In this study, the prediction method of coolant flow rates has been developed and applied to an engine and vehicle cooling system. The flow rate passing through each component of the system is very important parameter to evaluate the heat release process from the combustion gas to the coolant and the heat rejection process from the radiator/heater to the ambient air. However, the present study reveals that the measurement using the flowmeter fails to give practical flow rates due to its additive resistance. In contrast, the present method which uses the parellel and serial relationship of flow resistance proved to be a good tool to predict the real flow rates. It can be also used to design the cooling system in the incipient stage of engine/vehicle development. The procedure was coded to the computer program so as to use it flexibly and, in the future, to expand it into an independent design tool of the whole cooling system including the heat release and rejection.<br/>

There are different kinds of methods in coloring process of vehicles. The electro-deposition process has excellent coating performance, it causes deformation of a vehicles hood in the processing. The predict the deformation of vehicle’s hood in electro-deposition process, analysis is required about the painting system. The reason the hood of vehicle is deformed in the electro-deposition process is fluid pressure such as paint. Therefore, CFD simulation was used for analyzing the distribution pressure imposed on vehicles in the painting process. In the present study, electro-deposition pool and vehicle’s movement were considered in order to predict the characteristics of pressure distribution of the vehicles hood, ASI method and VOF method were used for the movement of the vehicle and interface tracking. The numerical results derived, from the numerical method had a good agreement with the experimental data. The results of present study can be provided as useful information for prevention of deformation in the electro-deposition painting process.

There have been a number of works on manufacturing ultrafine grained steels with average ferrite grain sizes of smaller than a few micrometers to develop beneficial high strength steels. Among microstructures in low carbon steels, lath martensite is known to be useful to produce an ultrafine grained ferrite matrix and finely cementite particles. In this study, the effect of diverse deformation temperatures (Cold, Cryogenic, Warm rolling) on microstructures was investigated. And analysis of mechanical properties was used by tensile test and Vickers hardness.
지표상관 분석에 의한 전자조달 성공모델의 사용자 만족도 측정

본 논문은 정보시스템의 사용자 만족도를 측정하기 위해 DeLone과 McLean가 개발한 정보시스템 성공 모델을 활용하는 실증 연구를 소개한다. 조달청이 운영하고 있는 나라장터를 대상으로 사용자 만족도요인을 모델링하였다. 첫째로, 서비스 특성을 선정하였고, 사용자 만족도 특성별로 성공모델의 영향을 가설로 수립하였다. 둘째로, 실제 조사된 설문과 분석을 통해서 얻어진 결과 정리하였다. 셋째로, 요인검정, 지표 간에 회귀분석 및 상관분석을 수행하여 가설을 검증하였다. 결론에서는 해당 사용자만족도 성공모델을 통해서 향후 개선되어야할 특성을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자정부의 대표적인 시스템인 나라장터에 대한 운영결과이며, 사용자 만족도를 감안한 결과로 향후 전자조달시스템에 구축방향을 결정하는 데 도움이 된다. This paper introduces an empirical study on user satisfaction using information system success model developed by DeLone and McLean. The KONEPS service developed by Public Procurement to respond to changing environments such as the public"s growing demand for high service quality, the expansion of e-commerce. First, were selected for the service characteristics, the effect of success were established by the hypothesis model for each attribute. Second, it was the actual survey questionnaire and organizes the results obtained through the survey. Third, by performing a regression analysis and the correlation between variables it was tested the hypothesis. Finally, through the success model it proposed a characteristic to be improved in the future. In this paper, we demonstrate operational practices in a representative system of e-government KONEPS. To reflect the intention of the user can be a reference for building a secure future direction of the new e-procurement system and key aspects of the service.
