      • Bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite의 合成과 工業的 應用

        Bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite, one of the most effective phosphite antioxidant, was synthesized in the lab and the process was optimized in the plant for the propose of industrial manufacture. Using triethylamine as a catalyst and slow addition of PCl_(3) at room temperature minimized the formation of unknown impurities which causes a serious troublesome in the process. Proper amount of heptane and active clay also decreased formation of impurities. Triisopropylamine was found as an effective stabilizer for the tis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. The hydrolysis rate of bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite was decreased by using triisopropylamine as a stabilizer to satisfy the industrial application.

        Acetamide was prepared directly from acetic acid and ammonia using silica gel as a catalyst. Ammonium salt was decomposed into acetamide and water spontaneously by dehydration catalyst at 170-l90℃. High purity acetamide was obtained in one-step reaction. The process was simple and no further purification was necessary. This synthetic method was applied in the mass production industrially without any further modification.

      • 光安定劑 Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) Sebacate의 合成

        The increase of UV irradiation due to the depletion of ozone causes serious environmental problems. Skin cancer and the damage of eyes are the well known UV risks on the human health. Furnitures, buildings, textile, paintings are also degraded by UV through photo-oxidative degradation. Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer(HALS), one of the polymer additives, is very effective in the protection of the polymer degradation. Various kinds of HALS were developed commercially by the leading companies. Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) Sebacate, one of the HALS, was prepareded in three steps. The syntheis of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidone from acetone and ammonia indicated ammonium bromide was the most effective catalyst ever used. And the application of two different temperatures, addition of ammonia and the acetonine reaction, was also effective for the development of the mass production technology. Reduction of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidone was carried out by using Raney Nickel and hydrocarbon solvent. The particle size and porocity of the catalyst was adjusted before the hydrogenation in order to minimize difficulties during filtration. Reuse of catalyst by 20 times didn't decrease the catalyst's activity. Transesterication in the third step was carried out at 180℃ using tetra-isopropyl tin as a catalyst, Synthetic method of bits(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate was modified in order to apply the mass production.

        BHHR 메타분석과 Hunter-Schmidt 메타분석 간의 비교 분석

        The purposes of this study are to investigate the comparativeness of two different meta-analysis, and then with two kinds of methodologies, to investigate the relationship between the moral leadership of school principal and the teachers' job satisfaction. There are several distinguishing differences in two methodologies ; Hunter-Schmidt Meta-Analysis(H-S meta-analysis) & the meta-analysis of Borenstein et al.(BHHR meta-analysis). First of all, the distinction between confidence intervals and credibility intervals is very important. While BHHR meta-analysis use the confidence intervals referring to estimates of a single value-the value of , H-S meta-analysis use the credibility intervals referring to the distribution of parameter values. Second distinction is whether or not to handle the correction of study imperfections. Unlike BHHR meta-analysis, H-S meta-analysis strives to make corrections for attenuation due to measurement error, and other artifacts. Finally, other differences are technical in nature. These include the way between-studies variance is estimated, the use of correlation coefficients rather than Fisher's Z-transformed values, etc. The effects of these choices have been extensively examined through simulations, which suggest that the differences are likely to be trivial in many cases. The analytic results for the relationship between moral leadership of school principals and the teachers' job satisfaction are as follows. According to BHHR meta-analysis, the weighted mean correlation is .617. Lower & Upper limit of the confidence intervals(95%) are .537 and .687, respectively. According to H-S meta-analysis, the is .660. Lower & Upper 10% of Credibility intervals(80%) are .526 and .793, respectively. 본 연구의 목적은 Borenstein 등이 주장하고 있는 메타분석과 최근 산업조직심리학 내지 조직행동 분야에서 지지를 얻고 있는 Hunter-Schmidt 메타분석에 대해 방법론적 측면에서 비교분석하고, 아울러 각각의 메타분석 방법론에 기초하여 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 직무만족 간의 상관관계를 메타분석 하는 것이다. 우선 메타분석 여러 절차 중 메타통계분석 및 분석결과 제시에 초점을 맞춰 상이한 분석방법과 절차 및 결과 해석 등을 살펴보았다. 구체적인 방법론적 차이점들은 신뢰구간과 확신구간, 측정오차 등 오차의 교정, 피셔 z 전환값 사용 여부, 효과크기 비교, 동질성 검사 여부, 각각의 전용 메타분석 프로그램 등 6가지로 나누어 비교하였다. 또한 비교분석과 병행하여 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 직무만족에 대한 상관관계를 Borenstein 등의 메타분석 방법과 Hunter-Schmidt 메타분석 방식에 기초하여 각각 CMA 프로그램과 Hunter-Schmidt Meta-Analysis Programs를 이용한 메타분석을 실시하고 그 결과를 제시하였다.

