      • 여성골퍼의 운동상해에 대한 조사연구

        본 연구는 골프 연습장에서 여성골퍼 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 직접조사 한 후 유효한 응답을 나타낸 170매를 추출하여 여성골퍼의 상해 예방 및 운동능력을 향상시키고 또 골프지도자의 지도내용을 개선 시키기 위하여 여성골퍼들의 상해부위, 종류, 시기, 원인 등을 조사 분석함은 물론 여성골퍼들의 상해의 요인에는 어떠한 특성이 있는지를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다 1. 상해 경험은 있다가 없다 보다 높게 나타났고 상해부위는 어깨(36.5%), 팔목(32.4%), 팔꿈치(26.5%), 등(25.3%), 흉곽(24.7%)등이 많았고 상해 시기는 대부분 6개월(67.3%) 안에 일어나며 계절은 겨울철(44.7%)에 주로 연습장(86.5%)에서 많이 나타났다. 2. 상해요인은 연습장에서 기술미숙(50.6%)과 준비운동부족(44.7%)이며 라운드 중에는 뒷땅치기(31.2%)로 나타났고, 상해시 사용클럽은 드라이브(30.6%)와 숏아이언(28.2%)으로 나타났다. 3. 연습시간(60%)과 연습볼 수(73.5%)는 짧은 시간에 많은 양의 볼을 연습하기 때문에 많은 상해가 나타났다. 4. 여성골퍼의 대부분은 처음에 레슨프로(76.5%)에게 배웠고, 연습방법은 대체로 빈스윙(28.2%)으로 시작과 바로 공을 타격하는(27.6%) 것으로 거의 비슷하게 나타났다. 5. 여성골퍼의 상해를 줄이기 위해서는 운동 전에 준비운동(38.3%) 및 스트레칭(35.1%) 등이 필용하며 체계적인 교습과 계획성 있는 훈련 방법(55.9%)이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 6. 여성골퍼의 상해를 거쳐야할 단계(52.4%)로 보는것과 미연에 예방할수(67.3%) 있다가 나타나 운동상해를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. The paper made a direct survey of 200 female golfers by using questionnaires in ten golf practice ranges located in S city and K province and extracted 170 sheets of questionnaire indicating their effective responses. The study investigated what characteristics were in the factors of injuring female golfers as well as surveying and analyzing the parts, kinds, periods, causes and so on of their injuries in order to prevent them from being injured, enhance their exercising abilities and have golf instructors guide them in better ways. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. For injury experience, presence was more highly indicated than absence. For injury parts, the percentage was high in the order of the shoulder(36.5%), the wrist(32.4%), the elbow(26.5%), the back(25.3%) and the chest24.7%). For injury period, most of injuries occurred within six months(67.3%) and mainly in golf practice ranges(86.5%) in winter(44.7%). 2. For injury factors, there were inexperienced skill(50.6%) and warming-up lack(44.7%) in practice ranges and duff (31.2%) during rounds. The golf clubs used at the time of injury were to be a driver(30.6%) and a short iron(28.2%). 3. For exercise time(60%) and exercise balls(73.5%), exercising with many balls in short time brought many injuries to them. 4. At first, most of female golfers learned from a lesson professional (76.5%). The method of exercise was almost similarly revealed as beginning with wood swing(28.2%) as general and hitting balls immediately (27.6%). 5. To reduce the injuries of female golfers, followings are required: warming-up(38.3%), stretching and so on before exercise (35.1%) and systematic teaching and ways of planned training (55.9%). 6. The injury of female golfers was thought to be avoidable (67.3%) and inevitable (52.4%). This fact presented the possibility of preventing the injuries from exercise. The researches show that the effect for the injuries of female golfers in exercise is as followed. The systematic training plans and training like the way of swing and impact, strengthening muscles in the systematic training, the speed of swing and warming-up exercises are very important to reduce the injuries of female golfers. In further researches it is necessary to research the injuries when female golfers have a technique.

