        팔당호의 오염퇴적물 분포 조사

        수도권의 상수원으로 사용되고 있는 팔당호를 대상으로 34개의 지점에서 깊이별로 퇴적물을 채취하여 퇴적물의 분포 및 오염현황을 조사하였다. 퇴적물의 강열감량과 CODcr, 총인, 총질소 농도를 분석하였고, 호소 수질 환경에 따라 퇴적물에서 재용출 가능성이 있는 인의 함량을 살펴보기 위해 존재형태별로 인을 분석하였다. 퇴적물의 지역별 깊이별 오염도 분석 결과 팔당호의 경우, 퇴적층의 심도에 따른 오염물질 농도 차는 그다지 크지 않았고, 이러한 오염도 분석결과로부터 팔당호 오염 퇴적물 분포도를 작성할 수 있었다. 또한, 호소 심층 환경에서 퇴적물로부터 재용출 가능한 인은 전체의 약 20~30%인 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 결과는 앞으로 관련연구에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Status of the contaminated sediments in Lake Paldang was investigated. Sediment samples were taken at 34 points and analyzed in terms of ignition loss, CODer, total P and total N. The contamination level did not show any significant variation with depth of the sediments, which indicated the contaminants were recalcitrant. The type of P in the sediment was analyzed, and the sum of adsorbed P and NAI-P, that can be re-solubilized under the reductive condition, was found to be 20-30% of the total P. From the analysis of the water quality change along with the flowing path, it would be concluded that the effect of the sediments on the water quality is insignificant yet in Lake Paldang. However, long term analysis covering at least four seasons should be continued in order to get a more reliable conclusion. A depth profile map of the sediment in Lake Paldang was provided.

      • 여대생커리어개발프로그램 효과성 분석에 관한 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 여대생커리어개발 프로그램 참여자들이 프로그램 참여 후 진로결정자기 효능감, 진로준비행동, 양성평등의식에 의미있는 변화를 보이는가를 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국에서 여대생커리어개발센터를 운영하고 있는 17개 대학에 2015년 프로그램 참여자 중 프로그램 운영시간이 최소 8시간 이상 프로그램만 선정하여 총 3,484명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻어진 연구 결과를 분석하고 대학생의 젠더의식에 기반한 진로의식을 높이기 위한 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 진로결정 자기효능감은 자기평가, 직업정보수집, 계획수립, 목표설정, 문제해결방식 등 모든 하위요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 진로준비행동에서도 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 보였고, 양성평등의식은 교육생활, 직업생활, 사회문화생활 등 모든 하위 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 성별, 전공별 참가자 특성에 따라 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동, 양성평등의식 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 젠더의식강화훈련, 개인별커리어개발 등의 영역별로 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비 행동, 양성평등의식에서 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 여대생커리어개발프로그램이 양성평등의식에 바탕을 둔 진로프로그램으로서, 성역할 고정관념을 벗어나 진취적인 진로준비를 위한 통합적인 진로개발프로그램으로 평가될 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 프로그램이 활성화 될 수 있도록 지원하고, 진로나 직업세계에 기반한 젠더의식강화훈련과 같은 특화된 진로프로그램 개발과 보급을 위한 연구개발과 지원이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether participants in the Women s University Career Development Program show meaningful changes in career-setting effectiveness, career-preparatory behavior, and gender equality after participating in the program. To achieve this goal, 17 universities operating female college student career development centers across the country will select only programs with at least eight hours of program operation in 2015, analyze the results of the research obtained by surveying 3,484 students, and present measures to boost their awareness of career based on gender awareness among college students. As a result of the empirical analysis, first, the self-efficacy of career decisions differed significantly in all sub-factors, including self-evaluation, job information collection, planning, setting goals, and problem-solving methods. There were also significant differences in career preparation behavior, and gender equality awareness showed significant differences in all sub-factors, including educational life, professional life and social and cultural life. Second, according to the characteristics of participants by gender and major, career-setting self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and gender equality were all significantly different. Third, it was analyzed that there were significant differences in career-setting self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and gender equality in areas such as gender awareness reinforcement training and individual career development. Based on these results, the Women s University Career Development Program is a career program based on gender equality, which can be evaluated as an integrated career development program to prepare for enterprising career beyond gender stereotypes. Therefore, research and development and support are needed to support these programs to be activated, and to develop and distribute specialized career programs such as gender awareness training based on career or professional world.

        Public policies and projects brought innumerable benefits but also had unintended detrimental effects on citizen. In spite of the good intention, Public interventions have resulted in the disruption of social and communal harmony, the loss of human livelihood and welfare, and the destruction of quality of life. These and other consequences can negate the positive benefits of public programs. Welfare impacts are the impacts of developmental interventions on quality of life, especially on the social vulnerables’ welfare. The impacts of development interventions take different forms. While significant benefits flow in form different development actions, there is also a need to identify and evaluate the negative externalities associated with them. Such impacts not only need to be identified and measured but also need to be managed in such a way that the positive externalities are maximized and the negative externalities are minimized. In fact, there is no impact assessment named Welfare Impact Assessment in the world. This is the brand new concept in policy analysis. It has based upon the premise that the disadvantaged groups are more vulnerable than the average citizen and they have some different kinds of needs from other citizen. Welfare Impact Assessment focus on the quality of life dimension of welfare, and seek to identify the impacts on the social weak who benefits and who loses. Therefore Welfare Impact Assessment can be defined in terms of efforts to assess or estimate, in advance, the welfare consequences that are likely to follow specific policy actions, and specific government actions. WIA is a two-stage process, the first stage not only being an Screening which must be conducted to determine if there is a potential differential welfare impact but also Feedback which must be conducted to improve the public interventions by planning organizations themselves. If there is enough large potential differential welfare impact, a professional full WIA must then be carried. The first stage is implemented by planning department and project management department bureaucrats. But the second stage is progressed by both internal and external impact assessment experts. Based on the first stage prototype manual of the WIA, we assessed the welfare impacts of four projects in Seoul. One is for promoting traditional market place in Seoul, the other is for developing the slums. Besides there are a municipal plan and construction project of a driveway along the Han River. After evaluating the municipal plan and projects, the study finds the limits and problems of the first stage prototype manual of the WIA and shows the recommendations for institutionalizing the WIA. It also suggests some issues that need to review and discuss to improve the WIA.