        학교장의 변혁적 지도성과 학교 조직 효과성의 관계에 관한 메타분석

        이 연구의 목적은 학교장의 변혁적 지도성과 학교조직 효과성 간의 관계에 대해 최근 20년간(1990~2009) 연구?발표된 학위논문 및 학술지 논문, 총 130편(효과크기 사례수 190개)을 대상으로 메타분석하는 것이다. CMA를 통한 메타분석 결과, 학교장의 변혁적 지도성과 학교조직 효과성 간의 전체 상관관계는 .510으로서 높은 효과크기를 보이는 것으로 분석되었으며, 연구?발표년도에 따른 변혁적 지도성과 학교조직 효과성의 상관관계 변화는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학교장의 변혁적 지도성과 학교조직 효과성 세부하위변인 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 상관관계가 높은 것부터 차례대로 보면, ① 조직건강, ② 직무만족, ③ 적응성, ④ 교사 사기, ⑤ 조직풍토, ⑥ 집단응집성, ⑦ 직무성과, ⑧ 조직헌신, ⑨ 직무스트레스 순으로 나타났다. Hunter- Schmidt 방식에 의하면, 진점수 상관관계()는 .546이고, 확신구간은 .287~.805로 나타났다.

        1,3,5,8-Tetrahydroxyxanthone suppressed adipogenesis via activating Hedgehog signaling in 3T3-L1 adipocytes

        In this study, we investigated the effect of 1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone (THX) on the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. THX, a xanthone isolated from Gentianella acuta, inhibited lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes and reduced the protein levels of the key adipogenic transcriptional factors, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) and CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein α (C/EBPα), in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, THX enhanced the transcriptional activity of Gli1 known as the key indicator of Hedgehog (Hh) signaling activity and increased the expression of Gli1 and its upstream regulator Smo. The Smo activator SAG exerted the similar effect with THX on regulating Gli1, Smo, PPARγ and C/EBPα expression, which led to the suppression of fat formation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Furthermore, we found that the inhibitory effect of THX on adipogenesis was derived from regulation of the early stage of adipogenesis. These results suggest that THX suppresses the differentiation of adipocyte through Hh signaling and may be considered as a potent agent for the prevention of obesity.

      • 혈액폐기물 처리를 위한 고흡수성수지 강화제의 선택

        강화제의 사용으로 고흡수성수지의 혈액흡수성이 향상되었다. 강화제는 고흡수성수지에 직접, 또는 고흡수성수지와 결합된 섬유질에 적용될 수 있다. 강화제는 고흡수성수지와 수소결합을 하는 끓는점이 높은 알코올 중에서 선택되었다. 강화제는 다른 화합물들과는 반응하지 않으며, 혈액흡수성을 약 2배 가까이 증가시킨다. 글리세린(glycerin), PEG (polyethylene glycol), DPG(Dipropylene glycol), 솔비톨(sorbitol) 등이 적합한 강화제로 선택되었으며, 글리세린의 최적농도를 측정했다. 글리세린의 농도가 0.1% 이하일 때 가장 좋은 혈액흡수성을 나타냈다. The blood absorbence properties of superabsorbent polymers is enhanced by combining the superabsorbent polymers with enhancing agents. The enhancing agents can be applied to the superabsorbent polymers directly or to a fibrous material combined with the superabsorbent polymers. The enhancing agents are selected from the high boiling point alcohols that allow them to hydrogen bond to the superabsorbent polymer. The enhancing agents do not react with other compounds, and increase the blood absorbence properties as much as twice. Glycerin, dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol were selected as the proper enhancing agents, and the optimum concentration of glycerin was determined for the enhancing agent on the superabsorbent polymer. The concentration lower than 0.1 % of glycerin indicated the best blood absorbence.
