Background: The relationship between latent tuberculosis and the use of certain biologics is well known, but the relationship between the test for latent tuberculosis results and psoriasis itself or systemic anti-psoriatic treatment (cyclosporine and methotrexate) has not been elucidated to date. Objective: To assess the influence of psoriasis and systemic anti-psoriatic treatment on results of the interferon-gamma release assay. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 353 patients who were screened for latent tuberculosis before the use of medicines for moderate to severe psoriasis. The screening was based on results of the interferon-gamma release assay. The control group included 2,025 health care workers who were screened for latent tuberculosis during a general medical examination. Results: Interferon-gamma release assay was positive in 35.4% of the patients and 11.6% of the subjects from the control group. There was a statistically significant correlation between psoriasis and assay positivity (p<0.05). Among the patients, no statistically-relevant association regarding previous use of cyclosporine or methotrexate was found (cyclosporine: p=0.284, methotrexate: p=0.231). Furthermore, patients were divided into two groups according to treatment duration, i.e., shorter or longer than 6 months. There were no relevant differences in treatment duration (cyclosporine: p=0.243, methotrexate: p=0.743). Conclusion: This study revealed a higher prevalence of interferon-gamma release assay positivity in patients with psoriasis. However, conventional anti-psoriatic drugs, such as cyclosporine and methotrexate, showed no significant difference regarding the assay positivity. (Korean J Dermatol 2022;60(1):1∼6)

연구 목적은 사회적 문제를 발견하여 그래픽 아이덴티티, 제품 아이덴티티, 공간 아이덴티티가 통합적으로 구축된 협동조합 브랜드를 개발하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 있다. 연구 대상 및 범위는 2016년 3월~6월 15주 동안 숙명여대 환경디자인학과의 <브랜드스페이스마케팅> 교과목으로 한다. 또한 본 연구는 物, 事, 人, 場 4개 테마 중 場(장소)으로 한정한다. 연구 결과, 워킹맘의 시간 부족에 따른 아이와 엄마의 휴식 및 놀이 공간 부족이라는 사회적 문제를 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 `키즈카페 협동조합`을 주제로 선정하여 각 프로세스를 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 다양한 마케팅 분석 방법과 브레인스토밍 방법을 이용하여 그래픽, 제품, 공간의 통합 브랜드를 구축하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 향후 마케팅을 기반 한 협동조합의 통합 브랜드 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this research is to identify social issues and presenting a series of processes for developing a cooperative brand in which graphic identity, product identity and spatial identity are integrated. The subjects and scope of the research will be the < Brand Space Marketing > course of Sookmyung Women`s University, Department of Environmental Design from March to June, 2016. In addition, thisstudy is limited to the place (場) of four themes of things (物), work (事),people (人), and places (場). As a result of the study, we discovered the social dilemma of the lack of rest and play space of the child and mother dueto the mother`s working hours, and presented each process through the topic of` kids cafe cooperative`, to solve this problem. Finally, this study is significant in thatit has built an integrated brand of graphic, product, and space using various marketing analysis methods and brainstorming methods. It is expected that it will be used as basic data for the development of an integrated, cooperative brand based on future marketing.

The ability to predict the drying behavior of thin film and coating is one of the great importance things to the electronic products industry. The drying of volatile solvents from a printed film is a complicated process since it involves simultaneous heat and mass transfer controlled by complex transport and thermodynamic behavior of paste solutions. In conventional drying process, a continuous layer of paste solution is deposited onto a permeable substrate of ceramic coating, which is dried in a furnace with forced air convection. High velocity impinging air jets are commonly used to accelerate the evaporative paste drying process, due to the high heat and mass transfer rate in which are developed in the impingement region. In this work, test system was developed to measure the total residual solvent level. Also, a model was developed to describe the drying behavior of multi-component paste solutions deposited on the permeable substrate. The predictions from the models provide detailed information about the relative importance of internal and external resistances to drying, effect of operating conditions, effect of multi-zone approach, as well as sensitivity of all physical properties on the drying rate. The validity of the model was confirmed by comparing predictions with the drying data available in the literature and the collected in our experiments. The experimental data and the simulation results are in good agreement.
복숭아혹진딧물 방제용 식물추출물 탐색 및 살충성분 구명

