공동주택 창호 선정에 따른 에너지 절감 효과 및 경제성 평가

This study investigated the 7 performance of domestic windows for an apartment house, examined the energy saving effects according to the window thermal performance and estimated the window economical efficiency. As a result of this study, in case of 85 ㎡ standard housing model, annual heat load was decreasing by 10% according to increasing in window shading coefficient to 0.2, fixing window U-value 2.30 W/㎡K and annual heat load was increasing by 38% according to increasing in window U-value to 1.00 W/㎡K, fixing window shading coefficient 0.7. When the window with U-value 2.30W/㎡K was applied to the standard housing model, window expense increased by 43% but cooling and heating energy expense decreased by 16% annually compare with the case using the window with 3.11W/㎡K, consequently it took 14 years to retrieve the additional window expenses with energy saving expense.

This study is conducted to find out how the heating and cooling loads change by thermal performance by the dynamic heat load simulation program. The study results are as followings. (1) It is revealed that SC is changeable if a window is Low-E coated and by the colors of windows. U-value of window is highly related to the thickness and the kind of window rather than the colors of window. (2) The thermal insulation property of double window whose U-value is distributed 1-2W/㎡K is twice of the thermal insulation property of single window. The mean U-value of PVC window is about 1.0W/㎡K beneficial compared to the mean U-value of aluminum window, which is concluded that it is highly advantageous to take in consideration of the thermal insulation property. (3) As SC increases by 0.1, it shows that annual heating and cooling loads decrease by approximately 5%. And as U-value of window increases by 0.5W/㎡K, annual cooling and heating loads increase by approximately 15%. (4) The simulation results show that annual cooling and heating load is different by 134% to the utmost, as it is appeared to be minimums of 213 MJ/㎡ㆍyr in case of U-value0.6-SC0.6 and maximum of 499MJ/㎡ㆍyr in case of U-value3.0-SC0.4.

Modern enterprises often place more employees in a smaller area in order to reduce costs. Also, due to the development of office equipment, there are a lot of items which increase noise, such as telephones, video conference facilities, computers, etc. As environmental conditions of offices have become the most fundamental and important issues to improve work efficiency and productivity, this study aims to find out the present state of speech privacy in open plan offices taking an actual measurement and determines how to improve speech privacy using the acoustic simulation software EASE. The target office is realized in the simulation, and four factors are changed: ceiling material, height of partitions, floor material and masking noise. Therefore, it finds out that the most effective way among architectural influential factors is using a high-absorption ceiling material. Also, the method of using a masking noise is one of the effective ways, but it makes employees so annoyed that it is important to consider it only if it does not make them uncomfortable.

This research aims to investigate the standards and the performances of domestic and foreign windows for and apartment house and to present fundamental data for selecting the optimum window at the step of designing an apartment house. To compare the performances of domestic and foreign windows it is selected 5 major window companies in Korean and 3 major window companies in Japan, and investigated window structure, material, type of opening and closing, window glass and the performances of windows for an apartment house-closing and opening force, repeated closing and opening, thermal resistance, sound transmission loss, air tightness, water tightness, wind resistance. The result of a comparative analysis show that the average thermal resistance of Korean window is higher than japan's but the average sound transmission loss and water tightness of Korean window is lower than Japan's and the rest of the performances is similar.
