        β-galactosidase activity in cultured yoghurt were effected on the heating temperature and the addition of various carbohydrates. 1. The effect of the heating temperature, 55℃ and 70℃, on enzyme activity of coltured yoghurt. β-galactosidase activity in cultured yoghurt heated at 55℃ for 30min. was little effected and at 70℃ for 5min. very low. 2. The effect of the additional carbohydrates. In addition of carbohydrates, lactoise, sucrose, glucose, galactose and glucose+galactose, β-galactosidase activity in Sucrose and lactose were higher, while was not effected in galactose.

        외식산업에서 고객 보상물 유형과보상시기가 구전에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to propose the most effective customer reward program in the restaurant industry with examining the interaction effects of three variables; type (monetary vs. non-monetary) and timing (immediate vs. accumulate) of rewards in two restaurant types (casual dinning restaurant vs. fast-food restaurant). In order to test this research framework, a 2 x 2 x 2 completely randomized, factorial design was used. The type of rewards, timing of reward and service organization are designed as between-subjects variables. The findings of this study are that monetary rewards would build higher word-of-mouth than non-monetary rewards and there is an interaction effect between reward type and reward timing on word-of -mouth. This paper provide valuable insights to help managers design their reward programs. It is vital for firms to offer customers the correct type of reward programs than to waste resources on an ineffective reward.         CATV/LAN 전송망에서 우선권 문제를 추가한 MAC프로토콜의 성능해석에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 CATV/LAN 전송망에서 우선권 문제에 주안을 두어서 해석한다. CATV/LAN 전송망에서 주요 해석의 대상인 상향 채널은 단방향 채널 특성과 단말의 위치에 따라서 우선적으로 접속되는 특성을 발생한다. 그리고, 트래픽(traffic)에 대한 우선권문제(priority)가 대두된다. 이런 공정성 문제와 우선권 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전송할 데이터가 발생하며 Pi확률로 데이터를 전송하는 CSMA-CD/U/P-P(Unslotted prioritized Pi-persistent CSMA-CD)프로토콜을 제안한다. 우선권 문제는 2-Class(high, low)로 가정하였다. 성능해석과 시뮬레이션 결과 우선권 문제가 주어진 환경하에서의 2개의 시나리오(scenario)를 가정하여 데이터전송 확률값인 Pi를 구하였으며, 전송망의 공정성이 이루어 졌을 때 평균 지연 시간을 비교하였다. 또한, 지연시간의 분산값을 구하였으며 버퍼큐(buffer queue)에서의 큐길이(queue length) 분포도 구하였다. 특히 헤드엔드 시스템에 가까운 단말이 포함될수록 평균 지연 시간이 길어지는 특징을 나타내고 있다. In this paper, we analyzed the performance for CATV/LAN added priority problem. Upstrea nm channel which analyzed very deeply for CATV/LAN network have the preferential access property depending upon that positionand unidirectional property. To solve that fairness problem and priority, we propose the CSMA-CD/U/P-P protocolthat transmit as P1 probability if data packets happen. We assumed 2-Class priority(high, low). As the analyticresult and simulation, we obtained P1, value and its average delay time under priority problem assumed twoscenarios. Also, we get its variance value and queue length. Especially, the mean delay time increases nearer thanposition from H/E

        CATV/LAN 전송망에서 공정성을 고려한 MAC프로토콜의 성능해석에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 초고속 통신망의 대안기술로 부각되고 있는 HFC 전속망을 기본 전송망으로 하는 CATV/LAN망에서 새로운 MAC프로토콜을 제안하고 성능해석을 수행하였다. CATV/LAN 전송망에서 주요 해석의 대상인 상향채널은 단방향 채널 특성과 단말의 위치에 따라서 우선적으로 접속되는 특성이 발생한다. 이런 전송망에서 공정성 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전송할 데이터가 발생하면 그 즉시 데이터를 전송하지 않고 Pi확률로 데이터를 전송하는 CSMA-CD/U/P(Unsoltted Pi-persistent CSMA-CD)프로토콜을 제안한다. 성능해석과 시뮬레이션 결과 전송망에서 공정성을 이루는 데이터 전송 확률값인 Pi의 분포를 구하였으며, 전송망의 공정성이 이루어 졌을 때 평균 지연 시간(mean delay time)을 구했다. 또한, 지연시간의 분산값을 구하였으며 단말의 버퍼큐에서 큐길이(queue length)분포도 구하였다. 평균 지연 시간과 큐길이 분포는 부하가 커질수록, 단말의 수가 많아 질수록 증가 하는 양상을 보인다. In this paper, we proposed the MAC protocol and analyzed the performance for CATV/LAN network which was based upon HFC(hybrid optic coaxial) increased abruptly as alternative method of high speed network. Upstream channel which analyzed very deeply for CATV/LAN network have the preferential access property depending upon that position and unidirectional property. To solve this fairness problem, we propose the CSMA-CD/U/P protocol that transm it as $P_i$ probability although data packets is immediately transmitted when it was occurred. As the analytic result and simulation, we obtained $P_i$ value and its average delay time. Also, we get its variance value and queue length distribution. The mean delay time and queue length increase as the load and number of stations increase in the CATV/LAN network.

        Dithiocarbamates containing polar groups, which give very water soluble metal complexes were newly synthesized. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, spectroscopic and ^(13)C-NMR absorption results. Dithiocarbamates and it's complexes were moderately soluble in water. The structure were proposed on the basis of elemental analyses and physical properties.

        Various water soluble dithiocarbamates are synthesized from the reaction of piperidines with carbon disulfide in aqueous alkali solutions. Dithiocarbamate with one dithio group bonded to an each amine was obtained. New complexes of nickel-dithiocarbamates were synthesized by the reaction of 2, 6-dimethylpiperidinedithiocarbamate (A) and 3,3-dimethylethylenediamine (B) Various nickel complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, infrared, mass spectrum and UV/VIS absorption studies. The possible structures were proposed on the basis of elemental analyses and physical properties.

        Two Dithiocarbamates, which have water soluble metal complexes, were synthesized. Pt(dtc)2 has less solubility than DTC in water, but higher antimicrobial activities. Before the animal experiment, the synthesized dithiocarbamates must be tested their purified degree and concentration, because their toxicity were too high.