BACKGROUND: Green peach aphid (Myzus persicae) is an insect pest that significantly affects crop production. A number of pesticides have been used for aphid control, but their concerns on insect resistance and food safety have required alternative methods for pest management. In an effort to find for an alternative approach to aphid control, we screened plants extracts and examined their potentiality as insecticidal bio-resources. METHODS AND RESULTS: Two hundred and ninety eight plant extracts were examined for insecticidal activity against the aphid, and the best candidate among them was chosen for further study. The extracts from Cinnamomum camphora was determined to be the best candidate exhibiting insecticidal activity more than 60% at a level of 1,000 ㎍/mL. GC/MS analyses detected camphor, borneol, 4-terpineol, α-terpineol and caryophyllene oxide as major compositions from the extracts obtained by hydrodistillation. Caryophyllene oxide exhibited the highest insecticidal activity with a LC<sub>50</sub> value of 237 ㎍/mL. Camphor lowered significantly the LC<sub>50</sub> value of caryophyllene oxide and increased largely its concentration in aphid, suggesting that camphor played a role in enhancing the insecticidal activity of caryophyllene oxide. CONCLUSION: This study suggested that camphor and caryophyllene oxide may be used as an insecticidal bio-resource for insect control against green peach aphid.

Green peach aphid (myzus persicae) has been known as a sucking insect taking nutrients from host plant and caused a significant reduction in crop production and quality. The aim of the present study is to isolate a microorganism exhibiting insecticidal activity against M.persicae and identify the insecticidal metabolites. A total of 13 bacterial isolates were obtained from red chili-pepper paste with vinegar. Among them, an isolate showed significant insecticidal activity against M.persicae. The supernatant of isolate showed 100.0% of aphid mortality and exhibited low surface tension of 33.8 mN/m after 96h incubation in LB medium. The insecticidal metabolites exhibited LC 50 value of 85.6 μg/mL. The metabolites was subjected to prep- HPLC and major four peaks (A, B, C, D) were detected at 14.8, 16.0, 17.4, 19.2 min. LC-MS analysis of the four peaks detected (M+H)+ peaks at m/z 1022(A), 1022(B), 1008(C), 1036(D), respectively. LC-MS/MS analysis of the fraction A, B showed presence of C-14-Glu-Leu-Leu- Val-Asp-Leu-Leu and fraction C showed the presence of C-14-Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Val and fraction D showed presence of C-15-Glu-Leu-Leu-Val-Asp-Leu-Leu. LC 50 value of the each metabolite was revealed at 19.6, 29.9, 51.3 and 16.3 μg/mL, respectively.
이류체 세정공정에서 이물질 포집 장치 개발에 관한 수치적 연구

The purpose of the research is to develop a device to prevent secondary contamination by particles removed in the cleaning process of small precision plastic lens injection molds. The particle capturing device consists of two-fluid jet injection inlet for cleaning and another inlet of atmospheric air to maintaining the cleaning effect and an outlet for inhale the particles by applying vacuum pressure. The optimal air intake size was 0.12L and the outer shape of the device was proposed to have an inclination of 45°. In addition, a baffle was installed between the injection and the suction port inside the device to maximize the cleaning and capturing effect. The optimal length of the baffle was evaluated by analyzing the flow and particle behavior. The length of the cylindrical shape of the baffle with a constant cross section is suitable for 1.8L, 2.4L, and 3L, and the optimal length for the conical shape of the baffle was evaluated to be 3L.

The electrochromic materials has properties of various color, low driving voltages and recordable character. but it has problems which are lack of durability, increase of color changing time, decrease of responsibility and perfectible fading. So it is difficult to put to practical use. When antioxidant(AO-60) added to viologen derivatives and leuco dyes to enhance stability and durability, it were measured cyclic voltammetry and chronocoulometry. At the result, stability of CVL and ODB-2 were enhanced more than 10% with antioxidant, and about 5% stability was improved when Orange-DCF, Red-DCF, Green-DCF were used for it. All dyes were confirmed It were added to antioxidant, durability of dyes were continued. In case of benzyl viologen, durability of dyes were continued on stable state. On the research, it was confirmed possibility as electrochromic materials.
