with the goal of 2030 We present a roadmap for doing so.

The global publishing market is on the decline overall, and digital publishing is showing growth. The market for print media and paper books has shrunk, and the rise in e-books has now become common knowledge. The situation became entrenched after the Corona crisis, and Internet bookstores saw their sales rise and their status rise further. Therefore, it is time to analyze the scale of digital publishing closely and to re-concept the publication of new digital publishing, including the concept and scope of new digital publishing. Based on such needs, the study analyzes the new status and direction of digital publishing. 전 세계 출판시장은 전반적으로 하락세지만, 디지털출판은 성장세를 보인다. 인쇄미디어와 종이책 시장은 위축, 전자책 상승은 이제 상식이 되었다. 오디오북이라는 새로운 영역이 큰 반향을 일으키고 있다. 코로나 사태 이후 이러한 상황은 고착화되었고, 인터넷서점의 매출 상승과 위상은 더욱 높아졌다. 따라서 디지털출판의 규모를 면밀히 분석하고, 새로운 디지털출판의 개념과 범위 등 출판의 재개념화가 필요한 시점이다. 이 연구는 그러한 필요성에 근거해 디지털출판의 새로운 위상과 방향성을 분석하고 있다.

Recently, the performance of binaural hearing aids is rapidly improved with the technology advancement of wireless communication, digital signal processing, and integrated circuit design. However, the previous hearing aids developer platforms can't be applied to binaural hearing aids developing, because it has no consideration for wireless communication and binaural hearing control. Also, the previous developer platforms are not easy to use for the algorithm development, because programming languages are limited. In this paper, we designed and implemented the open platform board for binaural hearing aids developing. The designed board can be programmed by general programming language and can be used wireless communication module. In order to verify the designed open platform board, we used the volume control algorithm using two open platform board. As a result of experiment, we verified the performance of designed and implemented open platform board that was successfully operated the binaural hearing control and the wireless communication.
효과적인 돌봄능력증진을 위한 환자로봇의 통증표현에 대한 연구

Care and nursing training (CNT) is to develop the ability to effectively respond to the needs by investigating patients’ requests and improving trainee’ care skills in a caring environment. In this paper, we introduce a patient robot that can express facial emotions or feelings of pain states like an actual human does in joint care education. The primary objectives for the proposed patient robot-based care training system are (a) to understand better the effects of care skills by deeper interpretation of the results based on quantitative data obtained from the robot for providing an effective patient robot-based care education system, (b) to infer the pain felt by the patient robot and intuitively provide the trainee with the patient’s pain state.

Intravenous(IV) infusion set is the most commonly used treatment method for the patient in hospital. However, Checking the IV solution flow rate is important to prevent the patient from medical injury. In this paper, using an optical sensor to detect the IV solution exhaustion was presented. The LED and photodiode were used as light transmitter and receiver. Two elements were fixed coplanar, and the light from LED through reflector and achromatic lens arrives to photodiode. Therefore, the proposed optical sensor is able to work at both glass IV bottle and plastic IV pack. The implementation followed optic theory by changing condition such as wavelength of visible LED (R,G,B) , color of IV solution and intensity of illumination. The experimental result shows that the blue LED has largest difference between full and exhaustion of IV solution than using Red and Green LEDs. Also, the output voltage is higher at the case of exhaustion of IV solution than full.
