It happened that the fire at Joong-Ang Ro of Daegu. It might be ended as fire happening but proceeded to the disaster giving a number of damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention we had taken the lack of understanding and specialization about. There are many fields of disaster prevention. If one of that has the mistakes under controlling the disaster, the damage might be grown. As volunteer is thought as a field of social well-being, we've not been heavily focused on that about disaster. A number of volunteer teams and people took part in the beginning of restoring the disaster. But some of voluntary teams went back in a few days and activity of volunteers wasn't continued until the restoration finished. At first, a lot of volunteer rushed in same activity such as meals. Latter, they had problems to last voluntary activity because didn't any supports from public ministry. Like this, our society doesn't have the complete controlling and supporting volunteer on disaster.

The amount of energy consumption in the buildings is approximately 20% of domestic energy consumption. The Carbon Point Program have been published on reduction of greenhouse gas emission in buildings under the paradigm of 'Low Carbon Green Growth'. This study focuses on the effect of 'Carbon Point Program' for residential buildings in Daegu. The amount of electricity and waterwork consumption and information of households were investigated to analyse the effect of carbon point program. The samples are situated in Deagu and are apartment in Bukgu and Suseonggu. The $CO_2$ emission is analysed by factors of energy resource and household organization between before participating and after participating in Carbon Point Program. The participation type has a difference of voluntary participation in Suseonggu and passive participation in Bukgu. Based on this investigation, average amount of $CO_2$ emission was reduced from voluntary participation households but all of them did not. To promote the effect of Carbon Point Program, this study proposes that needing the plans to raise will and activity of reducing carbon and to help participation which have disadvantage against achieving reduction.

We live in paradigm that is concentrated on the sustainable development, nowaday. This paradigm isn't perfectly solved but we deal with paradigm. According to the statistics about energy, South Korea imports 96% of energy materials and reliance ratio of energy is 17%. In domestic situation, the energy consumption ratio of the buildings is 23% of total energy consumption ratio. Especially, the stadium is the landmark in the cities where the stadium is situated. But the stadium consumes a lot of energy in the dark side. This study treats Deagu Stadium that is situated in Deagu. This stadium is the landmark of Deagu that connotes the historical meanings. This study are going to put the environment-friendly factor into exisiting landmark factor. To be environment-friendly building, the method is studied to install renewable energy system. If the method is defined, fossil fuel consumption decreases and the environment-friendly landmark increases.
