다양한 연속밀도 함수를 갖는 HMM에 대한 우리말 음성인식에 관한 연구

본 논문은 연속 밀도 함수를 갖는 HMM별 한국어 연속 음성인식에 관한 연구이다. 여기서 우리는 밀도 함수가 2개에서 44개까지 갖는 연속 HMM모델에서 가장 효율적인 연속 음성인식을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 음성 모델은 36개로 구성한 기본음소를 사용한 CI-Model과 3,000개로 구성한 확장음소를 사용한 CD-Model을 사용하였고, 언어 모델은 N-gram을 이용하여 처리하였다. 이 방법을 사용하여 500개의 문장과 6,486개의 단어에 대하여 화자 독립으로 CI Model에서 최고 94.4%의 단어인식률과 64.6%의 문장인식률을 얻었고, CD Model에서는98.2%의 단어인식률과 73.6%의 문장인식률을 안정적으로 얻었다. This paper is a study on continuous speech recognition in the Korean language using HMM-based models with continuous density functions. Here, we propose the most efficient method of continuous speech recognition for the Korean language under the condition of a continuous HMM model with 2 to 44 density functions. Two voice models were used CI-Model that uses 36 uni-phones and CD-Model that uses 3,000 tri-phones. Language model was based on N-gram. Using these models, 500 sentences and 6,486 words under speaker-independent condition were processed. In the case of the CI-Model, the maximum word recognition rate was 94.4% and sentence recognition rate was 64.6%. For the CD-Model, word recognition rate was 98.2% and sentence recognition rate was 73.6%. The recognition rate of CD-Model we obtained was stable.

BPA 공장의 메탄올 분리공정에서 HAZOP 평가를 실시하고, 사고 시나리오로부터 화재 및 폭발 사고의 피해범위를 예측하였다. 그 결과, 화재사고의 피해범위는 50 mm 직경의 안전밸브 토출배관 파열에 의한 제트화재에서는 20 m이었고, 설비가 전파되어 플래쉬화재가 발생되는 경우에는 267 m이었다. 또한 개방공간 증기운 폭발사고의 피해범위는 토출배관 파열에서는 22 m이었고, 설비 전파인 경우에는 542 m이었다. 그리고 최악의 누출 시나리오에 대한 안전대책으로는 메탄올 분리컬럼 내부의 이상압력 상승을 감지할 수 있는 압력계를 2 out of 3 voting으로 설비 상부에 설치하여 주공급라인 상에 설치된 컨트롤밸브와 긴급차단밸브를 동시에 차단할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. For a methanol separation column of the BPA (Bisphenol A) plant, HAZOP (hazard and operability) assessment was performed and damage ranges were predicted from the accident scenarios for the fire and the explosion. As a result, the damage range of the jet fire was 20 m in the case of rupture of the discharge pipe (50 mm diameter) of safety valve, and that of the flash fire was 267 m in the case of catastrophic rupture. Also, the damage ranges of the unconfined vapor cloud explosion (UVCE) for the rupture of the discharge pipe and for the catastrophic rupture were 22 m and 542 m, respectively. For the worst case of release scenarios, safety measures were suggested as follows: the pressure instruments, which can detect abnormal rise of the internal pressure in the methanol separation column, should be installed by the 2 out of 3 voting method in the top section of the column. Through the detection, the instuments should simultaneously shut down the control and the emergency shut-off valves.

I think, except some cases that the “Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's name”(below abbreviated as ‘Actual Name Law’) allows, the nominal trust agreement is not the trust relationship worthy of being protected by Criminal Law, even though the nominal trust is not Kondiktio wegen verwerflichen Empfanges. And the recent decision(2010do10500) changed the precedents about the non-punishable subsequent act. It held that, if the trustee took out mortgages two times or more from the same real estate under the nominal trust that Actual Name Law allows, the subsequent act could be punished. It means that the subsequent act constitutes the crime of embezzlement and is not absorbed in the preceding act of taking out a mortgage. I agree with the result, but the act of taking our mortages should be assessed as a criminal breach of trust, not as a embezzlement. In the other part, the nominal trust about the movable things were dealt with.

In this study, a finite element model based on the SU/PG scheme was developed to solve shallow-water equations and the influences of parameters and internal boundary conditions on depth-averaged flow behavior were investigated. To analyze the effect of rough-¬ness coefficient and eddy viscosity on flow characteristics, the developed model was applied to rectangular meandering channel with two bends, and transverse velocities and water depth distributions were examined. As the roughness coefficient adjacent to wall increased, the velocities near the wall decreased, and the reduced velocities were compensated by the expanding mid-channel velocities. In addition, the flow character-¬ristics around a circular cylinder were analyzed by varying the internal boundary conditions as free slip and no slip. The assignment of slip condition changed the velocity distribution on the cylinder surface and reduced the magnitude of the shear stress up to one third.
