의류산업의 QR(Quick Response) 시스템에 관한 연구

Environmental changes in the 90's have increased the difficulties in operating an apparel business. To manage environmental force, QR(Quick Response) is needed as an appropriate strategy for the apparel industry. QR is defined as a new business strategy to optimize the flow of information and merchandise between channel members in order to maximize the consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to identify the concept of QR technologies, to examine the QR in apparel industry and the benefits from QR system. In addition, QR terminologies used in apparel industry are summarized. The result of this study concluded that QR system reduces the amount of stock, shorten the lead time and cost, and eventually shorten the cycle of product line and lessen the labor force in apparel industry. For successive QR, first, a strategical collaboration and partnership between each streams is necessary. Second, information network is needed to develop QR as a strategical system. In QR, using the latest information and communication technology make possible to construct production-distribution-retail network and corrects the SKU of product. EDI, POS and EOS are used to standardize and build up QR information network. To build up market-in system is a goal that must be solved by the apparel industry.
Co^60照射로 Ethanol에서 生成된 acetaldehyde 量의 測定

Co^60-Gamma ray irradiated to ethanol or ethanolic solution. Produces gaseous and liquid compounds such as H_2, CH_4, H_2O_2, acetaldegyde and Butane-2.3-diol ets. Among these products G-value of acetaldehyde has been determined in various concentrations of ethanolic solution. Results showed that there is no remarkable effect in G-value of acetaldehyde on the amount of water content in ethanol.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of visual image on variations in the length and princess line, in a silhouette of a one-piece dress with the application of the 3D Virtual Clothing System known as i-designer. Eight sample were examined: 2 variations of the length and 2 variations of the princess line, 2 variations of the form of a silhouette. The data was obtained from 66 fashion design majors. The data was assessed by a t-test and a multi-way ANOVA and factor analysis. The results were as follows; The visual image according to the design variables, four factors were selected; the attractiveness factor, the activeness factor, the practicality factor, the elegance factor. In these factors, the attractiveness factor is estimated by the most important factor. As a result of analyzing the effect of the interaction in the visual image according to the design variables, the influence of the main effect was found to be great in each factor. In the activeness factor, a significant difference was noted in the two-way interaction between the length and the princess line,the length and the silhouette. In the elegance factor, a significant difference was noted in the two-way interaction between the length and the silhouette. However, the influence on three-way interaction among the length, the princess line, and the silhouette was not significant.
