        운동프로그램이 노인의 유연성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise program to oldwomen's flexibility. The result of this study were the following : 1. The elderly group showed significant difference(p<.001) on effect of flexibility of upper between pre and post after regular stretch exercise. 2. The elderly group showed significant difference(p<.001) on effect of flexibility of lower between pre and post after regular stretch exercise. 3. The elderly group showed significant difference(p<.001) on effect of flexibility of trunk between pre and post after regular stretch exercise. As a result of this study, the effect of exercise training program had improved flexibility of the elderly.

        운동이 유전자 조절물질에 미치는 영향에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of study to phenomenological examine and the mechanism regarding the gene(DNA, RNA, Protein) and sports to studied, analyzed. and evaluated. This review considers the evidence for genetic effects in several determinants of endurance performance and resistance performance, namely: body measurements and physique, body fat pulmonary functions, cardiac and circulatory functions, muscle characteristics. substrate utilization, maximal aerobic power and other. Moreover, the response to aerobic training of indicators aerobic work metabolism and endurance performance is reviewed, with emphasis on the specificity of the response and the individual differences observed in training ability. This study indicate that improvement of 'Enhancer Action' in RNA genes changed by exercise or sports. Moreover exercise was effect on Central Dogma with DNA makes RNA makes Protein. and think that occurred with exercise influence on skeletal muscle into cell have to Myosin Heavy Chain (MHC) changed was after exercise performance, which accompanied into skeletal muscle that were exercise-induces gene-modulation that is, take gene mutations. This study known that existed hormone(epinephrine)-immune system with interaction. Exercise were altered insulin binding and MAP Kinase signaling increased into immune cells. This review suggested that the high rate of glutamine utilization by cells of the immune system serves to maintain a high intra cellular concentration of the intermediates of biosynthetic pathways such that optimal rates of DNA, RNA and protein synthesis can be maintained. In the absence of glutamine, lymphocytes do not proliferate in vitro: proliferation increase greatly as the glutamine concentration increase. Glutamine is synthesized in skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle and plasma glutamine levels are lowered by sepsis, injury, bums, surgery and endurance exercise and in the overtrained athlete. The study of result show that production of ET-1 is markedly increased tissue specifically in the heart by exercise without appreciable changes in endothelin-converting enzyme and endothelial receptor expressions, suggest that myocardial ET-1 may participate in modulation of cardiac function during exercise. Conclusionally, this study indicate that improvement of 'Enhancer Action' in RNA genes changed by exercise or sports. Moreover exercise was effect on Central Dogma with DNA makes RNA makes Protein. This study is expected to contribute the area of sports science, medicine, hereafter more effort is required to establish the relation between gene alters and exercise amount.

        노인의 운동능력이 IADL에 미치는 영향

        Motor ability were hypothesized to be major factors that may have an influence on IADL(instrumental activities of daily living). The purpose of this study was to investi gate the effect of motor ability of elderly on IADL. This study consisted of forty eight elder male and ninety elder female. The subjects were selected from L, S, Y-institution in kyoung ki do. The average age of elder male and female was 73.81, 71.38 years. The data were analyzed with t-test, repeated measurement, correlation test, regression test, using SPSS PC+ and MINITAB program. The measurement item of motor ability was muscle strength(left, right- grip strength), flexibility(sitting trunk flexion, trunk extension, leg raising while in a standing position), agility(whole body reaction test, standing up), power(sargent jump), balance (stork stand). IADL was measured with Philadelphia Geriatric Center IADL. The result of this study were the following : 1. The factor of significant difference of between elder male and female was muscle strength, flexibility, power but no significant difference was agility, balance. 2. Between IADL of elder male and female was no significant difference. 3. Correlation of IADL and Motor ability of elder male had effect on muscle strength and power, agility. Correlation of Body composition and Motor ability of elder female had effect on muscle strength and power, agility. As a result of this study, optimal motor ability of elder male and female had improved IADL. In addition to, this result of this study, it can suggested the consideration of the Health promotion program for elderly.

        연령별 지역별 근력 및 근지구력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle power and muscle endurance, situp and bend of back in age group and regional group. The mesurment of muscle power and muscle endurance was performed on 156 males and 160 fimales. The results of study were as follows. 1. Right grip showed significant difference by age group, but no significant differ ence by reginal group in male's case. 2. Left grip showed significant difference by age group but no significiant differ ence by regional group in male's case. 3. Back strength showed significant difference by age group and reginal group. 4. Sit-up showed significant difference by age group but no significant difference by regional group in male's case. 5. Bed of back showed significant difference by age group but no significant differ ence by regional group in male's case. 6. Jump showed significant difference by age group and reginal group.

