Heterolayered K(Ta,Nb)O<sub>3</sub>/Pb(Zr,Ti)O<sub>3</sub> thin films on Pt/Ti/SiO<sub>2</sub>/Si substrates were prepared by a sol-gel process and spin-coating method. The structural and electrical properties were measured to investigate the possibility of application as an electrocaloric effect device. All specimens exhibited dense and uniform cross-sectional structures without pores, and the average thickness of the specimen coated six times was approximately 394 nm. Curie temperatures were observed at 5℃ or less in type-I and 10℃ in type-II specimens, respectively. Type-II specimens coated 6 times showed a relative dielectric constant of 758 and remanent polarization of 9.71 μC/㎠ at room temperature. The maximum electrocaloric effect occurred between 20 and 25℃, slightly higher than their Curie temperature, and the electrocaloric property (ΔT) of the type-II specimens coated 6 times was approximately 1.2℃ at room temperature.
국내 음악시장에서 두드러진 아이돌 편중 현상의 문제점과 개선방향

1990년대 중반부터 국내 음악시장에서 큰 인기를 끌기 시작한 아이돌 음악은 현재 K-POP의 전 세계적 인기에 힘입어 주요한 글로벌 콘텐츠의 하나로 자리 잡았다. 이로 인해 한국의 음악시장은 전 세계 6위 규모의 음악시장을 형성하는 등 성장을 거듭하고 있으며, 국내의 음반 기획사들은 아이돌 그룹 육성과 아이돌 음악 제작에 더욱 집중하고 있다. 아이돌 음악의 세계적인 성공은 놀라운 것이지만, 이는 국내 음악시장이 아이돌 음악 위주로 편중되는 결과를 낳았다. 연구 결과 유사한 형태의 음악인과 음악콘텐츠로 편중되는 현상은 몇 가지 문제점이 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 유행에 치우친 문화콘텐츠가 줄곧 수명에 관한 문제에 직면하듯, ‘한류’ 또한 정체성과 지속성 측면에서 고민하지 않을 수 없다. 둘째, 특정 연령의 소비자만을 대상으로 하여 다른 연령층의 문화적 소외 현상을 초래할 수 있다는 점, 세 번째로 아이돌 그룹 제작에 필요한 비용의 규모로 인한 창작 경로의 위축 현상 및 아이돌 음악인의 예술 활동 수명 문제 등 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있음이 관측되었다. 본 논문은 대중음악 역사에 있어 글로벌 음악시장에 지대한 영향을 끼쳐온 영 · 미권 음악시장과 국내 음악시장의 비교 분석을 통해 국내 아이돌 편중 현상의 실태를 도출하였으며, 리커트 척도를 활용한 전문가 설문조사를 통해 이론과 결과를 검증하였다. 또한 아이돌 편중 현상으로 인해 발생하는 문제점들을 문화 다양성 이론에 입각하여 고찰해보았으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 개선 방향도 제언하였다. Idol music, which began to gain huge popularity in the domestic music market in the mid-1990s, has become one of the major global contents thanks to the global popularity of K-POP. As a result, the Korean music market continues to grow, forming the world"s sixth-largest music market, and domestic music agencies are focusing more on fostering idol groups and producing idol music. The global success of idol music is surprising, but this has resulted in the domestic music market being biased toward idol music. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there are several problems with the phenomenon of being biased toward similar types of musicians and music content. First, just as trend-oriented cultural contents face the problem of life expectancy all the time, the "Korean Wave" is also forced to think in terms of identity and sustainability. Second, it was observed that only consumers of a certain age may cause cultural alienation of other age groups, and thirdly, various problems such as shrinking creative paths due to the size of the cost required for idol group production and the lifespan of idol musicians" art activities. This paper derives the reality of the domestic idol bias phenomenon through comparative analysis of the English-American music market and the domestic music market, which have had a profound influence on the global music market in popular music history, and verified the theory and results through an expert survey using the Likert scale. In addition, the problems caused by the idol bias phenomenon were considered based on the theory of cultural diversity, and improvement directions were also suggested to solve this problem.
의사결정지원기법을 이용한 농촌유역 통합 수질관리모형의 개발

A decision support system DSS-WQMRA (Decision Support System-Water Quality Management in Rural Area) was developed to help regional planners for the water quality management in a rural basin. The integrated model DSS-WQMRA, written in JAVA, includes four subsystems such as a GIS, a database, water quality simulation models and a decision model. In the system, the GIS deals with landuse and the location of pollutant sources. The database manages each data and supplies input data for various water quality simulation models. the water quality simulation model is composed of the GWLF( Generalized Watershed Loading Function), PCLM(Pollutant Loading Calculation Module) and the WASP5 model. The decision model based on mixed integer programming is designed to determine optimal costs and thus allow the selection of managemental practices to meet the water quality criteria. The methodology was tested with an example application in the Bokha River Basin, Kyunggi Province in Korea. It was proved that the integrated model DSS-WQMRA could be very useful for water quality management including the non-point source pollution in rural areas.
농촌유역의 오염부하량산정을 위한 범용적 GIS 및 데이터베이스의 구축

Pollutant load using unit load method is calculated by simply equation, especially, very useful in the area that didn't exist about water quality data. However, it takes long time to calculate pollutant load with area in which there is various pollutants and if the boundary of a basin altered, the work of calculation about pollutant load must be begun from the first again. Therefore, a Total Daily Load Program (TDLP) was developed to calculate pollutant load automatically in rural area. The TDLP includes a geographic information system(GIS), relational database system(RDBS), User Interface. This Program can provide user with creating a boundary of the basin that user is concerned with to satisfy the water quality regulations and calculating daily load for various pollutants. The effort was conducted to apply the developed TDLP to calculating pollutant load in rural basin called Bok-ha river.

In this study, a decision support system(DSS) was developed to calculate optimal wastetreatment cost, treatment level and treatment quantity of various pollutants for applying for in rural basin. The DSS includes a geographic information system(GIS), relational database system(RDBS), water quality models(Loading function, WASP5), watershed pollution load calculation module(WPLC), optimal water quality management plan calculation module(OWMP). The System can provide the optimal water quality management plan to satisfy the water quality regulations. The system can be modified by user to trace the optimal condition for decision. The effort was conducted to apply the developed DSS to select the for optimal water quality management plan small rural basin called Kwanri Stream.

In this study, to propose the methods predicting water qualities in rural areas, the methods which were based on the runoff ratio, the relationships between the pollutant load(L) and the water runoff(Q), and the relationships between the runoff ratio and the water runoff in Bokha stream watersheds were examined. As a result, we had acquired reliable the values of runoff ratio and the reasonable equations between the pollutant load(L) and the water runoff(Q) in Bokha stream watersheds. And it was noticed that the runoff ratio had tendency of varying directly proportional to the water runoff.