        베타-3 아드레날린수용체 유전자 다형성이 운동과 운동중지에 따른 Leptin과 Insulin 그리고 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The subjects of this study were 16 women with more than 30% of body fat which were obese women aged more than 30 years. They were classified into the group of genetic mutant type and the group of wild type according to the presence or absence of genetic mutation by analyzing the gene polymorphism of β3-adrenaline receptor. They were asked to engage in the combined exercise of aerobic exercise at the 60~70% intensity for daily 60 minutes five times a week for 12 weeks. After completion of the 12-week training, an attempt was made to analyze the picture of the changes in leptin, Insulin and blood lipid to identify the effectiveness of the 8-week detraining, In conclusion, there was no change in obese hormones such as leptin, insulin, and blood lipid, and weight, %body fat between the group of mutant type and wild type of the β3-adrenaline receptor gene, genetic factors, in carrying out the exercise program. This implies that there was no difference in genetic obesity or acquired obesity after the 12-week exercise program. Accordingly, it is thought that continual exercise would make no change to such obese hormones as leptin, insulin and blood lipid, and weight, % body fat according to hereditary obesity and acquired obesity. However, both the group of gene mutant type and wild type showed a high improvement in such obese hormones as leptin, insulin and high-density lipoprotein, and % body fat after the 12-week exercise program. This suggests that continual exercise could affect an effective improvement to obese middle-aged women in both the mutant type and the group of wild type.

        비만유전자 변이 유ㆍ무에 따른 12주간의 운동이 대사조절호르몬, 혈중지질, 신체구성에 미치는 영향

        The subject of this study were 18 women with more than 30% of body fat who were obese women aged wore that 35 years. They were classified into two groups 9 each; the group of genetic mutation and the group of normal gene according to the presence or absence of genetic mutation by analyzing the gene polymorphism of β3-adrenaline receptor and protein. They were asked to engage in the combined exercise of aerobic exercise and weight training at the 60~70% intensity of aerobic exercise and the 60% of weight training for daily 60 minute; five times a week for 12 weeks. After completion of the 12-week training, the attempt was made to analyze the picture of the change in metabolic regulatory hormone, blood lipid and body composition to identify the effectiveness of the training.In conclusion, tune was no change in obese hormones such as leptin, insulin, and blood lipid, and weight, abdominal fat and body mass index between the group of mutation and nomality of the β3-adrenaline receptor and protein gene, genetic factors, in carrying out the exercise program This implies that there was no difference in genetic obesity or acquired obesity after the 12-week exercise program Accordingly, it is thought that continual exercise would make no change to such obese hormones as leptin, insulin and blood lipid, and weight abdominal fat and body miss index according to hereditary obesity and acquired obesity. However, both the group of gene mutation and of gene normality showed a high improvement in such obese hormones as leptin, insulin and high-density lipoprotein, and of body fat abdominal fat and body mass index after the 12-week exercise pogrom. This suggest that continual exercise could affect an effective improvement to obese middle-aged women in both the mutation and normal group.

      • 친사회적 협동게임이 유아의 자아개념 발달에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 친사회적 협동게임 활동이 유아의 자아개념 발달에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 만 4세 유아 60명을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 임춘금(1995)이 번역, 수정한 유아용 자아개념 그림검사도구를 검사도구로 사용하여 5주간 16회에 걸쳐 유아들이 친사회적 협동게임 활동을 경험하게 하였다. 그리고 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램인 window용 spss 10.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친사회적 협동게임 활동에 참여한 경험은 유아의 자아개념에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 친사회적 협동게임 활동을 통하여 자아개념의 네 가지 하위 요인인 인지적 자아개념, 정서적 자아개념, 사회적 자아개념, 신체적 자아개념의 점수가 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 친사회적 협동게임에 참여한 경험아 자아개념에 미치는 영향은 남아와 여아 모두에게 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 통하여 볼 때, 유아교육기관이 친사회적 협동에 기초한 게임활동 프로그램을 규칙적으로 전개한다면 유아의 긍정적 자아개념을 증진시키는데 도움이 된다고 사료된다. Subjects of this study is 60 4-years-old children (34 boys and 26 girls) in S kindergarten located in Bundang area. Testing instrument developed by Bently and Yeatts (1974), and revised by Yim, Choon-Keum(1995) was used to test children's self-concept. Data were statistically analyzed by spss 10.0. Conclusions drawn from the results of this study are as follows: First, It caused affirmative effect for the self-concept of young children who has an experience what the intimate prosocial cooperative. There are four factors of the self-concept : recognizable self-conception, the emotional self-conception, the society self-conception, the body self-conception. Second, the gender distinction of a young children who has been experienced prosocial cooperative games affect to young children's self-conception by statistics. Finally, the result of this study are as follows : if many young children institutes use this game programs are based on prosocial cooperative, we may get the huge effectives that development of self-concept.