        The Effect on Decrease in the Lumbago by Foot Reflex Massage and Sports Massage

        본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 마사지와 발반사 마사지가 요통감소 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 S시에 소재하고 있는 요통 전문 클리닉 2곳에 등록한 환자 30명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 스포츠 마사지그룹(15명)과 발반사 마사지그룹(15명)은 각 각 전담지도자의 관찰아래 12주동안 주3회, 1일 60분씩 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 나타내었다. 1. 요부 통증에 관한 조사 결과 스포츠 마사지그룹은 86.7%, 발반사 마사지 그룹은 66.7%가 요부통증이 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 요부통증의 개선에는 스포츠 마사지와 발반사 마사지 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 스포츠 마사지의 효과가 발반사 마사지보다 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 자세 변화에 관한 조사 결과 스포츠 마사지그룹은 53.3%, 발반사 마사지 그룹은 6.7%가 자세가 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 자세 변화의 개선에는 스포츠 마사지와 발반사 마사지 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 스포츠 마사지의 효과가 발반사 마사지 보다 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        남.여 노인의 신체조성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of body composition between male elder and female elder. This study consisted of elder male(n=48) and elder female(n=90). The average age of elder male and female was 73.81, 71.38 years. The data were analyzed with t-test, using SPSS PC+ program. Body composition was measured using Inbody 2.0(seoul, korea) of segmental multi-frequn-cy impedance analyzer technique. The result of this study were the following: 1. The difference of Body composition 1) The muscle mass(kg) of elder male was significantly(P<.00) higher than elder female by 8.30kg. 2) The %fat of elder female was significantly(P<.00) higher than elder male by 8.65%. 3) The WHR(%) elder female was no significantly higher than elder male by 0.01%. 4) The free fat mass(kg) of elder male was significantly(P<.00) higher than elder female by 8.67kg. 5) The TBW(l) of elder male was significantly(P<.00) higher than elder female by 6.081 The factor of significant difference of between elder male and female was muscle mass(kg), %fat, free fat mass(kg), total body water(l).

        노인의 근육뼈대계 통증이 횡단보도 보행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 282명의 노인을 대상으로 근육뼈대계 통증이 횡단보도 보행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구방법은 근골격계 증상 조사표를 이용하여 노인의 근육뼈대계 통증을 조사한 후 4, 6차선 횡단보도를 보행하도록 하여 보행속도, 보행시간, 걸음수를 측정하였다. 연구결과 신체부위별 근육뼈대계 통증은 허리통증의 호소율이 가장 높았고(33.3%), 허리와 다리/발에 근육뼈대계 통증이 있을 경우 보행속도는 감소하고 걸음수와 보행시간이 증가하는 특징을 보였지만, 지팡이 사용이 횡단보도 보행에 도움을 줄 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 허리와 다리/발의 통증정도는 횡단보도 보행특성 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 확인할 수 없었다. 이후 지속적인 연구를 통해 노인의 다양한 신체적 문제들과 횡단보도 보행에 관한 연구들이 이루어지길 바란다. This study attempted to examine the impact of musculoskeletal pain on pedestrian crossing using a sample that consisted of 282 aged people. The research method involved an examination of the musculoskeletal pain of the elderly using a musculoskeletal questionnaire. The subjects were also told to walk across four- and six-lane pedestrian crossings while their gait velocity, step count, and step time were measured. The research results for pain by body regions indicated that waist pain had the highest complaint rate(33.3%). When there was musculoskeletal pain in the waist and leg/foot, gait velocity also decreased and step count and step time increased. However, usage of a cane turned out to have a positive impact on pedestrian crossing. Nevertheless, no significant relationship between waist and leg/foot pain and pedestrian crossing characteristics was found. We expect there will be continuous further studies on the subject of diverse physical problems of the aged and pedestrian crossing.

