연구배경 : 일반적으로 암유전자는 정상세포에서는 비활성화 상태인 원형 암유전자로 존재하며, 유전자의 돌연변이, 전위, 재배열 또는 증폭등으로 활성화될 수 있고 이로 인하여 정상적인 증식기능을 갖는 세포가 종양세포로 전환될 수 있다. 최근의 연구발표에 의하면 암유전자나 그의 단백산물은 종양 표지자로서의 역할 뿐만 아니라 종양의 예후를 판정하는 척도가 될 수 있다고 보고하고 있다. 저자는 국내에서 가장 높은 발병 빈도를 나타내는 위암에서 조직학적 유형 및 진행단계와 c-erbB-2 암유전자 산물의 반응양상의 비교가 위암환자의 예후 추적에 도움이 될 것으로 기대되어 본 연구를 시도하였다. 방법 : 외과적으로 절제된 위암조직 103예의 파라핀 절편을 대상으로 c-erbB-2 암유전자에 대한 발현양상을 면역조직화학적으로 검색하였다. 결과 : 1) 암세포의 c-erbB-2 단백산물에 대한 양성반응은 주로 세포막에서 관찰되었으며 일부 암세포에서는 세포질에서도 관찰되었고 암소 주위의 정상 점막세포에서는 음성이었다. 2) 원발소의 관상위암은 고분화 위암 36예, 중등도분화 위암 26예, 저분화 위암 28예로서 c-erbB-2 유전자산 물에 대한 양성반응은 각각 19예(52.8%), 14예(53.8 %), 15예(53.6%)였으며 인환세포암은 8예중 2예(25%)에서 앙성반응을 보였고 점액성 위암은 5예 모두 음성반응을 나타내어 위암의 c-erbB-2 암유전자 산물에 대한 양성률은 48.5%였다. 3) 원발소에서 c-erbB-2 유전자산물에 대하여 양성반응을 보이는 고분화 위암 19예, 중등도 분화 위암 14예, 저분화 위암 15예중 각각 13예 (68.4%), 10예(71.4%), 11예(73.3%)에서. 그리고 원발소에서 음성인 17예, 12예, 13예중 각각 5예(29.4%), 3예(25.0%), 3예(23.1 %)에서 림프절 전이소를 관찰할 수 있었다. 원발소에서 양성인 인환세포암은 2예(100.0%) 모두에서, 음성인 6예중 2예 (33.3%)에서 림프절 전이소를 동반하였다. 결론 : 이상의 성적에서 c-erbB-2 유전자산물에 양성 반응을 보이는 위암은 림프절 전이율이 높게 관찰되어 c-erbB-2 유전자의 발현양상은 위암환자의 예후를 예측 하는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다. Background : Oncogene is normally present in various human tissue as a proto- oncogene which is activated into oncogene by mutation. translocation, rearrangement. and amplification of genes By the activated oncogene, cells that have the normal explication can be transformed into tumor cells. Recent studies on the oncogene or its product suggest that it may be tumor marker or Prognostic indicator of human tumors. To clarify the relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene and pathologic type of cancer and its progression (such as lymph node metastasis). and to evaluate the correlation between the c-erbB-2 oncogene expression and the prognosis of cancer, our study was done in the gastric cancer that had the most frequent attack rate in Korea. Methods : The expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene was examined through the immunohistochemical study in paraffin sections of 103 cases of gastric cancer which resected surgically. Results : 1) Positive reaction for c-erbB-2 oncogene product was observed mainly along the cytoplasmic membrane, and occasionally in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells. 2) The positive ratio of c-erbB-2 expression was 52.8% in well differentiated. 53.8% in moderate differentiated, 53.6% in poorly differentiated adenocar-cinoma, and 25.0% in signet ring cell carcinoma. 3) The cases of positive reaction of c-erbB-2 oncogene had lymph node metastasis in 68.4% of well differentiated, 71.4% of moderately differentiated, 73.3% of poorly differentiated. and all of signet ring cell carcinoma. But the cases of negative reaction of it had lymph node metastasis in 29.4% of well differentiated, 25.0% of moderately differentiated, 23.1% of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and 33.3% of signet ring cell carcinoma. Conclusion : From the above results, the cases of positive reaction of c-erbB-2 oncogene have more lymph node metastasis than those of negative expression of it. Therefore, the expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene product may be a useful indicator of prognosis in gastric cancer patients.

This study investigated a bio-tensegrity structural system that combines the characteristics of a general tensegrity structural system with a biological system. The final research objective is to accomplish a changeability for the structural system as like the movement of the natural bio-system. In the study, we present a shape finding procedure for the two stage bio-tensegrity system model inspired by the movement pattern of animal backbone. The proposed system is allowing a dynamic movement by introducing the concept of "saddle" for the variable bio-tensegrity structure. Several shape finding analysis example and results are presented and shows a efficient validation and suitability.
단일 프리즘 텐세그리티 구조의 형상 변화 과정 해석을 위한 정식화

Since the tensegrity structure is flexible and variable, the study on the mobility to the tensegrity has been conducted. However, it is difficult to apply the tensegrity to the architecture field due to several limits. This paper describes the methodology for the analysis of the shape change process of single prism tensegrity structure as an initial study. To apply the tensegrity structure to the architectural field, the assemblage and mathematical formulation procedures of the single prism tensegrity structures are carried out. And single prism tensegrity are presented to the computational strategies for simulate the shape change of those structures. Next, the investigation of structural behaviors through various cases of target displacements is described. Also, the summary of these methods in algorithms is illustrated. As a result it is confirmed that the single prism tensegrity structure model converges 99% on average to a given target node by using the proposed algorithm. Therefore, it is confirmed that the proposed algorithm and program are suitable for shape change analysis of single prism tensegrity structure model.