      • 탈공역단백질 유전자 다형성이 비만여성의 운동 후 Leptin과 Insulin에 미치는 영향

        The objects were twenty of more than 35 years old fat women who had more than 30% body fat, and their UCP-1 (the uncoupling protein) gene and genetic polymorphism of inspected. Depending upon the existence of mutation, nine women did complex exercise 5 times a week and BO minutes a day for 12. weeks, in other words, 60~70% level of the aerobic exercise and 60% level of the weight training, to examine leptin and insulin, Hood lipid and changes of body construction. The findings were as follows: 1. The Changes of Leptin and Insulin After the 12-weeks exercise, the leptin decreased to have no significant difference (p<.05), and the insulin increased to have no significant difference(p<.01) 2. The Changes of Blood Lipid After the 12-weeks exercise, the TC decreased to have no significant difference(p>.05), and the TG increased to have no significant difference (p>.05), and the LDL-C decreased to have no significant difference (p>.05), and the HDL-C increased to have significant difference(p<.05). 3. The Changes of Body Composition After the 12-weeks exercise, the weight decreased to have no significant difference (p<.0l), and both the body fat and the BMI decreased to have significant difference(p<.01).

      • 레저스포츠 참여고객의 특성분석에 관한 연구 : 강원도지역을 대상으로

        This study elicits the development factors of the leisure-sports industry by systematically analyzing the special characteristics of the potential demand of the present and the future in order to scientifically predict the future trends of the leisure-sports. The following are the results of the studies analyzed with such materials: Firstly, the unearthing of the core future industries must take place in the future in order to secure the problematic points and potentials of the aspects of the regional economic industries. Secondly, the problems of the legal and systematic aspects for the unfolding of the winter sports industry must continue to be supplemented. For this, the strengthening of the winter sports policies and the diversifications of the other leisure-sports programs must be proceeded with. Thirdly. because the leisure-sports programs have been carried out unsystematically on a single-shot level, the programs that suit the special characteristics of the regions and the development plans are required. For this purpose, there is a need to generally classify and develop the large-scale resorts- including the skiing grounds, golf courses, etc.- and the regional tourist spots. Fourthly, the expansions of the facilities and programs for the generation of high added values based on the strong points and diversities by the special characteristic of the good environment and activities are required. Fifthly. the strengthening of the competitiveness of the leisure-sports category, which is a tourism and leisure industry, is acutely needed with regard to the aspect of the strengthening of the industrial resources. For this purpose. an optimistic scenario of the leisure-sports industry is that the strategic industrialization of the tourism field must be systematically promoted. Sixthly, the strengthening of the insufficient functions and the organization of the programs that correspond to the trends based on the trends of the lives and leisure of the potential consumers and the special characteristics of the sense of leisure and the forms of the potential consumers and on the present usage forms and desires in the sports and tourism fields are required. Seventhly, at present. Gangwon-do acutely needs a strategy for the strengthening of the strong point factors related to the special features of the tourism and the sports. In the end. this study has reorganized the linked tourism resources centered on the specific regions as a tourism industry with leisure and sports as the themes. And, this study has examined plans for the reorganization of the regional industrial structures by basing on the sports, leisure, and tourism industries. In addition. I believe that diverse studies must be carried out in order to be raised as a Mecca region of the leisure-sports of Northeast Asia.

      • 뇌파기술훈련이 골프선수의 경기성과에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study is to suggest the effectively Psychological Program that compare and analyze the Player's Psychological condition and Athletic Accomplishment among EEG feedback training for 8 weeks on golf Player. The subjects of this study were 16 golf Player, and separated 2 Group. They have examined Golf Rounding test(Driving Accuracy. Green in Regulation, Putting, Score) at pre and post. For the statistical test. the Paired t-test and independent t-test were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. The EEG feedback training group was significantly differences in Driving Accuracy,(t=-8.871, P<.001) Putting(t=2.333, P<.05) and Score(t=4.117, P<.001), also the Control group was significantly differences in Green in Regulation(t=-5.978, P<.001) and Score(t= 2.516, P<.05). But the EEG feedback training group was not significantly differences in Green in Regulation(t= -1.338, P>.05). also the Control group was not significantly in Driving Accuracy(t=-2.290, P>.05) and Putting(t=-1.413, P>.05).