        운동요법이 노인의 근력, 유연성 및 IADL에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise therapy to oldwomen's muscle strength, flexibility and IADL. To identify the effect of exercise therapy on oldwomen's muscle strength, flexibility and IADL, this study attempted to determine grip strength, back strength, leg strength, flexibility of upper and low(flexion, extension, abduction), flexibility of trunk(flexion, extension) and IADL, using dynamometer, goniometer and Geriatric center IADL, for 34 female. Thirty-four subjects participating in this study consisted of A group(from sixty-five to sixty-nine, eleven person), B group(from seventy to seventy-four, twelve person), C group(over seventy-five years old, eleven person). Data from the findings of this experiment were computed for and standard deviation by using repeated measurement of MINI TAB. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn : 1. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on effect of exercise between three age group after regular exercise. 2. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on muscle strength(grip strength, back strength, leg strength) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise of muscle strength. 3. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on flexibility (upper, lower, trunk) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise of flexibility. 4. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on IADL(Instrumental activities of daily living) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise. As a result of this study, the effect of exercise training program had improved muscle strength, ROM (range of motion) of joint, IADL. Thus exercise training program could be beneficially applied for the prevention of disability and promotion of health and wellbeing in the aged easily and safely.

        성별에 따른 노인의 신체조성과 IADL에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of body composition and IADL of between male elder and female elder. (This study consisted of elder male(n=10) and elder female(n=10),) The mean age of elder male and female was 67.20, 67.50 years. The data were analyzed with t-test, using SPSS PC+ program. Body composition was measured using Inbody 2.0(seoul, korea) of segmental multi-frequency impedance analyzer technique. IADL was measured with Philadelphia Geriatric Center IADL. The result of this study were the following: 1. The difference of Body composition 1) The %fat of elder female was significantly(p<0.05) higher than elder male by 11.48%. 2) The fat mass(kg) of elder female was significantly(p<0.05) higher than elder male by 6.28kg. 3) The free fat mass(kg) of elder male was significantly(p<0.05) higher than elder female by 9.03kg. 4) The muscle mass(kg) of elder male was significantly(p<0.05) higher than elder female by 8.63kg. 5) The WHR(%) elder female was no significantly higher than elder male by 0.03%. 6) The TBW(l) of elder male was significantly(p<0.05) higher than elder female by 6.321. The factor of significant difference of between elder male and female was %fat, fat mass(kg), free fat mass(kg), total body water(l). 2. The difference of IADL 1) IADL of elder male was no significantly higher than elder female by 1.20. As a result of this study, optimal body composition group was elder male group. Optimal body composition of elder had improved IADL. In addition to, this result of this study, it can suggested the consideration of the Health promotion program for elder.

        노인의 견관절 가동범위에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to know the average of pint range of motion and difference according to the aging for the elderly, This study consisted of elder male(n=75) and elder female(n=l09), The result of assessment and analysis in shoulder pint range of motion are as follows: 1) The average shoulder flexion pint range of motion in 60-69(from sixty to sixty-nine)years old are 163.04(Left-Male), 162.91(Right-Male), 158.74 (Left-Female), 158.74 (Right-Female). 70-79years old are 149.40(L-M), 152.38(R-M), 153,37(L-F), 153.37(R-F). 80-89 years old are 149.57(L-M), 147.93(R-M), 151.17(L-F), 150.33(R-F). There was no significant difference among group, 2) The average shoulder extension pint range of motion in 60-69years old are 48.15(L-M), 47.20(R-M), 45.16(L-F), 44.23(R-F), 70-79years old are 37.l1(L-M), 38.70(R-M), 35.17(L-F), 36.71(R-F), 80-89 years old are 34.46(L-M). 36.71(R-M), 33.90(L-F), 33.09(R-F). There was significant difference among group(p<.05). 3) The average shoulder abduction pint range of motion in 60-69years old are 164.22(L-M), 165.96(R-M), 159.34(L-F), 159.97(R-F), 70-79years old are 152.27(L-M), 155.05(R-M), 152.32(L-F), 53.66(R-F), 80-89 years old are 152.17(L-M), 153.76(R-M), 147.53(L-F), 147.37(R-F). There was significant difference in right shoulder abduction among group(p<05). 4) The average shoulder internal rotation pint range of motion in 60-69years old are 63.52(L-M), 65.70(R-M), 64.16(L-F), 64.61(R-F), 70-79years old are 64.50(L-M), 65.81(R-M) 61.10(L-F), 61.83(R-F). 80-89 years old are 61.60(L-M), 61.66(R-M), 57.53(L-F), 57.53(R-F). There was no significant difference among group. 5) The average shoulder external rotation pint range of motion in 60-69years old are 50.87(L-M), 50.22(R-M), 51.03(L-F), 50.42(R-F), 70-79years old are 50.91(L-M), 50.20(R-M) 48.37(L-F), 50.20(R-F). 80-89 years old are 46.83(L-M), 47.93(R-M), 43.43(L-F), 43.72(R-F).There was significant difference in left shoulder external rotation among group(p<.05).
