When reinforcing an existing building with the Concrete Filled Tube(CFT) structure, it is impossible to form a diaphragm inside with the existing method. Therefore, in this study, a construction method was proposed so that the force could be transmitted using the friction force between the diaphragm and the concrete using a double diaphragm.

As the number of safety accidents caused by structural collapse increases, the integrated management plan of the measurement and management system has become a platform and data is shared with stakeholders, so that it is possible to establish safety management in advance according to the displacement of the structure.

Recent construction projects have now regenerated the existing city rather than reconstruction or redevelopment to create a new paradigm. While the aged houses are reviewed to distinguish between the repair, reinforcement and reconstruction stages, the modular construction system makes the most of space using the modular system, and the projection mapping system is combined with the existing space. Therefore, we will proceed with the research so that improvement and correction of future issues can be made.

There is a risk that the damage caused by frequent earthquakes can lead to the risk of personal injury due to cracks in buildings and collapse of major structures. Although the seismic design of the new building is designed to be reinforced, the existing structure is not exposed to the risk of earthquake. Therefore, it is aimed to develop the steel frame type CFT composite method which can easily reinforce the CFT structural system with excellent seismic performance against the old non - seismic structure.

This study aims to provide a more comfortable environment for the external environment by designing a rotable dwelling that deviates from the conventional fixed residential concept. The round pillars, which are the center of the building, are constructed by placing the CFT (concrete Filled steel Tube) technique in place and assembling modular houses with columns. This study combines existing building techniques. Korea also needs to develop various related studies quickly.
