물류지원 연구에서 물류 과정의 상태를 확정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 왜냐하면 관련 제품을 제시간에 정확한 장소에 배달하기 위해서는 의사결정지원시스템이 그 제품의 정확한 상태를 파악하고 있어야 하기 때문이다. 사례기반추론(Case Based Reasoning)은 기존의 사건이나 경험으로 현재 발생하는 문제의 해결책을 발견하기 위한 기술이다. CBR의 주요 역할은 현재사건에 있는 문제의 상태를 인식하며 이 사건과 유사한 기존 사건 중의 하나를 통하여 현재 사건의 해결책을 추론함으로써 기존 시스템을 업데이트하는 것이다. 이러한 과정에서 가장 중요한 목적은 유용한 케이스 정보원을 건립하는 데 있으며, 온톨로지를 통한 상태 모델을 구현할 경우 여러 정보의 상호 교류를 더욱 쉽게 달성할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 사례기반추론의 사례 정보원을 구축하기 위한 근거로서 물류 온톨로지의 디자인을 제안하고 있다.

Due to the development of social networks and smartphones, many different kinds of issues have emerged in business and society. By reflecting these trends, social network sites have appeared and they are recognized as the new concept of sites. The major feature of the social network sites is that the social relationship had been taken to the online space. Social network sites support the formation of a network and offer users the relationship between users offline as well as on the features mentioned above, users enjoy the benefits using social network sites. These social network sites in the enterprise can be used to form relationships with customers. This study identified the influencing factors as relational benefits and social influence on relationship commitment in social network sites. In addition, we analyzed that how the relationship commitment between users affects user loyalty after their using social network sites. We presented empirical results by utilizing structural equation model with 244 respondents and the significant implications for the academy and the practice with discussions.
온라인 마켓플레이스의 신뢰 형성과 다차원적 제도적 메커니즘의 역할

Purpose This study was conducted to identify the multidimensional role of institutional mechanisms in the linear relationship of satisfaction, trust and repurchase intention, which are used as an important concept in the research of e-commerce. To this end, a research model was proposed by combining concepts which are the concept of perceived effectiveness of institutional mechanisms for overall e-commerce environment(e.g., PEEIM) and the concep of perceived effectiveness of institutional structures(e.g., PEIS) of a specific marketplace based on the social cognitive theory. Design/methodology/approach This study was conducted by dividing the data into two groups to identify institutional mechanisms and trust-building relationships according to the institutional contexts inherent in e-commerce. The institutional contexts were set up for the top two online companies and the bottom two online companies according to the results of the open market brand assessment from 2018 to 2019 in South Korea. Findings The result of this study found that PEIS had a direct impact on trust in both high and low groups respectively whereas PEEIM presented different paradoxical results in high and low groups. In the relationship between the satisfaction and the trust in the vendor of the high group, PEEIM showed negative moderating effects but in the relationship between the trust and the repurchase intention of the low group PEEIM showed positive moderating effects.

Up to now there were some studies on such departments that need mobile service more as insurance and post service, but none on after-sale service even though it introduced mobile equipment relatively early.<br/> The factors affecting system use consisted of perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and three external factors as user characteristics, system quality. and information quality. It is hypothesized that each external factor influences both perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and that perceived usefulness influences user satisfaction.<br/> To verify these hypotheses. 120 questionnaires were circulated to the selected 6 branch offices subordinated two companies (3 branch offices per company. twenty questionnaires per branch). 98 effective data (among 102 replies) were analyzed except for 4 replies reliability of which was suspected.<br/> After verification of each hypothesis. it was suggested that perceived usefulness and mobile office user satisfaction had a significant effect on system use, and perceived usefulness also affected user satisfaction, Information quality was the only effective external factor for perceived usefulness, but the eternal factors for user satisfaction were user characteristics, system quality, and information quality, More findings were descried in detail in hypothesis verification and conclusion.<br/> <br/>

The Information Communication Technology based on network has been invested by the most companies. It is difficult to say that this investments lead to the competitive advantage of the company. The object of this study is to find the impact of the use of ICT based on network for competitive advantage. This study extracted critical study variables according to literature reviews about the adoption of network system and the use of the ICT tools under the company contextual factors for theoretical foundation. After studying prior literature reviews, this study investigated the companies using the ICT based on network for competitive advantage. The results of study are followings. First, it does not support the dependence of network system and the use of ICT tools in an uncertain environment. The uncertain environment does not impact to the investment of the ICT based on network system. Second, it supports the dependence of network system and the use of ICT tools in an information intensity. The companies concerned about information intensity depend on the network system and use the ICT tools. Third, it supports the induction of competitive advantage by using the ICT tools based on network. The ICT tools based on network lead to the competitive advantage. In conclusion, study results show positive significant associations between the investment to the ICT based on network and the competitive advantage of the company.
